Extremely rude. Refused to ship a package claiming it can’t be covered up. Been shipping with UPS for 10 years every single week of the EXACT package at 3-4 other locations. Stay away just goto another location or FEDEX. Pathetic
This UPS Store does a quick & efficient job in packaging and sending out packages. We periodically take items already boxed & ready to go. The people at the UPS Store take promptly and were in & out ASAP.
Had to return cable equipment, went in with paperwork and asked how to proceed, the customer rep told me what he was doing to process it, gave me instructions to complete it, was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Thank you! Sue

I shipped three big heavy boxes of different sizes from Ohio to Florida. Chose the cheapest way and in 2 and a half days they arrived at there destination! I was pretty amazed by that alone seeing that I though ground took at least a week. Tha boxes were packed by me really well and when they arrived it was just like I packed it. Without saying what I shipped I will say everything works! So I only have good things to say about the way it all worked out.

My husband was let go from his job due to covid-19 and he was required to send back 5 & 1/2 years of stuff back to the home office (banners, two laptops, work shirts and pants, tools, etc.). When we walked in, we asked if they could pack it for us or if we needed to pack it ourselves since we werent sure if they were allowed, due to the times. Rick was rude from the start. He did inform us they could ship it which was a relief but what needed to be shipped was a lot of little stuff. He had us bring everything in and when we started putting stuff on the counter, he wasnt making space so we moved a box. He got irritated immediately and grab the box from my husbands hand and told us to hold on. We had a lot of large things so we started putting it on the ground at the end of the counter. He didnt want to deal with it so he literally handed it over to another gentleman who was the nicest person ever. He boxed it for us, held conversation and was just overall so pleasant. He sadly didnt get his name. If not for him, this would have been a 1 star review.
I have been a patron at this UPS store for several years and appreciate the prompt efficient service I have received. I’ve had copies made, faxes sent and flyers printed. The service I’ve experienced encourages me to want to continue to bring my business to this location. Thank you.

Went in to get a few documents notarized this morning. The 1 she couldnt do because another person had to be present, understandable. She said she could do the other document instead. It got around to signing her book and she noticed my signatures were a little different. My signature in her book was a little sloppy but if she was really that unsure about it she couldve looked at my signature on my ID instead of milking her time and leaving other customers unattended. Decided to take my business elsewhere and they gave me no problems.
I had a very bad experience with the customer service. The clerk whos name is Bob, was very rude and told me they dont have a public computer for me to print my lable. Ive shipped with UPS Stores almost every week and have never been treated that way EVER. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.
Competent friendly staff that is able to take care of my shipping, copying and other business needs. As a former owner of one of these stores, I understand how busy you can get and how much you need to know on all the different services. I appreciate the business and that they can fill my needs.
Bob was the best! He called to make sure we had the correct email address so he could start printing my daughters headshot and resume. Great customer service!!

I visit The UPS Store on Bagley Road over a dozen times a year. The staff is so helpful. They answer all my questions, always provide receipts, explain store services and HELP carry my boxes! All with a smile. A pleasure using their services!
Show up at 3:01 on Saturday, Feb 1, 2020 and they won’t take my packages that have the label’s already to go on both packages! All you had to do was take the packages from me and their good to go! Guess it’s time to get a Fed-X account!! Great Customer service you provided, UPS store Berea!! I see this store has many complaints! Guess management doesn’t care!!

Always very quick and easy to ship a package from this location. Everyone there has always been pleasant. There is rarely a long wait, so they are able to get you in and out quickly.
Great job on shipping a unique item. We had a heirloom cabinet that we needed to ship across the US. They did a great job packaging it and a reasonable price.

UPS ships my amazon package to some house down the street from mine then tells me I have to reach out to Amazon. The one time I use UPS I get this kind of treatment. FEDEX is a far superior company. Save yourself the trouble.

My husband walked into the store yesterday seeking to mail holiday packages to my family out of state. Immediately, he was met by a nasty UPS staff member who dismissively shouted youve miss our shipping deadline!. My husband said thats fine and proceeded to put the items on the counter. This man seemed so cranky and annoyed by the fact that we were sending packages that wouldnt arrive on or before Christmas day that he was coming unhinged. In an attempt to calm him, I eventually told him that we were fine with the packages getting there later and even then he still seemed irritated, treating us as if we were nothing more than ignorant fools who wanted them to work miracles. He went on to make ridiculous assumptions such as ...everything we have going out now is air, thats expensive, so you probably cant do that as if to say we couldnt afford to pay the $88 to air freight it. He was also quite off putting when he told us the box and packing would be $11.00 extra as if we werent prepared for that. This type of disrespectful nonsense went on and on. The ONLY time he seemed to cheer up was when he gleefully told us the package wouldnt get to destination until Friday, four days after Christmas. I said thats no problem...no one receiving these gifts is a kid and none believe in Santa. He ignored that and began to strategically walk through the insurance information. When this transaction was over, it reminded me that Ive seldom had a pleasant experience in this particular store. I wont use UPS at all in the future and will instead use the postal service. UPS needs to train their representatives to treat their customers better. Certainly some customer do hope that they can mail packages late and get them there by Christmas and Im sure that can be quite frustrating for UPS staff. However, we made it clear that wasnt the case with us so there was no reason this man should have behaved this way. We simply wanted to mail some packages, never asked if theyd get there by Christmas, and this man threw an unnecessary tantrum. Get it together, UPS!
Sloths work here omg. I was the only one in the store and my packages were ready to go only needed shipped and 3 packages took 30 minutes to get a label and pay
$1 to tape a small box.Anyone who buys from Amazon with any frequency will undoubtedly have some returns.Anytime I have walked into a UPS Store with a box and a prepaid label they have no problem taping it for me.A representative by the name of Dan informed me there would be a $1 charge to tape the box.This is a first. I have never been told that by any UPS Store agent. Even previously at this UPS Store I was never told this.Better off going to the one in Fairview Park or North Olmsted. Dont deal with the one in Berea.

Be careful of the convenience factor. I was shocked that a 14 x 14 sized item that weighed less than a pound cost me almost $70.00 for packing and shipping. I should have walked out, wrapped it in some bubble wrap and shipped through the USPS for a third of the price.

Nasty! I paid to have a letter delivered to 1301 E 9th St, Ste 500, Cleveland, OH. Our attorneys office mind you and they have been there for years. The letter comes back. UPS Berea says the address does not exist. I show him the address on the letter head, show him the address on googlemaps. It exists! UPS is to lazy to walk it up. Now I ask for my money back and they refuse and say they cannot deliver it. So give me my money back! Who cant deliver to an attorneys office. Wasted money!

I have only used them for occasional faxings, shipping etc - but have found the staff to be extremely helpful. One of my staff had a complicated problem faxing a drivers license - and they solved the entire issue and charged her a very low fee.

Ive tried calling on numerous occasions. The staff either does not answer the phone or their phone system is garbage. Either way. Terrible customer service. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Use them at your own risk and aggravation.

I hate shipping things, I hate packaging things. I always get nervous that I wont pack it safely and itll get ruined in transit. The UPS Store in Berea has been extremely helpful and professional in assisting me in my shipping needs. Huge shout out to Abe for his professionalism and amazing packaging skills, hes helped me out a couple times now and I couldnt be happier. Even better those who have received items from me have been extremely happy with the packaging of the products.
Went to this location to get a passport photo done. Get there and was informed that they don’t do that here. Sure wish the owner would have that on the website and not wasted my time driving there.
