Moonlight and Rust provided the tables, chairs, decor and games for my wifes surprise 40th birthday party. The service and experience working with them was excellent from start to finish. Dawn and team worked with me to pull together everything I needed for the event from their large inventory, and it all was delivered on time and exactly as planned. They are so sweet! The lady I spoke with was just so nice. I just needed a couple tables and chairs for a party and everything worked out great! Ordered them all online and paid online. Pick up was perfect. Excellent communication! I will definitely be back for all my events! PS the view on the way to their property was so beautiful especially in the fall!

I’ve never had to go through a rental agency for anything. I was very anxious ordering tables and chairs for our daughters wedding. Having to depend on others for help and trusting others, is very hard for me. Well let me tell ya...this couple was a amazing!!!!!! Dawn you are such a joy to visit with!!!! Moonlight and Rust has an extremely wide selection of reasonably priced items. We found Dawn accommodating and easy to work with. She was willing to make several last minute changes without a complaint. The only issue we had was with the instructions regarding how to handle the chairs and outside whiskey barrels. We were told to stack the chairs outside, pad side up for pick up unless there was a forecast of rain. There was not, so that is what we did. Not being from Arkansas, we were not prepared for the heavy dew that fell that night. We were charged an additional $225 cleaning fee on 150 chairs-even though we did exactly what we were told to do. We were also told, upon pick up, that the whiskey barrels should have been brought in that evening. We were not told that. I would recommend that if you choose to go with Moonlight and Rust you get EXACTLY what you are to do with the items in writing.

We used them for decor and linens for our wedding, and they did a great job! They even picked up the night of so that we didnt have to come back! Everything was exactly as we had been told it would be, and they were on time and super sweet!

Unprofessional and inconsiderate!Rented an arch and some lawn games. Discussing setup was understood that both rented items would be setup and ready for use on event date. Day of was another story. They brought the games and arch a day early unknown to me. My 65 yr old father and groom both had to move the arch in one piece. (extremely heavy) The games were in bags put in the corner of a room unknown to me. Not set up and never used. When my father expressed his unhappiness with the husband, dawn (wife) came over to puff her chest, instead of being professional and apologized and walking away. Would NEVER recommend!

I work for a nonprofit organization and used Moonlight and Rust for salt and pepper shakers, tables, pitchers, etc. for a fundraising dinner. They were very professional, delivered and picked up the items on time, and always responded quickly to emails. I checked several other rental companies before booking with them and they were by far the most affordable. Bryan and Dawn were wonderful to work with. We will definitely use them again!

Lady driving car with Moonlight and Rust decal on the back window (owner I presume) nearly ran me over after not stopping while I was using a crosswalk. I recommend you avoid walking near this driver.
