I wish I could leave 10 stars! I bought aftermarket tires and wheels for my 2008 f150 (35 mastercraft courser mxt on ion wheels). Cody and the guys took great pride and care with my new wheels as if they were theirs! They found an issue with my rack and pinion and was honest with me instead of trying to get more money! My family has found a tire and alignment shop for life!

I am pretty new to the area this establishment was suggested to me by a buddy. When I finally decided to swallow my pride and give in. I had my insurance company tow my truck because my vehicle had no brakes at that time they were getting ready to leave for the day and quickly quoted me a couple hundred dollars. But the next morning after getting a chance to look at my truck they called me back told me all that was wrong and told me it would only be 150. So the next day I go in to pick up my truck and the bill came out to 148. The mechanic who worked on my truck was in the service in my excitement I forgot to thank him for his ultimate sacrifice. So sir thank you for keeping my country safe from all the evil in this world may God bless you and this wonderful country. Most importantly I want to thank you and all the guys at Millers tire & Auto care for being honest and more than fair I will from now on be a returning customer.

Good service. Had a tire that went flat. They checked it out and patched it up in less than 40 minutes after i dropped car off. Really appreciated the service. Plan on going back for other routine maintenance.

We moved from South Carolina to Berea and bought a home over a year ago. Needless to say we had no idea who was the best companies to call when we needed any repair work done.We lived in SC for over 20 years and raised our children there. We know who to call and not to call for repairs.So, when we needed front breaks and rotors for our car replaced I checked local social media and asked friends reference where to take our car.I read online and was told by friends to go to Millers Auto in Berea. I took my car to Millers Berea Tire & Auto Care on Richmond Road. I met Luke the manager. After a short conversation he gave me an estimate and my car was on the racks. Luke even arranged for someone to take home and pick me up when repairs were done.Since then I have been back for more work. I have found an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop who puts the customer first. I feel comfortable taking my car in knowing that it’s going to get fixed the first time and I won’t get screwed over.So, if you’re in the Berea area and you need automotive work done - Go see Luke! You’ll be happy that you did! Luke and his team are the best.

Great place for car care.

On the night of December 23, we were visiting a friend in Berea when we hit a monster of a pothole. Two tires blown and had no idea where to go. AAA towed us to Miller’s tire shop at 11pm and had to get a ride back to Louisville. We called Christmas Eve and were surprised to find them open, after a few phone calls they were able to get us tires at the last minute and had our car ready by noon. They went above and beyond for us on Christmas Eve. Prices were excellent! I highly recommend Miller’s tire any time you need them. God bless.

Had an appointment for a 10-15 minute job. Was there well over an hour in an uncomfortable waiting room. Had Id known an appointment didnt mean anything Id had someone to pick me up and left my car there. Guy up front was nice and friendly but he was paying more attention to his friends in the lobby than buisness. Im not sure Ill continue to use this mechanic... May give them 1 more chance and see what happens.

I was subjected not only to an incompetent mechanic but a sarcastic, insulting owner. I left my vehicle with his business asking them to replace a worn wheel bearing. At the time, the mechanic said that I was wrong and replaced a different part that had nothing to do with the problem. When I brought the vehicle back, the mechanic admitted that I had been right all along. Because the mechanics mistake would cost me an additional insurance deductible, I asked the owner to adjust my bill.The business would have still made a profit, just less than if they had gotten it right the first time. I know this because my father managed a business exactly like this one for years after retiring as the service department manager of a large auto dealership. It was on his advice that I politely asked this business to redo the repair and make things right.When the owner did not call back as promised, I called him. After the way he spoke to me that day, I will never again patronize his business. When he was finished mocking me (and my father), he said he would have to call me back. I knew that I would never hear from him again. This was weeks ago. I wasnt wrong.Even good mechanics make mistakes, but honest businesses stand behind their work and make it right. Honest businesses treat their employees and customers with respect.

Excellent emergency service!!! We were headed to Pigeon Forge from Indianapolis, and our Jeep overheated and wouldnt start. GPS lead us to them and Shane was so helpful and accommodating. Kudos to the entire team!! Bless you all!

Needed a tire for our trailer after a blow out on I75 on our way back to Michigan. We were in and out in less than a half hour. The help was excellent and they even checked all of our tires and aired up any that needed it. Thank you. We apprereciated the fast and courteous service.
