Purchased two of their headsets. First, headset not as pictured. No hinge in the back, no carrying case, etc. Second, the microphones dont work at all on my 2011 HD Road Glide. Wont work on intercom or CB using VOX or PTT. Dont know if its a design flaw for this bike or two faulty headsets... Sad they didnt work for me.
