Melniks has been awesome to buy from! We just bought 2 rebuilt title vehicles from them last week. The process of trading in and buying was very easy and Shawn was great to work with. I loved that they were not pushy at all as most places can be. I did have a dead battery a few days after getting my truck and they sent me to autozone to get a brand new one covered on them in their warranty! (Same thing happened to my Mazda and the dealer told me tough luck). Overall the experience was great! We will definitely continue to use them and send people their way!!

Had a New Car Dealership give me a $179.00 dollar diagnostic check on my personal vehicle. The New Car Dealership told me I needed $1600.00 in front end repairs. I explained my issue with the car to George of Melniks Automotive. He told me what he though the car needed. I took the car to George, and he repaired the car for $300.00. The car is running and handling great. Had I listened to the New Car Dealership it would have spent 1600 and still had the problem. Thank you George. Honest and knowledgeable. Great service!

We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey in March of 2021. George helped us out the day we went to look at the van, he answered all of questions and went over all of the work that had been done on the vehicle. We went back the same day to pick it up we were pleasantly surprised that we werent at the dealership for hours completing the purchase. This van does have a salvage title but you would never be able to tell from looking at or driving it. We were concerned about insuring the van, as it does not have a clean title, however we found multiple big name carriers that would provide coverage. We are currently driving it home from Florida and have had zero problems. We love our van!!

Recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for my daughter as a graduation from college gift . Sean, the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and and explained everything about the vehicle. I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Melnik Automotive.I live in upstate NY but travel through Ohio frequently for work... I found Melniks when searching out the best deal I could find anywhere online between NY, PA and OH. I was a bit skeptical at first since they work primarily with vehicles that have been in accidents, but it quickly became clear to me that George is very meticulous and does nothing but top notch work. Based on all my interactions with them, George and his partner Shawn are both men of integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.I bought this Odyssey while traveling through OH for a work trip... On Tuesday evening i test drove the Odyssey and put a down payment on it, planning to come back out to OH to pick it up a week or two later. The very next Wednesday morning I got into a minor accident in downtown Cleveland with the RAV4 that drive for work. Shawn and George helped me get the paperwork squared away with the Odyssey so I could drive it home that evening and leave my RAV4 with them for repairs. Not only do I love my new Odyssey, but they did a really great job fixing up my RAV4. This is coming from a Mechanical Engineer whos a bit nit picky about his vehicles and the work done one them.My entire experience with Melniks from start to finish was great, I especially liked the fact that George and Shawn were both able to communicate over text messaging and were very responsive. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, which was important to me as someone from out of town with limited time between work meetings.It is extremely rare for me to spend the time to leave a business a review online, but I realize that i would not have given Melniks a chance if not for all the really positive reviews i read when researching them. Im so glad i did, because i saved several thousand dollars going through them. I wanted to pay it forwards and tell anyone looking that these guys are legit, and that youre dealing with good people at Melniks Automotive. I will very likely travel to OH to purchase another good deal from them next time Im in the market for a new vehicle.

My girlfriend bought a Rebuilt 2018 Subaru from George last year. We live 600 miles from the dealership, and George was more than happy to pick us up at the airport. From that point on we knew we were in good hands! we were able to go to the shop and look the car over from top to bottom. the attention to detail in the rebuild was awesome. It has been a great car for her. So when i saw the 2018 50th anniversary Crosstrek show up on the website a couple weeks ago, I knew I had to fly down and buy it. Once again, George picked me up at the airport in my car. The rebuilt car was all I had expected, as was the personal touch of a family run business! I drove the car back 600 miles to Michigans Upper Peninsula feeling like I was in a new car. I would highly recommend Melniks to anyone looking for a great used vehicle!! I recently bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Melnik’s. Let’s just say I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here. Dan went above and beyond in every way of buying this van. We are three hours (One way) away from Melnik’s. We called Dan ahead of time to make sure Dan and the van where going to be there. Dan was suppose to be at lunch but changed his schedule for us and worked around our schedule. When we got there everything about the van was as described online (exactly like new condition). We bought the van with no problems, Dan was very informative and the paperwork process was flawless. As we were getting ready to leave we realized there was only one set of keys. Dan got us another set no questions asked and programmed them for us that day! Four weeks after buying the van we had issues with the battery. We took it to our local autozone to have it tested and it tested good. I called Dan and he answered right away. I informed him about the battery. He said no problem take it to your local Honda dealer have them look at it and keep me informed. The dealer replaced the battery. (The dealer said they have battery’s test good like that and still the van will know that there is a bad cell in it due to the sensitive battery monitoring electronics in the van). I called Dan and informed him of what the dealer told us and that they changed the battery. Dan called the dealer and paid for everything in full. Melnik’s service even after we bought the van was exceptional!! I highly recommend them and will be telling friends and family about Melnik’s.

When George realized that he had all weather floor mats in his shop for me, he drove them out to my house at 8 o’clock at night and install them for me. Excellent car and excellent customer service!

I bought a car online from George (currently live in NC). I was a bit nervous to buy a car online not knowing what I would need to do or how it would work. George made it the easiest process. My car was at my front door within days. It was in perfect condition. Daniel showed us the accident report plus encouraged us to have the vehicle inspected from an outside garage. They also offer bumper to bumper coverage for 30 days if there are any issues after the purchase. It was very easy to deal with him and response time was always fast. Shortly after purchasing the Civic, our teenage daughter had an accident with the car. They were able to do the repairs to the car to restore it back in perfect condition within the same week of the accident. We purchased a rebuilt Odyssey in late July 2016. Researched and had many questions as this was a big purchase for us and we were unsure on buying rebuilt. George had so much expertise in discussing every aspect of the repair and even offered to check out any other vehicle we were considering in case we went a different direction. It was so clear he knew these vehicles and repairs inside and out, and there was nothing pushy in the sale. He patiently addressed any question and provided full details on the car. We drove from Cincinnati to Cleveland because of the professionalism and knowledge evident from Melniks. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a used vehicle. This is a family-owned business and their dedication to their customers was above anything I saw looking at many dealerships before we bought from them. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service, called 5 times throughout the day, answering machine is from August 1st. The answering machine suggested to email, so I emailed and never heard back. They have the wrong address on google. I don’t really think these people care about how a good business should be operated or if they even get any customers. Don’t be surprised if this place is no longer in business in 2-6 months.

Mr Melnik knows what hes doing and the right way to do it. Based on his expertise my 2011 MDX got a timing belt job at an AMAZING price and is running perfectly. You dont need to go to the dealer every time. This guy is a gem doing it on his own and I cant recommend him enough. Thank you sir.
