I had my taxes done with Tanya. She was very nice, explained everything well, answered all of my questions, and had me checking out in less than 30 minutes. The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly as well. I strongly recommend H&R Block at this location.

Tax preparers were impatient and unfriendly. I understand it’s a stressful time, but they were unpleasant to deal with over the phone for no apparent reason. I didn’t want to make their job any more difficult or complicated, but they seemed annoyed when I asked questions to better understand what they were telling me. I feel like I was not listened to when I tried to explain my circumstances, which is not a good feeling at all when it concerns important financial information.

Tanya is amazing to work with and provides the best service.

I love this place! Tonya helped me out this year. She’s sweet and quick! I go here every year and plan to go back next year.

I was told it would take 20 minutes to sign the papers. That clearly wasn’t the case as it took me an hour and 20 minutes to process everything, and even then I didn’t read all the documents. Eventually I got fed up and started skimming. I had my ride out in the parking lot waiting on me because I was told it would only take 20 minutes. Also I wasn’t quoted the right price, total ended up being $120 more than I was quoted. The inclusion of a 1098-E is not sufficient reason to be charged an additional $80 in fees. I normally do my own taxes and I know how simple the 1098-E section is. The price difference really upset me but by the time I was told the price you’d already done my taxes so it wasn’t like I could complain.

The tax return they provided me was equivalent to a highschooler giving taxes a go for the first time. Was missing very important documents necessary for my return even after requesting 3 times they not forget that part. 2 weeks on a simple return and it was a mess. Glad I double checked their work and didnt trust them. Now I can fix it myself.

Weve been approved every year for the advance $3000. This year we had even better credit and we got disapproved

This office appeared to be adequately prepared address my familys tax needs. This was only in appearance. The tax professional failed to take into consideration several aspects of my history with H&R Block and my history with the IRS. Because of this, they have now contacted me some 5-6 months later demanding that I pay them more money for my tax preparation. This is absurd. I will never return to an H&R Block. They have caused my family and I more stress than should be necessary. Save your time, money and stress, and go somewhere else.

My 1040EZ would have been free to file at H&R Block, however since I have a 1098(Paid Student Loan Interest form) they felt it was appropriate to charge $156 to file. Ridiculous!

The tax consultant has charged amount of $247 which is ridiculous. Because of having my foreign income. Initially they said it was $60 for my tax filing. Last time when I filed, the same H&R block in another branch had charged $230 including the ITIN applied for my spouse and kid. Suggesting you to avoid visit this branch
