Good friends highly recommended Brown Boys roofing so we compared them with other companies and ended up going with them. Everything from the initial meetings to the actual work to the final inspection were done with friendly, professional service! Above and beyond, actually. We took a LONG time to decide on roofing shingle colors and they were wonderful with giving us addresses near us who used numerous colors we were interested in so we could see in person. The installers worked long and hard to get our roof finished in the blistering August heat. The job cleanup was great, only a few nails here and there but other than that, you couldn’t even tell anyone was here! Justin did our final inspection and even cleaned our skylight for us while he was on the roof! We’re very pleased with the project and would highly recommend Brown Boys Roofing.

Hired this company to install my gutters. Instead of the typical 5 inch gutters they installed 6 inch. I had gotten several estimates from other companies, and Brown Boys Roofing was by far the best price for the value. The crew did an excellent job! They inspected the job afterwards to make sure everything was installed and looked correct. Great company, I will be using them again.

This would have been the most stressful situation without the help of Brown Boys. Several people along the way were incredibly helpful from the sales rep (Matt Clark) to the crew manager (Jose) to the owner. Our insurance tried to skirt around the current increase in material cost, and Brown Boys navigated the whole process to get it taken care of. I felt taken care of all the way through. I really would not have known where to even begin with this debacle.Even if the insurance had been smooth I would have left a 5 star. Matt was super knowledgeable of the process, and explained it to me well, then he left a camping trip to be here when the adjuster came to do their inspection. The installation took no time at all. They roll deep with a large crew to knock it out. Our roof looks terrific. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Our experience has been nothing short of awesome! Recently brown boys roofing installed a Tesla roof for us. They walked us through every step of the process, kept us informed on every step, and if there ever was a problem, they brought it to us with a number of creative solutions. We call Brown Boys on the recommendation of my in-laws who had their roof replaced by them in 2012. Our roof had gone from bad to critical die to the ice storms this winter. We messaged and Richard came the next day. He and the person he was training were on time, Very very professional. They explained our options exactly what they quoted and the exact cost. They went over their process. We were nervous because of construction costs. They put us at ease and offered financing to help us out. Absolutely no pressure AT ALL!! We didnt go with the financing we found as my in-laws helped us in part beca we chose Brown Boys. We called said we were ago. Richard walked us thru our color and other option. Made it very simply. They gave us 24+ hrs notice before showed up on time. Were fast and professional. Very polite with my daughter and myself when we came home. They cleaned up and left in just over half a day. They eve cleaned out our gutters. Next day one of the Brothers showed up explained to my daughter that he noticed one of the new turbines was damaged. He replaced it in a few minutes and did a second clean up sweep with a magnet just to make sure. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY! With the experience and results. We ran into a couple problems beyond anyones control. Shingle shortage and turned out the roof hard 122 year old wood shingles under the original asphalt. Second floor of home was added in 1898. Once they got started they were very quick and professional.Brown Boys did a metal roof for my personal home several years back, great job then and great job this time. I will use them again.Great folks.

Heres why I selected BBR for my job:1. I called 5 companies to get a quote on my small repair. Four were no shows, one wanted 1K to complete what ultimately took 15 min. to complete.2. Called BBR to schedule an inspection. They booked a time, sent confirmations, and showed up.3. The rep was open, honest and told me how long it would take, materials needed and when they could schedule it. He also quoted me a price WELL BELOW what the other company quoted.4. They showed up when they said they would, completed the repairs ( in 15 min) and were done. Did a whole roof inspection while they were up there to look for more damage, but didnt find any. During the whole process, they texted me on the status and when theyd be done.5. I wasnt home when it was completed, but they came by a day or two later to discuss the repairs and answer questions.Hey other roofing companies...thats they way business and customer service should be done.

Well I havent had my roof replaced yet, but so far my experience with Rich has been quite pleasant.Well I got my roof done and am quite satisfied with the job. They came around 1pm and were done and gone by 7:30. Did a real nice job on the ridge caps and the valleys look great. They put in all new vent pipe boots and chimney and painted them all brown to match the roof. Quite a nice touch.Well I have an edit to my original post. 4-5 days after completing my roof Will Brown came by do a final walk around. He pointed out several spots where the roofing nails were poking up slightly. He got up on the roof, and with me telling him where to go, tapped all the nails flush. What an honor to have one of the owners up on my roof fixing what other roofing companies dont even care about. It like what He tells you. Dont tell Me what you are going to do, show Me. I believe Brown Boys goes above and beyond on all there jobs.

Several Supervisors visited multiple times each day to monitor progress and quality standards. Clean up post work was great...very few nails and debris was found. A week after completion the service didn’t stop. Jerry came out and flew a drone over the house to take photos and show me all the areas not visible from the ground. Integrity can be hard to find, but Brown Boys Roofing has it in abundance. Eric was kind and thorough. He inspected the roof of my AirBnB in Bentonville. They also came out to our home we recently sold to inspect an issue. Again, integrity and high work ethic and honesty were in abundance. You can’t go wrong with these boys.

We just had a great customer service experience from Brown Boys Roofing, a local company. The inspector was Matt Clark. He was transparent and candid with his comments and concerns and there was NO pressure. He kept us apprised of his schedule and even asked if he could come earlier than the original schedule. I recommend giving them a call for an initial inspection or as a second opinion.

They did great work on our roof. Took the time to go over every aspect of the work to be done. When asked if I had enough roof vents, the reply was a swift lets check it out and see. Upon doing the calculations it was determined that the house would benefit from additional ventilation. I bring this up because the other estimates I received were nah it will be fine. without doing the work to prove it ( do the math, its not that hard). This was not the only reason we went with Brown Boys though. I did research on the shingle manufacturers that were being presented to me, along with the other materials that would be used. One would be surprised at the differences, not only in quality, but materials used. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and the beautiful new roof! Whether I need another complete roof, or just repairs to an existing roof, Brown Boys will be my first and only call.

Its a beautiful metal roof (even told me my shingle roof didnt need replace when asked about condition), everything is dry, I was worried about noise in a heavy storm where I have exposed joists and deck, the insulation not only keeps my utility bills low, but it cuts the noise down greatly. Brown Boys will continue to be the ONLY roofer I call.

Contacted Brown Boys roofing to give an estimate to replace roof turbines and install gutter covers. When their sales “professional” showed up, he never set foot on our roof and agreed to install the vents and covers. We were contacted after the initial visit by the sales person indicating that he was going to come back out and take pictures which we agreed. We never heard another word until a roofing team (that are not Brown Boys employees and were contracted out) showed up at our house unannounced and climbed up on our roof without even telling us what they were doing on our property. After figuring out who these people were, we agreed to let them go up on our roof where we hear drilling, etc. Shortly thereafter, we get a call from Jerry indicating that they cannot even replace the vents and that they don’t even work on metal roofs. We have a vent that isn’t working and are now a week plus out and have to start over. After expressing our frustration with the process and concerns that they had been on our roof drilling and our vents still don’t work and we lost of a week of time, Jerry called back and informed us that they were cancelling the gutter covers as well because we were unprofessional. We were treated unprofessional in every aspect and are starting over.

When the tornado came through NWA in October, we had some minor roof damage. When they came to give a quote, not only did they inspect the roof but climbed into the attic to be sure there were no hidden leaks. I was impressed. Our house is tall and the roof is steep. They came with the proper equipment to make repairs and ensure the safety of their employees. We could not be more satisfied with their work.

We had our roof installed two years ago,and they did a wonderful job. The way our roof is designed we have a small gap where the two sections meet,simply cosmetic issue. Two months ago we noticed wasps were getting in and we called them and asked if they could close it. And they did! This bunch is wonderful! Polite and friendly workers. A joy to work with them!

Was told roof could be replaced at no out of pocket expense to me. $1200 is my out of pocket expense. I was threatened with a collection agency before our negotiations were finished. When I mentioned their 100% satisfaction guarantee they got bitter and asked if I expected not to have to pay Any of the total bill. They offered $600 bribe not to give bad review on social media, which I should have taken but could not bring myself to do. I feel I was misled by their sales staff. All the owner of Brown Boys told me was they would never mislead a customer of break insurance laws.
