They were so FAST! My screen cracked and I was able to get a same day appointment. I showed up early and they had my phone done in an HOUR! The employees were extremely professional, helpful and kind. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

I recently purchased a 4th Generation Apple I Pad Air and an brand new I Pencil which had to be taken to QuadStar because after an update the pencil would no longer pair together with its mate. I know service very well, and It just so happens that I am a secret shopper for some of the major in major areas. My service was covered under warranty and I did receive friendly service at Quadstar, however they had to reorder a new pencil because they didnt have any in stock...Tomorrow will make it a 7 day week since Ive been without my IPencil, Ill be sure to repost if service exceeds greatly beyond my expectation.

Insanely good service. They deemed my water damaged Mac to be one of the worst they’ve seen. Despite of that, they had all my data recovered within days. Very honest and comprehensible with what they could provide and what options were available. I hope I’m never in a situation where I need to recover data from a dead Mac, but if I am I’ll bring it to QuadStar.

I have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro that I LOVE!! These wonderful ppl saved me $$ big time. They not only added more storage, so I could keep my 2014 laptop, but they fixed ALL of the problems that I was having with my laptop; & iPhone.Paul worked his magic & I didn’t have to buy a new computer. 🙌🙌🙌They also replaced the screen on my iPhone 11 max & put on the best screen protector I’ve ever used. They are an Apple authorized service center. This is the second time we have used them and again they did not disappoint! Prices are average for computer repairs. The real plus is the knowledge of the staff and their honesty. Worked both times with Paul Steinbrenner, he is extremely knowledgable with Apple / Mac computers. He will help you make the best and right choices.

Bright my Lenovo for warranty repair. Very friendly, family like atmosphere. Everything was done seems like very good, even though it took a bit time. But considering that they had to put computer fully apiary I can’t complain. Thank you!

They are awesome!! Everyone from Quadstar has been so helpful and nice. I had a swollen battery and a broken speaker on my MacBook Pro that they replaced. I tried to get help from apple support, but they canceled my apt and didn’t provide me any info on time and cost of repairs. They ended up giving me Quadstar’s information as an alternative to mailing it in to apple. Quadstar’s technicians were so helpful and they did a fantastic job repairing it, thank you!

Wonderful apple support experience. I was sent here by Apple because they are an approved repair location. They handled my issue quickly and fairly. They resolved my issue in under 15 minutes. I was happy at how clean it was and the ease of parking.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Theyve had my notebook for almost 3 MONTHS and its still not repaired. Horrible communications!!! Theyve only called me once during the time theyve had my notebook, Ive had to call them multiple times to get updates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER USE THESE FOLKS.

The screen on my ipad was frozen. They told me up front that they might not be able to repair it. Not only did they fix the problem, it only took about twenty minutes and cost me $25. Very professional and knowledgeable. Far better in every way than going to the Apple store at Crocker Park. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service! I came to QuadStar with my 2016 MacBook Pro. Like many of this particular model MacBook, it became a victim of Flexgate and my screen was rendered inoperable. In the past, Ive just gone to the Genius Bar, and Ive gone directly to Apple with my MacBook issues. However, during coronavirus, apparently an appointment is necessary before you can even walk through their doors. 2 years ago, all I had to do was walk in... I went in for a battery replacement because this MacBook was also under a battery recall back in 2018. I was without my MacBook for what seemed like an eternity. (it was well over a week if memory serves me right) It was shipped out to an Apple repair center (not sure where), and then shipped to me at home.After being turned away at the Apple store, I went home and started the process online of making an appointment. Apples website pointed me in the direction of several authorized service providers in the area, and I landed on QuadStar, who also happened to have the earliest appointment available. QuadStar handled it all. My device went in on Thursday, and it was done by Tuesday of the following week. I was only without my device for 5 days, and I believe the work was done in house by their technicians. My screen is back to fully operational, and Apple covered the work, as it fell under their repair program. The process was simple, quick, and I am fully satisfied. I definitely recommend.

Great service on my mac! I accidentally inserted a camera SD card into the optical drive. They were able to retrieve the card when the Apple Store Genius Bar couldnt. They also ran a diagnostic and said the machine passed! (its older and it is good to know it is in working shape.)They did the service in 3 days.

I took my Macbook Air there. They took forever to check what was wrong with it, i had to call, they said they would check later, and finally they called me back couple hours later saying its not the battery, its not the screen, its not the ssd... so it must be the logic board, they charged me 50 bucks and they wanted to charge me almost 600 dollars to fix the whole logic board. I decided to pick it up.Two days ago (and 2 months later) I checked my laptop and I found out that the only issue was the baterry connector, a little piece of plastic that can be fix in two seconds, I had to fix it myselfI´m writting this review from my laptop.

Super quick and easy phone screen repair!

Had my Mac Pro upgraded and basically rebuilt with two added hard drives. Runs like a champ! Very reasonable on the price! Its like getting a brand new Mac for a quarter of the price! Before you spend money on a brand new Mac, let these guys take a look at your current one! Do NOT go to the Apple Store before youve let these guys take a look! I highly recommend them!

Exceeded my expectations. After dealing with the Apple store and their policies that were not customer friendly these guys were able to fix my Macbook Pro for much cheaper. They were responsive, had an accurate quote and timeline for the repair. I would highly recommend them over the Apple store.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and they were willing to stay a bit late for pickup if they knew in advance I was on my way. A bit of a far drive for us out here in the northwestern counties though.

I’ve been going to Quadstar since I got my first MacBook many years ago and they were in the Broadview Hts. Now I go to Berea and I’d go further if I had to - they are the BEST. I have special requirements as a digital caricature artist and Paul helps me sync all my devices (ipad, printer, tv display) that run on my iphone hotspot....very high tech! Everyone there is incredible! Highly recommend.

I go to Quadstar I recieved the help, the product Im in and out. even though I live 10 miles away, i will always be a Quadstar customer for my apple and mac computer needs and sales I give Quadstar10 STARS

I have used Quadstar for many years with all kind of Macs. They are fast, efficient, priced well, and very knowledgeable. I would use NO other service with repairs for my Mac.
