We have used Berea Heaying for almost as long as they’ve been in business. Russ is always diligent about calling back, showing up, doing what’s necessary and no more, staying with the job until it’s done, and charging a fair price. I would never even consider using another contractor.

Excellent service responded within an hour repaired problem inexpensively. Would highly recommend.

Two years ago I had a complete furnace/AC replacement. Russ did a GREAT job and his prices are good too. Recently, I had a furnace issue and he told me what to do over the phone and it worked. He will be getting my business and referral for a long time.

Called about 4 weeks ago for a quote on something I wanted done. I always try to use local business so that my money stays in my community. The call taker took my information and told me a representative would be in touch. 4 weeks is a bit much. Thank you Berea heating and cooling! This is the second time you’ve stuck me without a call back.

Use huge! More professional.Russ is a cocky joke. Told me to install a used furnace myself. I did the 80$ diagnostic check and he just never got back to me with what was wrong. He said i have to check a few things and left. Thats it. He made fun of my older furnace, which is soo unprofessional. I was embarrassed by the time he was done.I will NOT be using Berea Heating and cooling ever again. For shame Russ, you left my family cold.

Russ, has a great sense of humor and to me very trusting. Look he has a great trade in HVAC. He gets up in the cold during the winter to help folks that need it. Hes worth every penny, I will definitely use him for my A/C work this summer as well.Thanks Russ for being my familys go to HVAC professional. Keep up the great work!!
