Soot was depositied on my walls, ceilings, winows, cabinets and all my household belongings from a gas stove that malfunctioned. I was very pleased with the services I recieved from Reasy and Joe. They worked well as a team. They were respectful to me, my family, and my pets. They were on time and worked steadily throughout the day. They kept me well informed on when they would arrive and what they intended to do. They asked me numerous times to go behind them and look to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and asked that I tell them if it wasnt so they could correct it by the end of the day. Reasy and Joe were both pleasant and actually seemed to be enjoying their work. I have nothing but good things to say about Reasy and Joe. I really like the fact that they work so well as a team. I feel they are a great asset to ServePro.

The A Team of Cheyenne and Howard did a amazing job cleaning our HVAC in preparation for the spring allergy season. They were both extremely helpful addressing my questions and concerns. Person in charge of her group refused to clean the office space that was affected by the flood. We had to request they come back several times before they cleaned the carpets. The one in charge constantly complained and kept saying there was no water damage. Every time I tried to tell her where the flood was and how it destroyed our paperwork, she would not look at me. She would make no eye contact. She would just walk away and keep scoffing. Very infuriating, I hope our company never hires them again.

First class experience and job. This is the second time we have used SERVPRO of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties.We had a fire in a rental property and they restored it better than it was before. They also have a construction company that was able to fix up other areas of the property. Communication and job was excellent. If needed, we will definitely use them again (for the third time).

Servpro just finished restoring my home after recent smoke damage and the service I received was outstanding! Maddie and Reasy with Servpro reviewed the stepwise cleaning plan in detail upon first arrival so I would know what to expect. They were careful with my personal belongings while scrubbing every inch of my home. They cleaned EVERYTHING! They were also respectful of my time as this was a several day process. They were very knowledgeable and called attention to all areas of my home where damage had occurred. Upon completion, my home was nearly restored to it’s original condition...I say nearly, because I still require repainting in certain areas. Servpro is there for you when you have a situation. Mine was a burst water pipe. After the plumber replaced the pipe Servpro came in and made sure everything was dry. They are professional and compassionate. They explained everything clearly. Both the men and women I spoke with on the phone and the service people who came out to my house made taking care of a bad situation easy. Check out their website for all the services they provide. Took over a week of calling and begging for our quote to get it. Then when it finally came through it didnt have the information we needed when we had made it very clear what they were coming out for. Had to call multiple times, many days in a row just to get a hold of someone to find out why. Save your time and go with another company.
