My AllState agent is available to assist me. The issue Ive had is with understanding my monthly rates. It has fluctuated a few times. My DriveWise does not always work properly. If Im driving and Drivewise is not active, inactivity for months will not grant me a discount. This monitoring feature is great if you want to see a drop in your rates. Ive started seeing the same consistent monthly rate and I am happy about that.
