I cannot say enough about how happy I am I found Integrated Dentistry. All the staff and Dr. Johnson must understand how nervous and apprehensive people are when they walk into a dentist office because everyone is so friendly, calming and appreciate their patients. Dr. Johnson explained everything so I could understand and gave me several treatment plans for me to choose from based on my issues and cost. After several months of procedures, the end result was amazing. The great service and attitude doesnt stop when you finish with the initial treatment; they continue to appreciate you when you come in for cleaning, check ups, etc. If you have dental problems or are not happy with your smile, this is the place for you!

Everybody who works here is super friendly and professional! I normally hate going to the dentist, but not anymore, not here. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They have earned my repeat business and loyalty. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very impressed by the level of experience, professionalism, friendliness and skill of Dr. Johnson and his team. I chose this clinic knowing that I might end up needing a root canal procedure and was hoping to avoid that option. I was pleased to discover that Dr. Johnson was aware of the evidence-based concerns regarding the procedure, and helped me feel comfortable with another option. The office was very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be going back!

This was just my initial visit, but I can honestly say I’ve found my dental home. The staff was both reassuring and kind, and Dr. Johnson was amazing! After explaining my, very real fear of dentists, he took considerable time to reassure me that I was in good hands. He explained each step and procedure, and for the first time in years I feel hopeful!!

I’ve been going to Integrated Dentistry since May. My sister in law had started seeing Dr. Johnson and was adamant that I needed to go to him for all of my dental needs. I initially went in for a cleaning, but had a small cavity so got that filled and didn’t feel a thing- which is not typical in my experience with fillings!I had previously discussed having some cosmetic treatments done with a different dentist and was quoted $11k to replace two crowns and put crowns on a few other healthy teeth to fill in some spaces.Dr. Johnson suggested different options for me to get the “perfect” smile that I have been desiring for so long. He didn’t think I should ruin healthy teeth by putting unnecessary crowns on them and I’m so appreciative of his knowledge and expertise. I’m currently wearing Invisalign to slowly and safely move my teeth, lessening the very visible space that has made me insecure with my smile for years. When done with Invisalign treatment (only 14 weeks) Dr. Johnson will replace two existing crowns and add two veneers, allowing me to be more confident and secure in my smile. I’m so excited for this day! I should also mention that full treatment start to finish is costing nowhere near the $11k I was quoted for unnecessary treatments by a different dentist.I can’t not give a proper review without also giving praise to the gals in the office! Courtney is a top-notch dental assistant! She makes you feel at ease and we all know how scary going to the dentist can sometimes be! She is the best! Jenni works up front and is super sweet and great at making patients feel welcomed and she hands out the best Arkansan water :)

Everything was explained to me before proceeding with the procedure. Stated they would not wear a mask ( with the exception of operations) even if I asked as an immune compromised person. I cannot recommend this place as an ethically safe or best practicing dentist office. Even before the pandemic best practicing dentists wore masks.

So far my experience has been wonderful!! I did A LOT of research before booking. I have had nothing but horrible dental experiences in the past. I was ready to get on the right and healthy track with my teeth, but just have not had luck until I met Dr. Derrick Johnson. I love his holistic knowledge mixed with modern day dentistry. I am blown away with the amount of time and the quality of time he has spent with me. He has educated me along the way and we have started my journey that I have so LONG desired! Who doesn’t want healthy teeth that just needs routine maintenance, and a beautiful smile??!! Well he and his staff are there to get you on track! I feel like I am in the best hands in the industry. We need more health professionals in the world like this man! The staff has been incredible too! Courtney is a killer dental assistant! And Jenni is just lovely! (AMAZING) Not Your Typical Lame Dental Office!I found Integrated Dentistry after moving to Bentonville recently and had to leave a review because I was blown away by Dr. Johnson and his staff… so friendly, professional, and helpful.Their office ambiance wasn’t the typical cookie-cutter dental chain that treats you like a number versus a patient.Their office was more like a cozy high end hotel with comfortable seating and waterfalls at the entrance - minus the doorman and valet parking ;-).I learned all the pictures on their walls were actual patients whose lives have literally been transformed through advanced methods of cosmetic dentistry services from teeth whitening to permanent denture implants.Oh yeah… here’s something that’s never happened in 40+ years of seeing a dentist. Their dental hygienist (awesome BTW) took all kinds of high end digital photos of my entire mouth so I could see what they see and could be used as a benchmark for before and after pictures. Not just digital X-rays… that’s done too.Could not recommend them enough. Wife loves them too (bonus)!

I had a really great experience my first visit with Dr. Johnson. During our first visit we were pitched the idea of a insurance co-op (where cost is shared between people with healthy low cost mouths and people who need more done) with the other patients in the practice. They were very interested in my husband and I doing this before I had been examined and told my husband all about it. Then they examined me and we spoke about my gum line and my gums receding on a few teeth. I was told it would cost $5000 per side out of my own pocket to get this done. I need this so I was saving up to complete this. We were considering the insurance plan because we thought it would offset our cost a bit. Coincidentally, they never contacted us about the insurance ever again. Then came my second appointment...Im so upset right now!! After seeing Dr. Johnson in September for a routine cleaning I had a small problem with what I think may be an gum infection after a cleaning . It went away but came back again in a few months time so I made an appointment.This time I had some billing questions since he is an out of network dentist for my plan (just so I wasnt surprised by cost) I didnt have a problem paying the difference for someone I liked and the first experience was good. During my visit with the hygienist I was literally told to find a new dentist (as I was sitting in the exam room with the bib on!! ) The hygienists and the office manager said they (Dr. Johnson) really didn’t like dealing with insurance and I should find another clinic. I was totally embarrassed. Then I asked to speak to the dentist and maybe clear up any confusion about me paying out of pocket for the difference which again I had no problem with. I still wanted to be seen at this point. I was told he had gone home for the day even though there were still patients in the office. This office is VERY unprofessional and money motivated. I obviously thought it was just a regular dental practice and not a cash cow for a group of people who didnt want to be inconvenienced. I’m a wife, Nurse, mom, and a person. I was so disappointed to be treated like a paycheck. Absolutely NO kindness or grace used here. The whole insurance thing seems like a scam looking back on it. Hopefully they arent being dishonest with the older generation and charging them unfairly. STAY AWAY. They say they are a normal dental practice but they are just looking for people who need lots of work that don’t have insurance or healthy mouths to offset their in house insurance costs. Very concerning.

For the first time ever, I got a comprehensive overview of what is going on in my mouth when I went through the complete dental physical. I had no idea how complex and complicated the process really is. They took dozens of pictures, X-Rays, created a 3D model of my mouth to show me exactly what is going on and told me how things are. We discussed what is going on and what can go wrong down the road in a few years. It is a privilege to have Noel and Dr. Johnson as friends who take pride in taking care of their patients like me. I think Dr. Johnson is the best human on earth at doing what he does. Thanks for all you do. I am your #1 Fan.

Jan cleans my teeth, I have a terrible tarter problem, but she hangs in there and always does a good job!

I have had an extensive dental overhaul over the last 6 months. This office goes above and beyond what you would expect. The service is wonderful and the work is amazing. They have accommodated me in any way that I needed and did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Johnson is a great dentist and very detail oriented. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office or the people in it. I would highly recommend them for anything you need done.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Derrick and his staff are really great. Went in for what I thought was a loose filling. Turns out it was a cracked tooth. Dr. Johnson and his staff took extra time and drilled out the crack in an attempt to save the tooth. He put a temporary crown on and the same evening I feel a million times better. The review is not because I feel better but because of the time he took to do everything he could to save my tooth. He is clearly very good at what he does.

I had to get a wisdom tooth extracted and in comparison to the others that I had pulled at another office it was far quicker and less painful. This five-star rating goes straight to Mrs. Bonnie. She’s an excellent oral hygienist. When I’m in the chair, she listens to everything I have to say. Mrs.Bonnie does a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. Her work helps soothe my stress and anxiety levels. I’m suffering from gum disease. Keeping my teeth is the hardest thing to do now. Mrs. Bonnie takes the time to listen, demonstrate, and provide tips on how to keep my teeth and gums cleaner. My teeth are far from being perfect, which is why having a perfect dental hygienist is crucial. Maybe, if I had her these past 19 years, I would have not gone through such a severe case of gum grafting. I’m still battling the gum grafting issue. However, Mrs. Bonnie is a blessing. I definitely recommend to her to all patients. She’s the best.

I had such an amazing experience at this dentist office! They fit me in last minute when I was experiencing awful tooth pain and I can not be more grateful. Went in for consultation, have a cracked tooth & no molars. Spoke with Dr. about previous history & implants, or bridges. Referred immediately to another Dental clinic better able to handle my specific problems. Wish I’d have seen him years ago would have saved a lot of time & possibly teeth!For those lucky enough to be treated at this clinic, I think you would be happy & I don’t trust just Any Dentist, Doctor or health professionals.

I had four molar inplants in upper rear. The experience and result were all Id hoped for and more. Anyone needing implants will be well served and more than pleased with the congenial and skilled Dr. Johnson and his friendly staff and, most importantly, the results. Ill seriously be surprised if there is a better dentist with implants in the entire nation.

I learned alot. The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and asked alot of questions. This time my cleaning was much less annoying, and didnt take long. Im thankful that she used a small amount of topical, to make scaling easier. The doctor explained what to watch in the future and treatment options. His office uses high-tech imaging & tools. I found my new dental office 👍

Dr. Johnson and the staff of integrated dentistry have had a wonderful impact on my life! I became a patient about 2 years ago. I was embarrassed had not been to the dentist in a very long time and was really scared to go the Doctor Johnson and the staff made me feel at ease and I am so happy that I went. I had lost some teeth due to old silver fillings falling out and was getting to the point I didnt even want to smile dr. Johnson changed all that! My smile is absolutely beautiful looks and feels natural and never had any pain whatsoever throughout the entire process of getting dental implants! I am a nurse and I will say I recommend dr. I came to see Dr Johnson due to a desire to improve the look of my teeth and smile. As a physician practicing in a medical-aesthetics office, I am acutely aware of how important our appearance is. I had consultations at two other offices and chose Dr Johnson because of his integrative approach. He analyzes your bite and how your jaw moves to help determine the best approach to correcting the cause of the problem. I like that he does not take a “cookie cutter” approach to improving your appearance. He designs your teeth specifially to fit you and ensure it is natural and healthy looking. Dr Johnson explained all of the dental work needed in detail as well as the cost. When one of my fillings failed 3 months after placement, he replaced it free of charge.

I finally made the decision to get full dentures I called Integrated since I had gotten a flyer. Best decision i ever made. after my first meeting with Dr Johnson I was immediately at ease. this was a tough decision for me so the timed taken was so appreciatedeverything was explained along the way. today was the first time I saw aa before and after picture and ik was thrilled. I can now smile with my mouth open once again.
