A secure and safe place to store my RV. A good system to access the secure lot. Clean. Plenty of room to maneuver our RV into the spot. Before winter, it was easy to take our RV out for a weekend camping trip. The manager was efficient and helpful. Easy autopay option.

Went to their new hot tub warehouse, Agean. Very small space..only had six hot tubs to fit in the space, but good quality tubs.

Horrible. I had we t in talked with the manager Judy. Asked if I could have outdoor storage. She told me yes as long as my truck was under 30 long. I said I will bring it in next week. I asked if I could make a deposit she said dont worry about it. On the day I needed to store it they told me there was nothing. I had to scramble on moving day to find a new storage place. Judy had all my info written down and failed to let me know they had no space. Plus Judy was kind of rude and didnt act like she even wanted my business. You really made my life more difficult. Thanks for absolutely nothing. You guys are horrible!

The price is lower than any other storage in the area. 24 hour access was important to me, as is the security of the facility. Adequate camera coverage & an on site live-in manager kept my belongings safe for a full year. The 24 hour kiosk machine made rental & payment easy.

Giving 2 stars only for great manager (Jim ) work and clean and organized place which is also i consider Jims achievement. I leased office/warehouse unit for one year then had to move for bigger space. All was great until I moved out and received partial security deposit back. It is not big money, but I am being principal on the rippingoff. Before moving out I hired three people to do the complete clean up and painting of the place. Which costed me 600 for guys 2 day job and about 100 for paint and tools. I did it to get my full deposit back which is $1095. If I was told to do anything else, I would do it with no problem, but without any prior notification I was charged $219. But main point not even that. Those money were charged for $ 10 job maximum. I painted over 2 light switches and and couple of socket covers . $1.85 same switch in Home Depot and 0.45 cents for same cover plus 5 minutes work for any dummy like me) . So $4.60 total NOT 220 for OLD yellow covers and switches which partially were painted over several times before me. Giving this feedback just because I dont like when I feeling unfairly towards myself. They could just send me a notice or call that I need to fix it before charging!!!! Conclusion is that it was almost cheaper for me and definitely less headache to leave place a mess and not receive my deposit back at all, but I tought that business to business need to have respect.

Its a clean and safe facility with nice people at a good price.

Good storage place but a bit pricey for outdoor storage. Looking for a more affordable place to store my camper.

I have used this facility for many years when it was called The Attic. It is 100% better now that Five Star Storage has taken it over

24 hour access to unit; 24 hour kiosk available to use for everything you might need from renting a unit to making a payment; also can pay online. Only downsides are the units dont have lights or electricity of any kind (at least mine doesnt), so dont forget your flashlight! No grace period on the late charge if you dont make your payment on time. Only once in 6 months have I seen the kiosk broke down.
