Let me start by addressing these guys FAKE reviews. This is a scam company. They lie about having a deal but nothing was in place. I Tried to sell my investment property to these people, had a deal on the table ready to close and they walked away with no communication whatsoever. I understand stuff like this happens all the time but these people wouldn’t even return emails/texts or calls. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Also I’m noticing they keep putting fraudulent reviews up. This is update as of 12/28/2020: THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE. THE TITLE COMPANY WE WENT THROUGH SAYS THIS COMPANY NEVER HAS THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE A DEAL!!! I was contacted by RAM properties about a home. I had several conversations with them. Asked the contract be altered a bit. Was told that was no problem. After repeated texts back and forth and promises to get the updated contract to me, no contract. I even called Brandon answered said “you still didn’t get the contract? I will call him and call you right back”. Nothing. Another day passes no call. I have been following up for over a week. All they had to say is they were no longer interested. Wasted my time and played games. You are either interested or you aren’t. Don’t make endless promises and not follow through.

I was in a desperate situation and didn’t know what I was going to. Brandon called me and not only put money in my pocket saved me from bankruptcy!! I would recommend ram Properties Group to anyone. Two very professional and caring people the world needs more of them!!
