Best place to get notary done,some one or the other is always available.they also offer travel notary and the charges are very reasonable.I would recommend this place to every one.Come and experience your self.

Id give it 0 star if I could. If you care about time, money, and accuracy dont come near this place. I had to get a livescan done last minute for a professional license, so I picked this place because I didnt have to make an appointment. However, 2 months later, I get a notice saying my social security number was incorrect. Good thing I save a copy of all my documents, and my ssn was correct on the forms. So it mustve been the livescan operators mistake. When I called back to sort things out and to get a refund, the owner was extremely rude and irresponsible. Not only did I lose $90 for this entire process, my license was also delayed by 3 months.tl;dr : horrible place, horrible service, waste of time and money

One stop shop for all the office and legal needs...great service and amazing staff, all my work done in few minutes..notary, witness, shipping, fax and I have done my live scan also....all in one...they made my day.

I sent mail with a small box requiring a padded envelope for almost twice as much as it would have been through USPS flat rate of same (or larger) size envelope.5 star reviews seem suspect.

There was a previous reviewer who states that they charged an absurd amount for shipping a package. I had the exact same experience. I shipped a 2 lb. box (12x8x6) and they charged me $23.36 (including the $2.50 box and a $2 packing (really just taping) charge) to ship it via parcel post. The USPS site indicates a cost of less than $10.Also, I had indicated that I wanted the cheapest option available. He told me that it would be $30, including tracking and insurance. This was clearly not the cheapest option, and I had to squeeze it out of him by repeatedly asking if there was a cheaper option, without tracking and without insurance. I feel this business depends on dishonest upselling and overcharging. I will not use this business again.

I love PO Pack- nice people and good service. Yes, their rates are higher than the PO, but not more than the UPS store. To get your pkgs sent cheaper, you have to take them to NW Richmond. They are also very nice about taking my pre-paid return packages.

Employee was not wearing a mask.

They charged me $6.00 to print 5 pages and tried to charge me $35 for livescan, when it says $21 online. When I raised the discrepancy, the owner got upset and yelled she would give me “her” discount, which was $25. She said she had no control over what they printed online. To make matters worse, I have a $50 bill, to which she asked, “Is it real?” After marking it with the pen and holding it up to the light. I’m sure if I were a woman of another hue, I.e., not a black woman, I would not have had this experience. Terrible service, I will never go back.

Lost my package, when I called to get more details they acted as if they werent even responsible for thefts that happened in their own store.

Outrageous surcharges. Slow service. Does not inform on alternative less expensive ways to send packages.
