Recently Married my New Bride and I had to fly out of Oakland on a early flight and return into San Francisco on a flight that would take pets in cargo. ABC Shuttle was not only on time but keeping track of both our flights. Friendly Drivers and a reasonable price. We did a round trip to SFO from the east bay, left at 3 am and returned at 730 pm10 days later. We had the same driver both ways, he was courteous, timely and professional. We would definitely use ABC shuttle again.

Hassan was the PERFECT driver! I wish I could give him 10 stars. He was polite, friendly, interested and interesting. We had a long, lovely conversation on our ride, he helped me take my bags upstairs and made sure I was safely in my house before he left. And, to top it off, I left my phone in the car. He contacted me right away and returned it the next day. I felt safe and well taken care of with him. This experience was well worth the expense and I will use them again. I will ask for Hassan. Great Service. Good price. Online reservations. I called ahead and they were kind enough to have the driver text me the night before to confirm. I would recommend them when a scheduled pick up is needed. I got a ride from Walnut Creek to SFO at 4am Monday morning.

Great service which you can reliably schedule in advance which is hit and miss with ride share services. The driver communicated very well (confirmed time, let me know when on his way, arrived ahead of scheduled time, etc). Professional service and pleasant conversation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! UNRELIABLE!! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED!! Had a confirmation to be picked up from the airport at 12:30am. No showed. Called and was told they werent picking us up. My husband asked for a refund and for them to pay our Lyft fees. The man who owns the minivan hung up on us. Every person we told to use them weve told not to, its not worth the risk. My children were sitting outside at 1am while we looked for rides. Just unacceptable. No remorse. No apologies. And at the end of the day 2 Lyfts were damn near the same cost for us.

I called last minute for an unexpected work trip which required a very early ride to the airport and I received a text back within the hour verifying theyd be there to pick me up. Showed up right on time and a pleasant journey to begin my trip. Thanks!

My driver was very helpful; I had trouble with my front door lock and he waited while I went around the back of my house and opened the back door. He also helped me bring in my suitcase.

I made a reservation, short time frame, hoping it would go through for the next morning. To my surprise, it did and they were at my house minutes before pick up time. I was very impressed and happy. They took me to SFO & I realized I forgot my dress for my daughters wedding. I immediately text the gentleman back and asked him if he could come back to get me. His brother just happened to be in the area & picked me up & drove me back to Walnut Creek. I made arrangements for them to pick me up the next morning and again he was early & I still had time to gather my things. He was not pushing me to hurry. I will always use them. I was googling for a reasonably priced ride to the airport and came across ABC Shuttle Service. I made a reservation online and got my confirmation through email.My family and I were traveling to Seattle to visit my uncle. The driver arrived a few minutes early for our 5:30AM reservation. I don’t trust those on demand services for long distances and something critical like the airport. The uber/lyft drivers can flake on you and you never know who you’ll get.Overall, they are a great, reliable service. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Ive been taking ABC Shuttle Service for about 3 years to go from SFO and OAK airports. They are always my go-to because they are reliable and on time, plus they have vans and carseats for when I travel with my family. I live in Brentwood so its important that I have a reliable service to get me to/from the Airport. I have tried ride share services like Uber/Lyft, but I have been abandoned a couple of times because they dont want to go that far. I prefer ABC because their fares are very reasonable and they are a family business so I love supporting them!

Reasonable rates and on time service. Would be 5 star but few things got to us, Toyota want was kinda dirty, had a bad odor (tip: keep the wind down), and our driver constantly waited till the last minute to hit the brakes. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Still was better than driving myself especially if you dont want to lug your luggage all over the place. Also made the mistake of pre tipping on the website. I ended up loading half of my luggage into the van on the trip back. Next time I will tip accordingly at the end of my trip. Overall I would give it another try and see if they get a bump up in stars or find another company.
