I have had several appointments with Dawn over the last few years and each time she has run 20-30 minutes behind. I have not had my hair colored by anyone else outside of her and haven’t had it done since March of 2020, needless to say I was Very much looking forward to my appointment! This appointment was rescheduled by the salon the day before my appointment time on a Thursday to the following day, Friday at 4:15pm. I arrived at 4:05pm and was told she was running behind, when I finally got in her chair it was 5:15pm. I asked for a balayage with a root melt due to the excessive growth of my roots. She gave me a balayage with a “money piece” in the front of my hair, which is absolutely not what I asked for or wanted. It didn’t lift evenly, is very wide and doesn’t match with the rest of my hair. Dawn used several glazes and purple toning products to get my hair to lift evenly, which from the pictures you can see it clearly did not. I not only paid full price, I wasn’t given a blow dry and loose curl like she always does for me. I left with partially wet, curly hair and it was an hour after their closing time. I could have flipped my own hair upside down and left my hair curly, like I do everyday. That is not what I asked for, especially since I waited a year and a half to have my hair colored. Definitely Not the experience I was expecting. My time, input and money were not respected.

I visited Rouge for the first time yesterday and the friendly employee at the counter greeted me right away.My hair stylist, Aiko, was also very friendly.She really listened to what I wanted and did a great job.I will definitely be back again!

Love the Rogers location but they are closed on Mondays (my only day off) so I tried the Bentonville location and there are two techs, not a sole in the building and they refuse to see us. Said she had a client in an hour and the other girl “didn’t do dip”. RIDICULOUS!!! Will not be back and may not be going back to the Rogers location again either!! So disappointed!!

Dawn is amazing and get my hair perfect every time! My hair is naturally blonde and super thin and soft so hard to find someone that gets it right! She is awesome!!

Went to see Dawn for my first haircut in 15 months (since before the pandemic). She listened to me, looked at the photos I brought in, and then cut my hair exactly as I wished. When I made my appointment online it said that a “women’s haircut” would be $40. After we were done and I went to check out they said “okay that will be $50”. When I asked why $50 and not $40 they said it was because the stylist did a “mask” or a hot towel around my head after washing. This was interesting to me because the stylist never asked me if I wanted the mask, she just did it and put the hot towel on my head. I certainly would have turned it down had I known that there was going to be an extra $10 charge for just a hot towel!Poor customer service and not communicating pricing BEFORE they do the service. Be careful!

I came here on Saturday, June 6th. It is Thursday June 10th and my acrylics are already off. I paid 71$ for my acrylics to come off 4 days later. The people there were friendly, but I will not be returning. 71$ later and my acrylics come off 4 days after I get them done. Giving one star because the people were friendly.

I was looking a week before my wedding for a stylist who could do an updo on a Sunday and found Dawn at Rouge Salon. She was a hair savior! She followed my example nicely and created an impressive updo that I was very pleased with 😄 It was secure on a breezy day and held wonderfully. She worked quickly too which was nice on the occasion. Five stars, no complaints!

My only complaint was the price. A 40 dollar haircut is way too expensive.

Not what i expected, It’s neat, clean and employees are very nice. but very upset of how my hair had came out . The lady that dye my hair literally seem like she knew what she was doing but after all everything came out wrong. I had told her to dye my hair gray and literally left it blonde, I asked her why it had came out like that and she had told me using purple shampoo In a week would turn the color I wanted . I waited two weeks and nothing has changed . Now my hair is burnt and really damaged . Never again going there . I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that had complain about hairstylist. And It’s really expensive!

My daughter had a half head of highlights put in and it took 3 hours for the stylist to finish!!!! We were LATE for her first modeling photo shoot. Then I went back for a all over color and it took the same stylist another three hours to do what takes me 30 minutes to do by myself at home. The stylist left the dye on my scalp for 45 minutes and then put the color on my ends for another 20 minutes. By the time she rinsed out my hair, my scalp was COMPLETELY BURNT. Some of my hair was missing and the burning and inching lasted for three days. When I contacted the owners (apparently there are 4 of them) the MAKE owner (who I’m sure has never had his scalp burnt or hair fall out due to and over processing disaster) would only return 25 % of my bill and the tip (20%) that I gave the stylist. I felt sorry for her, cuz she talked a lot about her life and it seemed pretty rough. The stylist say that the hair dye was old and expired. Why am I responsible for 75% of the stylists mistake. The stylist even said I could come back and get a deep conditioning treatment and a hair cut, but the male owner would not allow her to fulfill that promise. I’m calling the health department to see if there is anything they can do to shut this place down until they can retrain their stylists.

First let me begin by saying Im very big on shopping at places with good reviews.I already have a salon I frequent for my nails but I had a nail emergency and couldnt get in.Very beautiful. Very clean. Great staff.This place does walk - ins as well.They close at 7pm and I came in 15 min before 7 for a cracked nail. Very basic, no color no tips, just acrylic overlay.They saw me right away and the lady did an AMAZING job. She was very friendly and gentle.The price was cheap too.Id recommend this place to anyone not sure of where to go for quality work.Thank you Rouge Salon!!!Im sure Ill see you again

The Staff is really friendly and the place is always clean. Also for the location and it being a salon and spa style place its reasonably priced. And they listen to the customer on what exactly they want done and are not chop happy.

Horrible experience.

I dont know if the hairdresser was drunk or on medication, but I got the worst haircut Ive ever gotten in my life. I didnt have a picture to show what I wanted, so I described it, like Ive done all my life. She not only did NOTHING I asked, but insisted that I do too color my hair, when I have never colored my hair in my life! Her movements were odd, and strange and Im sorry, but I cant hear anything youre saying when the blow dryer is aimed at my ear. I have been wearing my hair up in a bun since going to the rouge, waiting for it to grow out.The receptionist guy was very nice checking in, checking out however was a different story. I never did receive my receipt via email. He had left by then, and someone else was thereNeedless to say, I will not be going back here again.

I had a cut and color with Jacqueline; amazing job she accomplished today covering my brassy blonde and gray. She always listens to me and understands what I’m wanting. I highly recommend her for all your hair service needs.

You get told one price and they end up charging you a different amount. Please make sure to explain to your customers as they walk in dont give surprises with prices. Very thick and ugly looking overlays i should of not wasting my time here and should of gone to my old place. I came for first time and full of surprises at the check out. Boon is incredible!!! i’ve tried so many other places in nwa and she is the best nail tech i’ve ever gone to. i cannot recommend her enough. she is so nice and genuine and does an AMAZING job on nails. it’s a little pricey but you get your money’s worth out it!!

I came here a year ago with my friend to get pedicures. I had just gotten a haircut from a very expensive local salon and they had totally ruined my hair. It was all uneven and just awful. While I was at Rouge, I was telling them this story and they offered to help me out! Thats how I met Brianna. She now is the ONLY person I let cut my hair. She knows wavy/curly hair and always makes my hair look AMAZING. Ive also started getting acrylic sets by Annie. She is absolutely magical and my nails look stunning. I would absolutely recommend both Annie and Brianna. I have such a great experience every time I am there!

This is my favorite nail place to go to, so I was really disappointed when I got my nails done for my wedding. They were so beautiful, and I paid extra to get the gel/shellac on both my hands and feet so that they would last longer. However, it all came off the very next day. I maybe had one or two left at the end of the week between my hands and feet. For almost $100 I would have at least expected them to last a week before going bad.Edit: How sweet! I would love a gift card for a re-polish. I dont remember the name of the lady I had, but I do know that she was a nice blond woman, who looked to be in her twenties.

New to the area and I walked in a few min before closing Sunday to repair a nail. The gentleman up front was welcoming and paired me with Kim. She was quick and did a wonderful job on my nail fix. Also the facility is clean and neat convincing me to return again for spa services!

I dunno. Maybe my expectations are too high? I went in wearing my usual eyebrow makeup and asked for an eyebrow tint, so I don’t have to spend time every morning doing my eyebrows.Am I wrong about about the whole point of an eyebrow tint?If so, disregard my review.Sadly, the tint applied was barely perceptible.Again, I am not a trained technician, and I do have high standards, but it seems unreasonable though I express polite displeasure with the result, no attempt is made to remedy the situation.OTOH, their credit card machine seems to perform the job it has been tasked with beautifully.

I had been to the salon 2 weeks back for haircut and hair color. Jacqueline was my hairstylist. I had shown some pictures of exactly how I want my haircolor to look.but she didnt even wanted to hear what I really needed.Inspite of listening and agreeing to what i wanted and didnt want she went ahead and did exactly how I didnt want it to be.I had asked for caramel balayage highlights with few red streaks.she told that after 2-3days the color will pop up but it didnt and I could barely see the highlights.even though I didnt want to go back to Jacqueline,the manager assured that the color correction has to be done by her and will be done properly.A week after I had to go back for the color correction . This time she tried red streaks but came out as light orange. And told me to come back 4days later again to make it red.Talked to the Manager next day asking for different stylist to fix it and they were making excuses and told me that I have to pay if I wanted different stylist. I paid $190 to just mess up my hair. As a last attempt I sent message through Facebook to talk to the salon owner they didnt even care to reply back. Very very disappointed. will never go back.

My nails turned out awful and uneven. Some were longer than others. They were filed down too much in one side and not the other. She seemed like she didnt care how they turned out. The lady cut two of my fingers numerous times. Then proceeded to put rubbing alcohol on the cuts repeatedly. Definitely will not return for nails.

I wouldnt even give this place a one ...my girlfriend and daughter went here and spent over a hundred and fifty dollars and both sets were falling off within a week. I called there to ask them to fix them and they said they only guarantee the nails for no more than a few days. They are one of the worst nail shops my girls have ever dealt with. The glue didnt stick and when they lifted the arcylic their actual nails ripped off with them . Very poor and painful experience!!!!

Ive been going to Rouge to get my nails done for about a month and a half, twice to Bentonville and once in Rogers. Yesterday I went to Bentonville and I got them filled and gel polish. The gel is already chipping around the edges and when I asked for them to be shortened I was told Longer nails are pretty and they werent shortened at all. I play ukulele and type a lot at my job so with how long they are now theyre more difficult to work with. While they look beautiful, theyre chipping and too long. Ill likely be returning to the Rogers Rouge for my nails, because Rouge is still my favorite, I just had a bad experience at this one.

So I had an appointment for a cut and color. I arrived 15 mins early. They took me back early but when I said what I wanted done exactly I was told they didn’t allot enough time for me. So I was going to be bounced around and would have to wait no one knew how long.Obviously I left. And won’t be going back. Very unprofessional.

The longer I went there the worse the nails got. Last time I went the lady was extremely rude. She pushed my hand away when their product wasnt working. And half my nails were crooked and I still tipped the lady. I went back two weeks later to get a new set and was told they didnt have time. I will not return!

Got my eyebrows threaded and she did an amazing job

I just went to Rouge after reading all the wonderful reviews to get a long-awaited haircut. I get there and when I am greeted by my hair dresser, the first thing I notice is her shirt has holes in it and overall looks somewhat unkempt, but Im a person who believes that though first impressions are important, they arent everything. I showed her pictures of the style I wanted and how I wanted my bangs. I have gotten this hairstyle done multiple times in the past. I took my hair out of my messy bun, and it was very wavy and bushy. She wanted to cut a little off the back before she proceeded with the shampoo and conditioner and I thought it was strange, but went ahead with it. The shampoo and conditioner was probably the only part about this experience that wasnt bad. She then proceeded to tell me she needed to dry my hair to cut it. Again, strange, since I have never had that happen to me before. I thought maybe she just needed it a little drier. Every other time I had ever gotten my haircut, it was wet so they could cut straight lines. But no, she then dried my whole head (I have very thick and wavy hair and this takes awhile) and kept hitting my head with the dryer or pulling my hair. Also, she didnt add any serum or protectant to my hair so all my hair ended up looking frizzy, poofy and dry. It took so long and I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and she still moved SO SLOW. I started noticing things that were sending up red flags, like the fact that there was no cosmotology license in view and her drawers looked like a diaster zone and I couldnt see if she used sanitized combs. When she got to my bangs and cut them an inch shorter than what I asked and completely uneven, and then proceeded to tell me theyre that short because they are freshly cut, and I was getting so upset that I didnt let her finish butchering my hair and I left. I paid $35 and cried in the car. I have not had such a horrible haircut since I was a little girl. The hairdresser just seemed so inexperienced, like she had never cut hair or take in account all different hair types and how they should be cut, though she seemed nice enough. I will now take the first impression more seriously and trust my gut when I feel that something is off.
