Had an appointment at 3:30 to unload half a trailer and it’s nearly 8:30 and STILL waiting to get unloaded. TERRIBLE place. Could’ve unloaded it myself by now!

Had a great time partied until it was time to put my big truck in the wind and then Bentonville was lights in my rearview

People are friendly but this is not helping me! I have been here for 7 hours to get unloded and there 9 other truck like me. Great place for 10 hours break. Then you have to wait one more hour to bring you the trailer worse place I ever been

Easy drop n hook. Big open parking lot. Guard comes to you as of this post due to covid. Over all, smooth.

Good experience regarding drop and hook quickly on the lot. The lot was open and free to drive around in without any restrictions. Very nice, new warehouse & grounds. Experience at the gate was not so good. At all. Upon entering guard shack, greeted elder male employee with kindness and respectfulness. Hello, Sir. How are you?. This was not returned. In fact, it was quite opposite. He put his hand out so I went to go shake his hand and he snatched his hand away and said coldly, I need your papers. I was so taken aback by the abrasiveness of this individual. With my jaw still on the floor at the disrespect just shown, I said, Im sorry, Sir. I was just trying to be respectful to you as you are my elder. The way this male continued to speak to me was demeaning and abrasive. Generational gap? Was it because I am a female driver? Very rarely am I spoken to like this male spoke to me today. I was just amazed. He also attempted to place the WM sticker on top of the BOL where I tend to ask the guards to place on back b/c I had an issue in the past with a WMDC employee in Georgia who placed it right on top of the info, but this male went to stick it so quickly without giving me an opportunity to ask to place it on back that I had to stop him and flip the paper before he stuck it. I felt his behavior was that of a controlling nature without any room for working with the driver with what we do every single day when delivering (moving tandems to the back, etc). We know what we are doing. Especially those of us who deliver to Walmart often. Allow the driver the opportunity to communicate with you. Kindness goes a long way to those who are behind the wheel for many hours a day. If someone comes in being kind, dont be disrespectful, hateful, or belittling. We ARE good people out here behind these wheels.

Appointment time 5:00am. Check me in at 5:00am. Got me waiting for 7:00hrs. I am still waiting. I don’t know when. I will get empty??
