Everyone here is so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been to many doctors and wellness centers. They have their stuff together 100%. Im very happy with the help and level of care Im receiving.

An A-MAZ-ING place that helps SOOOOOO many in so many ways!!!

I was there in march 5, 2019 to Feb 20,2020. I was at a cottage called STC. The staff there was decent but only cared bout themselves not helping the kids. Ms.Alicia was awesome staff at STC with Ms.Sandy but (Rip to Ms. Sandy). But the nurces dont care if ur suicidal bc they wont send u to the hospital if u actually open ur head. But They really needed more staff at STC. But while I was at STC the boys and girls bathroom was exreamly nasty. But STC was an okay please for OGS. But this is my experience. Mr.T.C if u see this thank u for ur staff at STC.

Im currently at burris cottage here and i dont agree with half the things they do

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I worked in residential treatment for about 2 months this winter and missed a few days because my kids were sick. I was fired on the spot one day I went in for my shift because of “excessive absences” however my supervisor Tom didn’t ever write me up prior to me being terminated. I didn’t have an issue with all staff and the kids are just kids trying to cope with not being with their loved ones. There’s also discrimination that goes on as well. I know someone who recently resigned because staff was talking about her to the kids regarding her race. Staff also spends a lot of time on their phones and some of them don’t really care about the kids. They’re not all bad, and some actually do their job but most are there to collect a paycheck. The people running this place don’t care.If you come across this job in a listing, keep looking. Don’t settle for this place. They don’t care about staff or these children and the pay is terrible for what you have to do there. If you’re thinking of sending kids here, do not!!

The staff are horrible, they made fun of my schizophrenia, one of the lady staff called me out on my weight and said I look 7 months pregnant. The cottages are disgusting. They leave out old fruit, covered in fruit flies. And only clean up for the inspector. They restrain for anything and everything. Do not Send your child there.

Please do not send your children there. I was i client there for a few years. The Staff there really dont care about the clients at all and they are extremely disrespectful. One time I was in a confrontation with a staff member and he said we dont listen to you therefore they dont care about your problems or your well being. So please dont send your children there as they wont be helpled

I miss when this place was Berea Childrens Home. My last day was February, 5, 2001 when I was 12 after over 3 years being there. I loved it there and wish I stayed until I was 18 because I believe my life wouldve been a lot better. Ill never forget the staff from those days or the kids who was there with me. So many great memories Ill treasure until my death. Mr. Tom Cummings aka Mr. TC was the guy who bought me a fishing rod set as a going away gift. Ill forever love this place no matter how many times they change the name. Itll always be Berea Childrens Home to me. This place gave me the greatest and most happiest times of my life and til this day Im saddened to have ever left home. Forever my home. Factz yall.

Excellent organization that care for children does their best to provide a safe stable home for them.

Visiting family, I so wish the state would spend more money on clothes that fit these kids and cleaning the cabins

I went to Guidestone when I was 11 years old. Before Guidestone I went to Tuscawras County detention center 3/4 times. At first I didnt care about anyone at Guidestone but,after a while I had nicknames for the staff.Mr.Scotts was HomesliceMr.Dewaynes was Homey-------------------------------------Just to let the staff at Guidestone knowMY MOM MOVED TO AKRONI STOPPED HITTING PEOPLEANDIM LIVING WITH MY LITTLE SISTER, MY LITTLE BROTHER, MY AUNT, MY COUSIN AND HER SISTER,MY GRANDMA AND MY........ DADDYTHIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENEDWITHOUTGUIDESTONE IN MY LIFETHANK YOU
