The hardest part about moving to a new city can be finding a great stylist. Fortunately, I landed at Pure and have had nothing but phenomenal experiences over the past year and a half. Halle is a hair wizard, so thoughtful and knowledgeable—I trust her implicitly. I love how clean the salon is—even when they’re doing color all day it always smells fresh!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this spot is not worth the money! I and 22 year old female. My hair turned out fine it wasn’t a botched cut but, the girl doing my hair did not have near the skill my previous stylist had. (Different salon). The stylist trimmed my hair essentially the same way as a home cut. She didn’t seem to understand basic cutting techniques. Also, her brush reminded me of my 13 year old sisters with 3 years worth of hair and bent out of place plastic bristles. You don’t need fancy tools but, keep them clean and in good condition. Over all my take away is that I will not be going back and will be trying to find a stylist with 10+ years experience. These girls had my level of knowledge on cutting hair.

Outstanding!! Pure is a GREAT place to go for a spa day. I’ve gone multiple times to see Brooke (esthetician), most recently I went in for a facial. She has HEAVENLY hands. I’m torn between staying awake to enjoy the facial or to let it put me straight to sleep. I’ve never been more relaxed, it’s incredibly peaceful. The environment is very warm and welcoming, I will continue to come here.

I got my first facial from Brooklyn Boggs a couple of months ago and I have gotten one every month since! All of her products smell amazing and feel incredible on your skin. She also educated me on what skin products and routine I should use for my skin type. I will recommend Brook to all my family and friends.

I had the best facial I have ever had! It was cozy & very welcoming. Abbie the esthetician was vey professional, honest, and made me feel like I was the only appointment of the day! I will return as many times as I can. The entire staff was uplifting and full of smiles. I would recommend this place to anyone not just for a relaxing day but for the knowledge they share to help you improve your own daily skin techniques. I have seen a major difference in my skin! ❤️

I had my hair cut and styled last week. There was a mix up with the appointment/booked stylist and the receptionist handled it kindly. They gave me options and I chose to come back in an hour for an appointment with Kirk. Hands down, best haircut I’ve ever had. Kirk was so professional in the questions he asked and suggestions he made, and all around just a joy to interact with. I’ll be going back to him for sure!

This salon has the best vibes and Nicole worked her magic on my hair. Absolutely loved the outcome. Will definitely be back for all my hair needs. Would definitely recommend!

Brittany is AMAZING!!! She knew what I wanted better than I described it to her which Ive found is so rare. Im so lucky to have found her! So happy with my hair.

I went for a bridal makeup trial and it was my first time visit, too. Everyone was polite, of course, and Abby did a great job. She was gentle, kept checking on me throughout the process, and she was patient hearing my feedback. I enjoyed my makeup and will be back for more services, too.

Kirk is absolutely amazing!! I went in with blonde, red, orange, brown, frizzy, natural curly hair seriously hot mess.. I left with the most beautiful shades of blonde . No more frizz and a style he took the time to explain to me in detail to achieve at home. I have never felt 100% satisfied after getting my hair done until Kirk . He is a “Hair Genie “ !!!!

I went today to get a facial, dermaplaning and eyebrows waxed. I was not happy with the outcome. The aesthecian was very nice and welcoming, but the service was not worth the money at all. When I came home, my face still felt dirty. I still saw blackheads and whiteheads not cleared out. They did not steam before extractions and extractions only lasted 30 seconds. I had razor burn from the dermaplaning. Aditionally, my eyebrows still looked the exact same despite the waxing. I could see plenty of eyebrows hair everywhere. I will not be coming back. I could just have done a face mask and plucked my eyebrows myself at home.

I had my hair done a few days ago, and it came out amazing!I got curtain bangs and bayalage done with Coryn. She did a wonderful job and was quick and efficient. I would positively recommend this place. I also got my brows cleaned by another professional. The room I was in, was dimmed and my brows looked nice, but later I saw they were slightly patchy.

It took a while to find a stylist that truly did what I wanted to my hair. The first time I went to Callie she did exactly what I wanted and my hair always looks amazing. Callie is so talented and has the best personality, she’s so easy to talk to and relate to. If you’re looking for a new stylist go see Callie!! I’ve recommended her to all of my friends

Brittany is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! I’ve been going to her for a while now and she is the only hair stylist that has never screwed up my hair. I’ve also been going to get my brows waxed and my dermaplane/chemical peel facial from Abby for a while now too and she’s amazing as well! Can’t recommend those two enough!

They always offer you water or tea, they most of the time offer foot massages/head massages, they ask if youre doing okay multiple times while waiting under the hair heater while color sits. They are all just amazing people and because of how nice they are, Im okay with spending the amount of money I do and because they do such a perfect job on hair. I saw Kirk yesterday (he just moved to NWA from California) and he was by far the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. I love my haircut so much! The only critical thing I have to say is the blonde receptionist who checks you in and out is very rude. I’ve had several appointments at Pure and every time I come in she is working the front desk, and she is super rude every time :( I tipped my stylist cash and she just grabbed it and put it in the drawer, so hopefully My stylist got it. Next time I’ll try to be more clear about tipping and who it goes to.

It seems that the policy of that place is to offer what they cannot, do not know, or do not want to do. Terrible.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed by Abby and she totally took off the tail of my eyebrow on the right side. They gave me a refund which is great but my brows still look embarrassing.

NEVER GO THERE!! They turned my hair blue when I wanted it blonde and nothing would take out the blue color because they left it sit on my hair too long bleaching and it deposited blue hues to my hair.. I had to put dark brown over it until it grew out. I would NEVER recommended this place!

My daughter had her hair highlighted at Pure and came out of the salon with darker hair than when she went in. They even redid the highlights 2 days later and they still didn’t turn out well. My daughter has dark blonde hair, so her highlights shouldn’t have been that hard to achieve. I think they used the wrong toner or something. Just a hot mess! We just went to another salon and they did EXACTLY what she asked for - natural- looking beautiful HIGHLIGHTS! The salon is pretty shady too. When I asked about their eye lash extensions, they lied to me about only having one girl who could do it. I found out later they had 2-3.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I get my brows done and the girls there are very good at what they do. Love the hand message while you wait. I plan on making an appointment to get my hair done. I will let you know how it turns out

I got my hair highlighted, cut, and my eyebrows done by Tia yesterday. I love love love my hair! I didnt know what color would be best and she helped me choose the perfect highlight to compliment my natural hair color. She also gave me a great layered shag cut! My hair looks ready for summer! I also had her do an eye brow wax and my brows look fab! She was also attentive to my needs the whole time I was there. I highly recommend her!

I have had my haircuts at Pure Salon several times and every time I get the look I’m going for! Nicole is excellent!!! Their staff has always been kind and professional everytime. When your professional image depends upon having a great haircut, you can feel confident that Pure will get it done right.

Leslie was very nice and did a great job. I havent had a hair cut in a long time because of a series of bad ones. She was very comforting and understanding. I like how they have the exact products they used waiting when you leave so you dont have to ask and look for them.

I visited several other salons before finding PURE, and I will continue to go to them exclusively for any services they offer - which is just about everything. Every single person that Ive met there has been genuinely enthusiastic about providing a great experience. They are truly kind, patient, and not only do they always ask what Im looking for in my haircut, wax, facial, etc. - but every person there truly listens and works hard to make sure that my hair (and brows, and my skin, which is now much smoother and healthier, thanks to some wonderful advice from Ashley the esthetician and the phenomenal skin care products at the salon - get a facial, you wont regret it) comes out amazing.

Was so nervous when I went in today and Hallie immediately put me at ease. She does an amazing job and treats you like shes known u forever. Definitely found my new hairdresser. Thank you so much for my awesome hair cut.

I had a fantastic massage by Richard and great facial by Kiely. Both people were gifted with magic hands and I was so relaxed that I almost feel asleep, I didnt want to bother them with my snoring. I am for sure coming back.

I wouldn’t even rate this salon! I do not recommend it! The lady who did my hair said it was going to turn out light brown but instead turned out red. Also, when she trimmed my hair, she cut the right side shorter than the left. It was a really bad and terrible experience. Will never go here again!

This salon is amazing. Jayde is an incredible stylist who always knows just what to do with my hair. She manages to cover my gray while making sure that my natural red hair continues to look natural.Lexy did microblading on my eyebrows for the first time last week. I love it! So much easier than filling them in every day and it looks very natural. Can’t stop looking at them.I have been going to Kristin for awhile to get my eyebrows waxed. She is great. I have also gone to Kristin for facials. I always leave feeling so relaxed!

This place is Ridiculously Expensive! $230; I have extremely short hair & had highlights; This was the 2nd time I walked out that Salon with a wet shirt, from them washing my hair; with 1 of Their Senior Stylists; they are a joke; all I hear is; oh the next time you come in; maybe we can achieve the blonde your wanting. BTW: Pure there is No need to look my name up in your data base; Trust me; i’m in it & no I do not want to call & talk to you. I’m done & No I absolutely do not recommend their absurd prices.

Walked into this salon with blonde with dark roots... spoke with a stylist via text was told 120 for full foils - but paid 220!!!! I wanted to go up with my blonde and brighten it to platinum keeping my roots as shadow roots. The blonde went all the way to my scalp .. it was orange tented on the top i was upset that my roots were gone they told me to come back if i wanted shadow roots added back. I got home and my fiancé was like WTF turned me around took photos and the whole back of my hair was ORANGE under my top layer which pops through. I was so upset 😭 i contacted the salon 2 time via phone and text her. She said she had ONLY 1 hour to help me the next day Bc she has other clients- i went in at 9 and was rushed in and out .. my hair did look a little better bc she toned down my roots a bit darker but they are still orange the under chunk of orange she said will take time to fix.. i still didn’t have my dark roots as i wanted i gave up and just left. I paid 220 but other client who didn’t pay cane first.. the service was awful the fact they let me leave the first time with orange hair knowing i didn’t see it in the back two ladies dried my hair THEY SAW IT! I want my refund and my hair back! Now i have to go to another salon for a full correction which will cost me about 150-250. I have never had my hair orange not even going into blonde. They messed my hair up i even cried in the salon chair when i went back! I text and said that i am going to have to get it fixed and received a reply “ i am sorry you feel that way and wish you the best of luck” the stylist was so sweet but the service i received with my hair i am so upset!I have before pictures after and after they attempted to fix my hair- not only that they said they could only get me in for 1 hour the next day Bc they have other clients! I already paid for my service!!! I’m very disappointed with the service i received.

I have visited this amazing salon for a massage - FANTASTIC, had eyelashes put on - EXCELLENT JOB and relaxing time for me on both of these. Blow Out Bar - In a hurry and dont have time to fix your hair before you go to an event, WONDERFUL. Had my gray covered and highlights put in when I was down in the dumps and made me feel AMAZING! If you are looking for a salon that will WOW you, this is the place to go! Located in Bentonville, next to Yum Yos and Signature Bank!

I moved from the Washington DC area and was thinking I would never find a place that was as great but I was wrong. Pure is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the Salon is very Clean and Fresh!

I gave this place 3 chances to do my hair correctly - like I asked. I asked for toner in my blonde hair and for high and lo lights - they charged me for both and did not add toner to my hair and the girl did only high lights. She didnt even make it to the root so when I left it looked like I still had roots. She also noticed while drying my hair that she had missed a chunk of hair. Her response: Ill get it next time!! Are you kidding me! No mam Im paying you $200 to get it right the first time. She then proceeded to give me layers in my hair that are choppy and uneven. I have had to be double now to get my hair fixed. They try to add all these bonuses to the appointment to mask their inefficiencies and lack of talent.Will not go back and I urge you to reconsider using this place.

I hardly ever post bad reviews, but I feel as if I should post this one. I have been here 2 times. First time I came here, it was with a “senior stylist” so they warned me she would be a little pricey. Well. I don’t care about cost, just as long as it looks good. When I got there, I talked to her and asked her how long she had been doing hair in the middle of my foils (I was getting highlights) and she responded with “6 months”. I was thinking in my head wth? Senior? No. Anyways. My hair is already blonde and highlight, but I wanted to go a little lighter and get a trim and style as I was fixing to go on vacation to Texas the next day. She got towards the end and my hair was wet and she asked if I could come back another day to get my hair cut because she has her other appointment come in. My hair is dripping wet and she said she couldn’t dry it or style is either. I explained I was going on vacation the next day and would like to get my hair completed. She worked something out with another stylist and was able to finish my hair. It looked good. I paid. It was more then I have paid at any other salon ($180) but I was like that’s fine. My hair is between my chin and shoulders BTW.That visit was about 6 months ago.Fast forward to the last visit (a couple weeks ago).I decided to come back and give them another try. Wanted to do a lighter silver blonde (my hair is already very blonde and has been for years) and get a shadow root and my hair trimmed. Same girl helped me out again. Instead of her darkening my roots for the shadow root, she lightened them and highlighted the rest of my hair a tad lighter then it was. It was still yellow blonde and not silver blonde and my roots were a light brown red instead of a dark brown. I showed her pictures of what I wanted! And she told me she could do it! She then proceeds to tell me AFTER ITS DONE that I will have to work my way to that blonde I wanted. Okay. Wait a second. I understand going blonde takes several different processes, but this should of been an easy do. She trimmed my hair and in the salon with their lighting of course it looked okay. Now again. Keep in mind, my hair is in between my shoulders and chin. I get up to the register to pay and the girl says $245. Y’all. I almost sh** my pants. $245!!!!! I couldn’t even talk. I was so shocked. I gave them my card and left a $20 tip making it $265 and left. Not because of the price in general, but because it didn’t look different either. I wouldn’t of minded paying that (even though that price is INSANE) if it looked like what I wanted and what I showed her. But it didn’t. So I paid $265 for nothing. When I got home, I wanted to throw up because all my husband and daughter noticed were my roots were red and my hair was trimmed. They couldn’t even tell it had been lightened. I got to looking in the mirror and the cut was awful. It has random lengths that were blocky.Now I know I could of complained and tried to get my money back, but I’m not that kind of person. I just ate the $265 ans learned my lesson.I will just start driving back to my old salon in Siloam and avoid this place. In Siloam at the salons I go to. It’s $89 to do full foils cut and style and it ALWAYS looks good. Just hated making the drive after I moved. Called my girl in Siloam and showed her same pics I showed girl at pure and she said she could do it in one session without damage and only charge $89 and darken my roots.This place is over priced. Yes it’s nice. Yes it’s in Bentonville. Yes their hours are convenient. Yes they have wine there. No they are not worth what you pay and the what you get.

I do not enjoy getting my hair cut. Sitting in a chair for half an hour while someone chops away at my hair and constantly repositions my head isnt my idea of fun or relaxing. That all changed the first time I went to Pure, almost two years ago. Jayde is a fantastic hair stylist, is attentive to my needs, and never gives a bad cut! Im at the point now where I just let her cut however she wants, and let her try new ideas out when she wants. The level of trust youre able to put into the professionals there is unparalleled. Them, after your cut, you get to treat yourself to a scalp massage and barbershop facial. Now again, Im not normally one to go for extra stuff like that, but its entirely worth it. I get out of there for $30 each visit, and its the best money I ever spend on myself. Jayde and all of the professionals there are truly fantastic at what they do, and they create an experience that makes Pure more than just a salon; its a destination.

Every time I leave Pure Salon & Spa, I feel so pampered. I actually look forward to going there. Rashelle consistently makes my hair look even better than before! She is so personable, easy to get along with, and incredible at her job. I never want to go to anyone else! Rashelle always offers water, tea, coffee, wine, or mimosas. While the dye sets in my hair, there is an amazing foot soak and foot massage. The facilities are clean, stylish, and comfortable. Im so thankful I found Rashelle and Pure!

Im from Chicago and I have curly hair and Jayde did an incredible job. To have someone cut my hair dry and shape it well would usually be well north of $60. Jayde was incredibly reasonable ($35) and she did a great job. She sat me down before the appointment and asked me what I was looking for, dos a great job cutting it dry and then gave me a scalp massage with essential oils before washing my hair. After the wash she styled it perfectly and perfected the shape. She also knew I was traveling so she set aside all of the products she used on me in travel size. My only regret is that I will probably never make it back to Arkansas for another cut from Jayde!

Massages and facials are a must; hair services, not so much.
