I almost never write negative reviews but as an honest professional I wouldn’t want someone to go through what I went through. At first it was a dream come true and Salvatore helped me and he was super nice all the way up to the interview process. He was rude with me and then told me I made the company look bad because I chose to pursue one position over the other because it fitted my needs better, and not getting 2 job offers like he wanted. He would contact me ALL hours of the day and night informing me of the interviews and other information,and he even helped me with my resume because he knew I was the PERFECT candidate for the job and overqualified. After that conflict happened he didn’t even have the decency to contact me back and inform me if I got the job or not. He leaves my messages on read. He is a fake individual who is not at all professional. I know he spoiled my chances with that client and it hurt to know that a person who calls themselves a professional could be capable of such things but hey it’s apart of life. Don’t place too much faith in this company. Lesson learned!!!!

Mara and one of her coworkers kept pressuring me to go over interview questions before the interview with the client after I expressed I didn’t want that. Mara argued back with me saying I wasn’t following instructions when none of that was mentioned when I had my phone interview with her. She kept asking me the same questions during my interview as if she wasn’t listening. She even had the nerve to tell me I didn’t sound excited about the position not knowing I’ve been in the job market since June and nothing had been going good for me so I’m not going to be excited until I’m done with the interview and know if I have the job. I just didn’t like how she handled none of it very unprofessional !!!!!!

I had applied for a job on an online job board and was contacted right away. Thats when I found out the job was a contract job with the staffing agency. I was disappointed that the job wasnt a permanent one, but I had a phone screening (via Skype) and then a phone call with the HR Manager and they submitted my resume to the company. I got an interview with the company, had to work contract for a while, but finally became a permanent employee. My experience with SkySource was very good. Well, I thought everything be was great. Spoke to agency all one day. Said they could get me a job for sure. After the first day, never heard from anyone again. Email not returned. Not encouraging.

Typically I don’t write bad reviews about companies, but I was defiantly disappointed with this recruiting agency. The staff seem unprofessional with the way they deliver information, communicate with their candidates and unorganized. I did a assessment, application, video interview and phone interview only to be withdrawn As a candidate for a position mostly due to miscommunication and disorganization, apparently there was a mix up with another recruiting agency. I was not upset about being withdrawn from the position because there are other opportunities available, but I was upset with how the situation was handled. Instead of the recruiter reaching out to tell me I had been withdrawn and giving me a update, I had to track down the recruiter myself after being told the day before they would reach out to me the same day. When I finally spoke to the recruiter They gave me this poor excuse as to why they had not reached out to me yet and it appeared as if they were trying to avoid telling me all together. I’m defiantly not working with this agency. Now or in the future. Not trustworthy or professional.
