I would recommend making an appointment as I had to wait over two hours for a haircut, but the wait was worth it in the end. My barber really helped transform me into somebody new! I love this place!

First of all I wouldnt recommend anybody to this barber shop. The price,$35 is too high for a haircut and beard shape-up. The dude that cut my hair,darkskin dude with the Raiders hat and Jacket is cool. But,he dont have any skills. He left uneven hair spots in my head,my edges wasnt even. My beard wasnt cut good. If youre in Oakland do not go to Platform. If this guy is cutting there,they rest of the barbers must be terrible too.Youre better of getting a bald head than get a cut at platform.

This place is trash. Told me the wait time was 45 minutes, come back then. Came back and still had to wait another 45 minutes to not even get my hair cut. Then I️ asked how to make an appointment, because there phone doesn’t work. They wouldn’t make an appointment. This place is trash. Don’t waste your time, never had the chance to waste my money.

I cut my hair there twice a month. Id recommend to book an appointment than dropping in, the queue can last more than an hour
