I had my windows cleaned last week by B & W cleaning and was very satisfied with the entire service, from obtaining the estimate to scheduling the service and the cleaning of all of my 40+ windows and screens. The three young men who did the cleaning were professional and efficient. Will hire them again next year.

Crew of five arrived on time and worked continuously, with exceptional neatness. They were thorough, courteous, and respectful of us and our Warren home. After about three hours, they had our windows and screens fully cleaned — and removed a few branches from the roof where they cleaned a skylight and clerestory windows, as well as offering cogent advice about a casement operator in need of repair. We will employ them again, without hesitation.

B&W called me back right away and was so accommodating to my needs. They came out and gave a reasonable quote and called twice before they arrived to confirm timing and any last minute details. They arrived exactly as scheduled and did an amazing job, going above and beyond what I expected. They are a local family company doing an amazing job including great customer service. I highly recommend B&W! Bobby and his assistant are very professional and did excellent work at my house. I first used them to clean my windows and was highly impressed at how considerate they were by taking off their shoes every time they came in the house. All the windows and screens were sparkling when they left! I had them come back a second time to power wash and stain my outside stairs and they did a great job with that too! They are very reliable and I will be definitely using them in the future!

I have been using their services for many years. I usually get my house power washed every year to maintain it and get my windows cleaned twice a year- usually in the spring and in the fall. They just washed the windows again last week. Everything looks great! They are very thorough, always on time, very communicative and professional. My inquiry was promptly returned; scheduling was easy, and when I asked if they could possibly squeeze me in a bit earlier they went out of their way to oblige. The representative who cleaned my windows was professional, very tidy, and super-efficient. Removed his shoes, kept all his tools in one spot, had a towel to put his bucket on--I didnt even hear him working as I took calls. 42 windows cleaned front and back plus doors plus the yucky ones in the garage!
