Razor Management Group works under the umbrella of a larger parent company called Smart Circle International. Smart Circle has grown a reputation over the years of being a scam company that takes advantage of young and naive job seekers. Without putting too much of my own opinion in, Id recommend researching Smart Circle before you decide to work here or watch a documentary called The Slave Circle on Youtube.

I am exploring an option to join this business as an employee. It seems like a good group of people!

This is a very discriminatory business even though I had no idea what the business was all about till I got there they turned me away because they said I could never do the kind of job they were offering due to my weight and disability this job is sales but going out in the field they make no mention of that in any of their ads whatsoever. They are a horrible place and as nice as the two people were that greeted me they could have been straight-up honest with me instead of taking me through the interview process an application and then tell me basically youre too fat and you cant move around with a cane no person is going to want to deal with you unless you were skinny and beautiful. The woman that was sitting out waiting to come in for her interview was skinny pretty and ditzy he greeted her with open arms saying oh come in come in with me basically it was get out. And I think the thing that bothers me the most Im sure being the fact that I have a degree in organizational management and a minor in Human Resources have worked in the sales marketing and coordination for the past 30 years Im sure I could have done circles around this idiot that put me down. They should be investigated for their type of business is nothing but a glorified sales position offering you diddly-squat all I can say is dont do it

Strong management and very well organized business policies. It seems like it would be a great place to work.
