I was there to change my old flip phone to the new version that is 5G compatible. I should have been able to do this myself but I wasnt confident doing so. Brandon helped me, he worked magic on my SIM card so the programed numbers would transfer to the new phone, he also helped enter a number into speed dial. He couldnt have been more helpful and I appreciate him so much. He turned a chore I had been dreading into a pleasant experience. THANKS SO MUCH

Went in for an upgrade and they required my phone to be traded in even though it’s paid off in full. Even after showing the payment receipt on ATT.com the salesperson said they still would need my current device. The salesperson didn’t offer to call ATT on my behalf to sort this out and when I asked to cancel my service the salesperson was quick to mention I would need to call ATT to handle that as well.To be completely honest I’m not sure what this individual has been tasked with but the task definitely wasn’t selling a phone today.

I’m writing this as we close our visit. I partnered with Steven, the manager on our order. He went above & beyond and we’re so appreciative. While we were being taken care of, I also witnessed Jonathan helping another customer, a somewhat difficult customer, & providing an excellent customer service experience. Lastly, while they were driving excellence, they were also showing the could have FUN...example being that Sawyer was out front exhibiting a dance party to encourage business! Great experience! Great team!

Salesman was unprofessional, cursed several times, a horror movie was playing in the background, it took two hours to purchase a phone. You would not want to bring your child with you to shop here.

This is the best AT&T store I have had the pleasure of doing business with from California across the country to North Carolina. The reason for the 5 star rating is solely based On the professionalism and considerate respectful Interactions the employees exhibit with the customers. As well, their knowledge and experience level of the products across the spectrum are Stellar.

Way better help than South Walton. I needed help transferring my daughter’s old phone to a replacement. The South Walton Store turned me away. I then called the West Central. Not only was he fine with helping me, he shipped the old phone for me from the store. Way better customer service. Way more knowledgeable.

A Very nice woman working this store by HERSELF. We come in often and she is always smiling and ready to help with whatever task we have for her. Sometimes it is something simple, other times not so much. I highly recommend this store. I do think people should Keep in mind that she is only ONE worker.

We had several issues upgrading our devices this week. Lucky Brandon, at the authorized location on Walton,was there to save us! Customer service was excellent, walked us through every detail and step leading up to finally getting our new phones. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service we were provided.Due to Covid-19 they were only allowing 1 group of 2 in the store at a time, that being said, Not only did Brandon help us out tremendously but anytime another customer came to the door he was very helpful to them and gave them any information they needed and directed them in the right direction.Needless to say we are Very Satisfied with the service and hope to do more business with Brandon !!

All I can say is wow! Worked with Brandon on updating a phone as well as adding a line. He was amazing and even worked on gettin our bill lowered for us. Brandon is a rock star and so super easy to work with even when we had to go back in to fix a problem we had later in the day. Will always come back to this location for all our phone needs.

I give 2 bc through covid this store has been a nightmare. 3 days in a row I’ve had to return because they kept sending me outside to wait in line. At 95 degrees with humidity. I understand that they’re only allowing one person in the store at a time. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, because I am still going to come in contact with everything the person before me touched at the counter. But my bigger issue is how rude the workers have been asking you to wait. It wasn’t a friendly hey we can only have one person in here at a time. I was flat out told you have to go outside and stand there until this guy leaves... Day two I show back up and I open the door and I couldn’t tell if there was a customer in there so I asked the lady I was like should I wait outside and she just replied Yep, wait. It’s not the biggest store but it could accommodate for five customers to wait in line outside of the humidity and heat, and the next day rain. Even if it was just a wait in line maybe they should have a text when it’s your turn feature so you can wait in the air-conditioning of your own car. But overall I’m more upset at the rudeness of the one single store clerk that they have in, a young blond girl, who doesn’t know how to treat grown ups when they walk in the store. And she is one of the slowest workers I have ever seen. She’s been here all three days. I’ve waited outside for 20+ minutes every single time. And it was still never my turn.I see employees walk in and out of the store but they go straight to the back office and remain there. They do not come out they do not assist they will not see a second customer at a time. End it does not state on their door, that they will only see one customer at a timeSo I guess AT&T would rather just lose their money instead of adding these extra phone lines for me.And to top it all off. By the time I finally got in the store on day 3 she had to take a 15 minute phone call to assist someone “looking” for deals on internet service. It’s frustrating

Overall great experience.. right in and out. Unfortunately my phone issue was not resolved because of potentially a SIM card reader going out but the store associate was great and tried everything he knew.

Steven is awesome! I could not remember my apple password and was in a pickle. I was switching from sprint and keeping my device but it wouldnt activate without the apple password, I was born in 1928, so this is all an unspoken language to me, we got the password reset and my phone activated! So glad to see such great customer service when presented with adversity! A great welcome to AT&T, thank you Steven!

Went in to wait for the girl to help us. She didn’t even say Hi when we came in. She was the only one in the store and she was chitchatting with the clients and going round and round with a kid about his google password he didn’t remember. It was very frustrating!

These guys are CON-ARTISTS! Sold me an iPhone XS Max...told me it was the largest internal storage available and after I drove over three hours home, discovered they actually sold me a 64gb !They also did all kinds of shady stuff to my ATT account that I will have to go have fixed at a legitimate ATT store!Ripped me off on cheap case and screen protector (the guy with all the jewelry will tell you he’s figuring up your discount) yeah right!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

The worst service. I bought an Apple Watch from Costco and took it into the store for activation. Caleb managed to enter the EID and IMEI incorrectly which charged me a $30 activation, got the device added to my account, but not operational. Now I have a non working device that I have to figure out on my own. Another lost hour, and I am left cleaning up the mess. This is my second poor experience with this location. Steer clear of the AT&T Store on W Central Ave in Bentonville.

So the U verse technician has been in my house for 20 minutes and I have caught these folks in 3 lies already. I can only imagine how much made up stuff they told me to get me to sign up for this stuff. Dont waste your time. Go to the real AT&T store in Rogers. These people have no idea what is going on. Completely incompetent.
