The service I received here was superb. I had been to the dealer and many other places for months trying to fix/diagnose the issue with some shaking my car was doing, with no luck. I heard of this location from a friend that had intended to seek their services and immediately contacted them. They promptly contacted me about the details for a wheel straightening and were willing to work with me on an appointment because I wanted to get it done ASAP. My car is an extension of me and not only did they take care of me by fixing my issue, they also checked and made sure there were no remaining issues on any of my other wheels. Thank you so much!

Went to AWRS of Cleveland yesterday. I had 2 bent wheels on 2007 BMW 328i. Pleasantly surprised! I had to make an appointment which was no big deal. Only a couple of days out. Very professional, but personal. Nice waiting room! Kept me well informed of the progress of the work being done. Arbys in walking distance if needed! I WILL go there when needed!! So should you. Took my Dodge Dart here for some repairs. I got a full powder coat on one wheel and a spot repair on the next. The price difference is not too far off, and I would highly recommend the powder coat! It came out like it was when I drove it off the lot 4 years ago. The finish is great and matches flawlessly. If you look closely at the spot finish, you can tell its been blended. Which is totally to be expected. If I had them done again, i would go all powder coat. Paul was awesome to deal with from email to in person. He made sure that I was absolutely satisfied before I left the shop. They definitely did an awesome job, and finished within their 2 day turn around window that was initially quoted.

This place is fantastic, I had two rims repaired for some minor curb rash and the powder coating work is truly factory quality, as you can others have reiterated. They ran into a minor issue in the process as well but were very transparent in what happened and the process to overall make it right. Very ethical, professional and most importantly, in the end, the work I had done was world class!

I use this company to powder coat my wheels and the job was not only less than their competitors but came out looking like a factory finish. They are very professional, have a large indoor warehouse with multiple ovens and spray booths. This is not some guy operating out the back of a truck. Their trucks are busy fixing wheels on site at car dealerships. My visit today was because I curbed a rim at the post office and was hoping that they could fix it. Not only did they fix it, its impossible to tell where the damage was. They have some method of blending into the powder coat using the same finishes which is what they call spot repair. I cannot imagine going to another company for powder coat work, I also dropped off some patio furniture that they will sandblast and powder coat using the exact color that we were looking for. You really cant beat this company, definitely give them a chance

I brought them a 21 inch Audi rim that needed to be straightened from a slight bend and had decent curb rash also. They exceeded my expectations for what I expected to be repaired on my wheel. I had some nasty curb damage and they literally repaired it like new. Beyond happy with the quality of the work.

I wrote a bad review previously not because of the work, but the fact that that I couldnt get a return call. Im still not sure why, but texting seems to work better. Anyway, I picked my wheel up today and I have to say, what a great job they did. Its perfect....and Im picky. If I need to, Ill definitely be back. I posted a before picture, and I was going to post an after picture, but it came out so good that I swear, I cant tell where the original bad spot was!

I have a 2011 BMW Z4 and one of my wheels was damaged when I had new tires installed. I took it to Alloy Wheel Repair in Berea and they did an incredible job repairing it. The damage was minimal (two spots about 2 long each) and I cannot find any sign of the previous damage. Also, the paint match is excellent. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend, damage my sensor on my rim... an charge me for the sensor an I also have to take it to Lexus to reprogram the sensor ... not recommended...

I had a cracked aftermarket rim that was from a previous owenr. It was going too cost hundreds of dollars to replace. These guys did an awesome clean job. They even offered to put it back on the car for me. Everyone there is super nice and easy to work with. Im coming back to get my suv wheels powered coated!

Wow this place knows how to take care of there customers .had 2 bent rims needing fixed .1st one they fixed cracked not there fault high-end rims are harder aluminium so it had to be welded. not much extra cost.2nd one came back perfect saved me a ton of money. my cell battery died on me and they let me use a charger thanks.best part i didnt have to spend days on end looking for new rims anymore. I love the ones I have. thanks stephanie and everyone else. great place great people

I highly recommend awrs wheel repair in Berea. They took my rims from a newer 2013 Cadillac XTS that I purchased used and made them like new! Fixed the road rash and re powder coated all 4, totally cant tell anything was done because they look like they just came out of the box. very knowledgeable staff in the process, if you are unable to bring your rims in, they will take care of them in house if you can leave your vehicle. Turnaround was within 24 hours as promised. Lifetime warranty against cracking or chipping peeling as long as you dont redamage them. Price very fair for what they had to do x4, and cheaper than buying new from factory, A1 operation! Thanks.
