They did a great job repairing a plastic bumper cover, and blending a difficult-to-match color. The job was completed when promised. Highly recommended.

Bumper and fender not lining up correctly (they replaced both). Damages caused from accident not fixed when speaking to staff at this establishment the lady we 1st spoke to was nice and friendly, the man that she sent out was not. He was very argumentative and started getting loud with us. Would not reccomend this establishment!

I would highly recommend the services of Serpentini Collision Center in Berea because honestly they went above and beyond what would be expected. I had to drop my car off due to body damage from a car accident. The guys at Serpentini hooked me up with a very nice loaner...which was a God send because I dont know what I would have done without it. While my car was in the shop I expressed some concern to the insurance estimator that he and the guys in the shop had overlooked something that I was certain was related to the accident. He heard me out and they took a second look, ran some testing etc. and ended up fixing that issue as well. In addition to all of that, they cleaned the inside of the car....and the icing on the cake? They found the new windshield wiper blades in my trunk that I had purchased but not yet had a chance to put on....and they went ahead and put those on for me too!I could not possibly be more pleased with the service I received.

The white female receptionist, Madison I believe her name is, she was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and intentionally made comments to be spiteful to me over the phone, a returning customer. They obviously dont put the customer first and need a new receptionist. It doesnt matter if shes nice to every other customer, the moment you treat one customer bad is enough proof that you dont deserve to have that job.

Great staff. I came in with a flat tire and just asked if they had an air compressor that I could use to fill up my tire but a staff member actually patched my tire for me. I couldnt be more grateful. Thank you so much!!

Im on my third truck from Serpentini Chevrolet. I have never had a problem getting any troubles I have had resolved. They are ALWAYS courteous, professional, and very quick to do any required maintenance & to resolve any problems or warranty work that may occur.

I had a small run in with another person locally, and the paint had been scratched up on my fender and bumper. After filing the claim with State Farm it took less than 24 hours for my car to be in the shop and in a rental vehicle. The guys over at Serpentini helped facilitate the whole claim by sending everything to State Farm, and doing it at a wonderful rate. They went above and beyond! When I got my car back it looked absolutely fantastic! You couldnt even tell where the damage was, and they washed, waxed, vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car as well! It was such a professional and wonderful job I tried to roll up my window when I got home only to realize that it wasnt down!I recommend this location to everyone I talk to.(They may be a Chevy location but they do body work for all makes and models. My car is a Honda Civic.)

Debating on bringing my vehicle here. Whomever answered the phone- was dry. No warm welcoming or anything that made me feel as if you want my business. Word of mouth is EVERYTHING. First IMPRESSION IS WHAT I LOOK FOR. Ive had NOTHING but issues with Sepentini from the start- so I REALLY shouldnt be surprised.

Fixed my fendst bendet toot sweet

Took my auto in for a simple bumper cover repair and they completely botched it up! Headlamp assembly and the bumper cover were both out of line!(headlamp assembly was actually ok before)! My paint was also buffer burned. They took $1100.00 of insurance money, salvaged the bumper cover,(which has a dent in it still and should have been replaced), painted a 4x4 in. area and buffed and could not get it right! Do not take your car here or you will regret it!
