Our truck broke down on the side of the highway while towing our boat home. It was a Sunday so almost everything was closed. They towed us and our boat to their shop, found the part we needed and called a mechanic in to repair it all within a couple hours. They gave us snacks and drinks while we waited and offered to drive us wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend them for great hospitality and quick reliable service.

We had an issue with our 1994 YJ today. We were towed to this shop, Thomas took excellent care of my baby. Miracles are pink jeep means the world to me, and he promised to take good care of her and get me back on the road today. Thomas did and I’m very thankful for taking the time to diagnose my problem. I highly recommend Russell and his crew!

Jesse who recently took over the day shift at McMahans is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and he will freely share that knowledge just to help you out. Ive used McMahans a few times over the past 4 years, but they have really stepped up their game recently. great customer service, and great turn around time. I highly recommend seeing Jesse next time your car needs service.

Asked for towing and he said yes he would be there in 20 minutes. Then after an hour of waiting he still didnt come. When I tryed calling back, he wouldnt answer the phone. So I had my husband to call from his cell and the guy answered and so my husband asked if he was coming or not because its cold he said his tuck broke down and hed been trying to call me. Which is a lie he never called me. And he probably only answered my husbands call because it was a different number. I mean if you dont want to give me a do the job just say no at first instead of making me wait in the cold with my child and then lyi g about it.outside and the baby is in the car. And he told my husband his truck broke down. And that hes been trying to call me. And that was a lie he never tried calling me at all. And he never answered when I called

No one likes to break down or have vehicle trouble; but if you need a tow there is no place better in Berea! Staff has taken care of me by driving out to my house to pick me up for work while they had my vehicle in the shop. They have delivered my vehicle right to me instead of me having to find a ride just to get my vehicle back. Shop and waiting room arent the biggest, but their hearts are! Highly recommend this place!
