Love going to this car wash! Customer service is always great! Someone is always waving hi as you drive up. They do a great job spraying down the car before you go into the car wash. The kids love all the colors they have going through there! The dryers do an awesome job at the end plus once you pull out there’s someone out waiting to dry it more and get your rims and tires! The vacuums are awesome! Super loud but wow best vacuums I’ve used!

At first when I paid it seemed a but high for the cheapest wash to be $13. But then when I pulled up, they had 3 guys spraying the car down with debugger and it was good and soapy before I even got into the car wash.But when I went through, I noticed it has got to be the soapiest and most thorough wash I have even been through for an automatic car wash. It gave a good soap, then a good scrub / brushing, another good soap and another scrub. All of that was followed by a thorough rinse and the best blow dry ever. Im guessing at least 7 blowers plus 2 blade blowers on both side. But we werent done yet!! Last, a young man towel dried what was missed by the blow dryer! The car look immaculate and dry when we were finished. I would buy a monthly pass if I lived in this area!!

They staff is friendly and great. I was a member for a few months until I noticed the wash had chipped my front bumper. That is when the customer service ended. Real shame.Hopefully management will contact me. I hope to one day update this review.

Tried to redeem a wash that had an expiration date. It rained heavily the day before the wash expired and the day of the expiration, forcing them to close due to rain. I went in the following day and asked if they would honor the wash one day past expiration given the heavy rainfall and the fact they were CLOSED and they flat out told me “no” because they were only closed two hours, in spite of continued intermittent rain. This is poor customer service. It is no loss for them them to give me the wash, but Diamond car wash will lose money now when I take my car to be detailed elsewhere. At $55 per detail four times a year. That’s a $220.00 per year loss on their part for what would have been just a little grace on their part. Good job Diamond! 👍

Always busy but its worth the wait! So my husband said I need to revise my review, the staff is detailed at providing you with best service for what your needing, the vacuums are not like other facilities as they work phenomenal meaning he took my car and was able to get my fur babies fur out of the car without having to make it an all day ordeal. We tried giving the guys a cash tip to split amongst themselves and they wouldnt accept it.

My car was still pretty dirty after paying for a detail. I do not recommend- splash does a great job if you compare

Great service love going there . This will be my go to place from now on . Dont mind paying especially when you get what you pay for . Just wish they would help out a little more being Im in a wheelchair and trying to vacuum my car . I guess its more the thought that counts. Im just the type of person a little disability wont make me stop i push myself that much more . But Im definitely making it my to go placefrom now on .

Easy loading because of the moving floor. No metal rods to line up! Workers spray down car before the car enters the brush area. Employees even hand towel water that the blowers missed. Get the monthly pass and go often! Good vacuums too. And close to a great restaurant, Arvest, Neighborhood market and Sams club

Attention to detail has to improve, especially when you opt for the top tier package.

My husband got off work early and decided to wash some dirt off the truck. His first time in the truck at this car wash, had been before in our car and had no issues except water spots. This time the car wash tore the bug shield guard off of his truck on Thursday March 4th 2021, on Friday March 5th 2021 my husband went to go pick up the bug guard which is completely broken on one side now. So he cant even put it back on, it broke one end completely off and ripped all the fasteners that hold it onto the truck out. When the employees brought the guard out to him they were very unprofessional, acted as if it was no big deal to them. We are very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this business.

Fun for the kids. Lots of colors and lights. My truck roof is still dirty but I think it is sap, so it didnt come off, but the rest looks great. To be fair, no carwash ever gets that off.

Always good service, nice employees. Would prefer they put tips in jar while I am there so I know theyre properly distributed.

I use their VIP membership to save money. Overall better then other places I have been. Have recommended to friends. Like the fact they wipe down and do tires after you run through.

Went here for the first time and purchased their most expensive auto detail package inside and out. I was there for about an hour and after I left I went straight to lowes to find out nothing had been done. Very disappointing. Tried to call and of course no answer. Will never go back.

Nasty water spot damage I can’t seem to completely remove from my trim on my Tesla Model Y. Spent over half an hour with some chemical guys detailing fluid trying to clean it up, but it looks like dressing is the only thing that’s really going to cover it and help correct it

Diamond? Not quite! Streaks left, water droplets left, windshield is all streaky and cant see in the sun, and still leaves hanging out of doorjams. Waste of money and not worth it. Zippy does better and is cheaper and they aint great either.

Just another car wash. Nothing really stood out, except there is a guy who dries your car once you are outside of the car wash. They do have 2 vacuums at each station. The big one for most everything and a small one for cracks and small places like beside and in between the seat cushions

Lounge could be better. The TV has Amazon but no prime. Uncomfortable chairs, more of a small waiting area than a lounge but they did a good job washing the truck and cleaning the interior.

Wash was fine but the detail employees left all the seats reclined, the outside rear view mirror turned completely backward, and the dash controls changed.They need to learn to put things back the way they found them.The windows had streaks on them.This service is not worth the $45 charge plus a tip.

It was the first time I had been there and I SUPER EXCITED about a real car wash where someone actually dries the windows and applies tire shine. I paid for a Platinum and then I left. When I got out of the car not 5 minutes later, I noticed that there was no tire shine on my tires (included in Platinum wash). Kind a bummed 😞

Kinda spendy for a simple wash is all I was needing!! But they took care of you and your vehicle!! I really liked the fact that your vehicle rides along two belts and not just one chain on one side of the vehicle!! Smooth and got the vehicle clean!!

Love this car wash. Our car always comes out the cleanest over any other drive through carwash. I love the fact they wipe down your car after you exit the wash itself. I always tip those guys. They are out there in the heat wiping down peoples vehicles. They always do a good job on my vehicle.

I have the Platinum Membership and I love it. Wash my Yukon weekly there. Not a single scratch, always see smiles on employees faces, and always a quick visit. 4 stars is because it doesnt get my truck completely clean. Its a contactless car was so Im not upset at all. I love the place.

Wow I am impressed with this place the only thing I can say is even though the guy is at the end of the car wash will dry your car sometimes you got to ask him to actually do your tires but the fact is that my car has expensive tires on it and now theres so much safer using this car wash vs. Zips I wont be going back to them I will continue to stay with this car wash little bit more expensive but worth it the guys just need to pick up the pace and make sure that the car is actually dried before the person drives away they work on tips and also hourly I tip well but I wont tip if they cant do the job other than that I totally recommend this place everybody should go there to get their car washed awesome place

Forget Zip Car wash! Diamond Wash is the best! For $20+ Platinum tier same price as if not close to zip price. You get express hand towel wiped down and hand tire scrub to get those rims/tires shiny. These guys offer more than Zip car wash. It felt like its longer than zip. Im very impressed by the quality of the work and customer service experience by the staff members.The pre-wash is excellent over here. The staff members actually take their time and try their best to get bugs off the vehicle. I just highly recommend them. And they offer membership which is the best price in my opinion.

It was quick and cleaned just fine

They did an excellent job on the interior but it looked like the back hatch of my car hadnt even been touched. I had to wipe it down when I got home so it looked as pretty as the rest of the car.

Save the time and spend your money with someone who actually does a good job even if its pricier. You get what you pay for - half done interiors, tires semi cleaned and not enough detailing. I had to vacuum my car and clean the seats myself. Windows were just cleaned while closed and obvious that when you lower them you still see stains. Floor mats cleaning meh. Regret going here.

This is a newly opened car wash and fast detail. The car wash wasnt as fast as others which meant it took its time cleaning. Someone hand dried my car which was a nice surprise! The crew who detailed my car did exceptionally well and i must say it was well worth every dime! The owner saw to it to personally check my car after the crew was finished. Meanwhile i waited comfortably in an air conditioned room with windows to watch the crew or a tv instead. I definitely recommend this place!

WoW this maybe a few dollars more but well worth it. Ive never had my Tahoe come out of a car wash this clean. Super impressed.

This place is the bomb it is such an awesome car wash I cannot begin to tell you being on a conveyor belt instead of locking your tires and the place is the best experience ever. Everybody there is friendly the guys need a little touch-up work on trying to make sure when you come out of the car wash that they dry your car properly otherwise its an awesome place to have your car washed it said a little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get. When your car is put on the conveyor belt and youre in the car it is a slow roll right into having your car professionally cleaned its an awesome experience really!!! Like I said the only thing that needs a little bit more work is having the guys at the end of your car wash drying your car correctly I do realize of course that they can get very busy but if they would just take their time a little bit better and get those cars dry properly and make sure that the tires if its a specialized tire is taking care of you know the tip jar might be a lot Fuller at the end of the day otherwise great experience could not say enough good things about this company happy car washing

They have very nice brushes. I have a bed cover and the brushes come down far enough to clean it. There is also a hand dry at the end no matter which wash you get, nice touch.

This place is the best place in town to go especially if you have a big truck it does the job. Its definitely hard to find a car wash that can get everything done to your vehicle and the extra added touch at the end when they hand dry your vehicle and tire shine, keeps you coming back.

Best quality car wash I have seen in a while.

I just sat in line with others cars and no one came out to take our money. One guy went inside and it was empty. We backed out. I said something to one of the guys drying he said they were short staffed. I went to Speedy Splash down the street. It is a lot cheaper anyway. 12:30 PM on a Tuesday.

Well what can i say i was the first costumer there. And they wasnt even open to the public until next week. But hey at least they was nice about it and gave me a free car wash. And then told me they wasnt open yet How embarrassing was that. All in all liked how my car turned out and excellent service.

If you want a quality wash. That is what you get. Exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I took my car and I was so impressed with the job they did, I went back with my sister’s car later that day so she could experience what a car wash looks like when they exceed expectations. They did an amazing job on both cars and the staff are humorous and inviting. Most definitely will be back.

I have a membership and take advantage of the detailing every couple months. A couple times they did not have the staff to do the detailing. Hard working staff that are very polite.
