Good gym and all but I got Covid last Friday after coming back from there… sooo planet fitness I’d suggest you shut down the place for a while before other people get infected like I did.

This is the worst gym I have ever seen in my life. Is this the way you guys treated your customers!! Calling the cops on your customers!!

As far as Planet Fitness goes, the equipment and atmosphere is what you would expect for your money. If you ever want to cancel, you would have to hire an attorney because they wont do it, regardless of how many forms you sign. I used to enjoy working out there, but it would be nice if they had an odor policy, but you cant call out anyone in a Planet Fitness. Its actually their motto.

You really get what you pay for. Not enough stair steppers, always out of paper towels, music is too loud. Wish there was another reasonably priced place to work out

This is a very nice location with friendly employees, clean facilities, great machine organization, and awesome amenities! I have never been a gym-goer but needed to get more active and healthy. I’m so glad I signed up for planet fitness and really enjoy going to the gym now!

This is place is the biggest joke. I signed up over a year ago for the gym and went like 3x and then had to pay for the remaining year (I get it) BUT then they renewed my contract, took out the yearly fee AND then told me I still couldn’t cancel my contract. That I literally have a 7 day window that I would have to physically come in to cancel it. I’ve easily paid over 500 to this place. They’re literally out to take your money. Don’t go.

Been coming here for almost a year now. I have a short window to workout due to work and with covid letting up. More people are working out more. Planet Fitness is needing to open up another location in Bentonville, AR

Quick in and out post workout sessions at least 3 times a week, but Im definitely thinking about Rogers soon. Ill be moving, so I want it to be convenient. Overall it has kept me in shape with everyday, to dos and upkeep, with myself most importantly.

Feel totally comfortable and confident coming to our local Planet Fitness. The Staff is always welcoming, kind and helpful. Someone is always cleaning. They definitely make sure it’s ready for you to come in and get to your workout. Thank you Bentonville Planet Fitness!

My planet fitness is an amazing gym. The people there are great. I have regrettably forgotten a few things there before and every single time I have came back someone had turned the item in to the front desk. The staff is always super friendly. Bathroom are always nice. Great place.

Way too busy but good equipment

Staff is disciplined in cleaning and keeping the sanitation stations filled. Equipment is staged for social distancing. The overall awareness by staff and clients to managing safe distancing and cleaning is encouraging.

Chill place to go workout, just started working out again recently and so far I havent had any problems with the other people there.

Clean machines. Clean changing area. A number of cardio equipments. You would mostly find a spot for workout. Friendly staff. Good service for decent membership charge. Huge parking area.

I havent gone in like 4 months...

I’m glad that I can access gym even during this tough time. Gym is well maintained considering this COVID situation regular sanitization happening and sanitization station maintained with papers and sanitizing solution. A regular announcement about sanitizing the equipments before and after use and wearing mask in non working out time(I know it’s little bit tough for everyone as we need to breath during the rest time, I could see many people adhering these rules). At the end it’s every gymmer’s responsibility to adhere the COVID rules, so that everyone can enjoy their gymming in Planet fitness

This is a great place to get a full body workout. They offer classes and trainers for black card holders. Massage chairs and hydro massage beds are a must!

It was pretty easy to get the flu there before covid. Pretty standard equipment and crowd. DATED membership services/cancellation. You have to write a letter to cancel your membership like it is an elite country club. Not having the online option is pretty silly in this age. Not really worth the money to be honest.

The people were really flooding and coming in. The problem being is that the only kind of music they play is rap and very loudly. that music just gives me a headache and I have to get out as fast as I can. Too bad but there are other genres of music available to peopleNo

Very clean and adequately spaced for social distancing. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my inquiries. Jake, the manager, was helpful in answering a membership question I had. He took the time to figure out my problem and provided a solution.

If i could rate this gym 0/5 stars, i would. don’t come here, the environment is filled with creepy old men who stare at the women. and the workers are extremely rude and not easy to work with at all. it’s not clean and not a good gym environment.

Very clean good environment

I have been going here for a week now. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Lots of different machines and really no waiting for any machines to use. Plus, I have used a tanning bed, the angel beauty, the massage chair, and the amazing hydromassage bed (recommend this)

I didn’t grab her name but the lady at the front counter was amazingly sweet to my friend and me. The gym is SOOOO clean and looks gorgeous inside. My new favorite location 🥰

Love going here. The black card is so worth it if you enjoy tanning or red light therapy and the hydro bed has been amazing on my bed. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Especially Latoya Teller. She is great and made joining a breeze!!

I appreciate the socially distanced equipment, how often an attendant circulates to sanitize surfaces and resupply cleaning stations, and how friendly the staff is.

Super friendly staff, clean locker rooms and very convenient location next to gas and grocery stores. 👌Its always crowded though, Ive tried early morning, midday and evening. Difficult to get time on the fly machine or Smith machines. Not their fault, its just a small location serving a rapidly growing community.

This is a scam the phone number above never gets picked up, you will be on hold for hours and get disconnected without speaking to anyone. an automated machine will give you an email which does not exist([email protected]) They will do everything to ensure you cannot cancel your membership. I will never recommended anyone to this stupid scam of gym.

Just moved to the Bentonville, AR location after driving 14 hours from NM. Stopped at a Planet Fitness. Was greeted on the spot and the gentleman at the front counter (Jorge, overnight associate) was hands down the most professional and helpful person I have ever encountered. Nice enough to take time from his work to help me out and get me settled to my new surroundings! I appreciate everything he did for me and would definitely recommend PF to anyone who is looking for a gym with a great atmosphere and for a variety of workout equipment!! Check them out!!

Overall great place. Always Clean. Enough equipment to target most body parts. Wish they had a different variety of weight bars such as T-bar or hex bars.

Do not join here... i cancelled my membership by going there physically... signed everything and was told that the membership is cancelled... checked my bank i am still being charged... the staff here does not know anything... if u think its cheap ... well it is but they will keep charging you for months and months until u die .. so whats the use.

I went in and signed up with the black card. Latoya helped me and was beyond helpful and informative. Gave me a tour of the gym. She was by far the most friendliest person out of the Bentonville and the Rogers store. I love planet fitness and all it has to offer.

This is what I enjoy most about planet fitness.Friendly workers. The 24hr access is awesome. I also love the hydromassage. The fact your child over 13 can go is nice. Also since they offer a one day free trial on the website its easy to go check it out for free.The chance to use any location with black card membership is also great while traveling.

Its a Planet Fitness. You can get a serious workout if you really know how to train and have trained for a while. Otherwise, you definitely will get some cardio machines and a bit of resistance training on the cheap.

I have finally found everything I’ve been looking for in a Fitness Center!I am so out of shape and embarrassed to be in workout clothes that I had just given up on going in public and spending money on a health club I never use.I saw the Planet Fitness no judgment commercials and feeling like the “puff baby lady” I was definitely interested!I visited the Bentonville Planet Fitness location and met Ashley. Ashley was very confident and informative, but not pushy at all!! I loved her easy-going approach because it let me soak in what I needed to hear without putting that “sales pressure” on me that runs me off. I’ve told everyone that will listen to go see Ashley and find out all the great massaging, beauty enhancing, fat burning glory that awaits at Planet Fitness.For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out!Thanks Ashley & PF!

This is a great place its not intimidating to go in and work out. The equipment is easy to use you can do it by yourself they have a great layout and different stations I love the black area where you can use the Angel Beauty machine the massage chairs and the hydro massage chairs are awesome. The staff is helpful and its just a great clean place easy to get in and out of quick workout love it

The gym has a good layout compared to the one in rogers, but what’s most important is feeling valued as a member. The staff at the PF in rogers is super nice and you feel like a valued member. The staff here isn’t so friendly, and doesn’t provide a friendly service.

The best thing about Planet fitness is that nobody judges what you do. There is ample equipment to keep everyone engaged. The equipments are well kept and the gym is clean and energizing.
