Right now, Im not impressed with this company. I called them Saturday and it was set up that someone would show up between 1:30 & 2:30. I received a call at 1:51 saying theyd be late and did I want to reschedule. This upsets me because I took time off work when I didnt have to. I asked when they thought theyd be here today, and the guy didnt want to commit to a one hour window. He would only say several hours.5:59 pm edit: I just tried calling their 800 number to see of someone would be showing up today - it went to voicemail. I then tried the local Vallejo number - it didnt work.

We had mold in our bathroom caused by a leak from our shower, so I went online and found Golden Restore. They arrived promptly and found the source of the leak and explained us the process that is required to get rid of the mold. They dried the floor thoroughly, removed the mold, sealed the leak and brought our bathroom back to normal! Other companies didnt want to do any repairs, but this company did everything! They were professional, knowledgable and inexpensive, and really helped us get through an uncomfortable situation. I highly recommend them!
