The two guys who came out to clear out our garage/shop were GREAT, They were on time, courteous, efficient, hared workers. Moved everything as we directed and even cleaned up the floors after. Price was reasonable, cheaper than us renting a dumpster and doing it ourselves!!!! Wed use them again and already referred them to our neighbor!

They showed up on time. Negotiated a fair price and was done in fifteen minutes. Very pleased with the experience.

My neighbor used 1-800-got-junk and had a good experience so I thought I’d give them a try. I finally took time to clean out the garage. Years of stuff had somehow managed to pile up and I dreaded trying to get anything out of there. I went online, scheduled a day and time for pick up and got to work.I received a call when they were on the way. There were three of them and two trucks. Very nice individuals, each one at one point asked me how my day had been. While keeping distance due to Covid. All my stuff was outside so that helped.They worked hard to get everything in one truck and was able to do so. I was pleased with the job they did and the price. I paid for a full truck and it really was a full truck. I was surprised they managed to get all that into one truck. Appreciate all three of them, I appreciate this service and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

It was really easy to set a 2 hour appointment window online. They came by, gave me a quote, and 15 minutes later my MONSTER pile of junk was gone. Saved me a ton of time and stress.

The guys showed up in the removal truck for a quote and since it was within my pricing we went with them. They were in and out within 20 minutes after emptying an entire truck bed of lumber from a dock removal. Thanks for your quick work.

I just moved to Cave Springs Arkansas from another city where Got Junk operates. Ive used them before in two different cities.Just a fair and honest bit of advice. Their rates that they show you on their price page are not only ridiculously high, but theyre not set in stone. If you have boxes and stuff in your garage easy to load, negotiate the price. If your items are able to be donated, negotiate the price. The employee I spoke with informed me that they get profit sharing and commission but he wasnt supposed to tell me that. So theyll try to upsell you. The more they take, the more they make. So I flat out said Im not paying $400 for a half of their tiny truck full. He made a call and said he could take it for $150....WHAT? Its just sad some people actually pay those insane prices because its on paper. Think it was $700 for a full truck. 15 cubic yard trucks. Theres 10 companies online search and on other platforms like craigslist local businesses that charge way less than half of what these guys charge.I did some research on got junk and theyre call center and headquarters is in Canada. So not only are they not a local business, theyre not even a USA based business. Come on Northwest Arkansas folks, shop, buy, and hire local companies. We dont need twenty percent of their expensive franchise prices and your money going to Canada haha.Hopefully my advice helps. Trust me, you can call anyone to haul your junk. But keep it local. Dont let some Canadian franchise come in here and put the better, cheaper, local businesses out of business, so this franchise owner can get rich paying employees $10 per hour to do this nasty work. While hes making $700 a truck load. Most gets recycled or donated so theres no reason for the high prices. Even a full tiny truck of theirs would only average a ton in dump weight which its $60 a ton to dump at the landfill.The only reason Ive used them twice is because I realized they would pretty much cut prices in half before theyd leave bidding the job. Gotta stand firmJust remember. Theyll take your Junk for whatever price you think is fair. Reasonable of course. Trust me they wont walk away and leave. It wastes too much time and money to leave empty handed. Anything is better than nothing to these guys so theyll take it for a third what they quote. If not get other quotes. Always get 3-4 quotes, theyre free estimates!If they quote $700 full truck dont pay more than half that $350. Half their truck full $200 most. Dont let them take advantage of you. And pay attention to the truck upon finishing to make sure its packed good.
