It took 3 months to get a recall part that I requested, they didnt even call or message me that the part arrived, I wouldnt have known if I didnt follow up again.After getting a service for software update and fuel pump recall my car smelled like gasoline and the check engine lights turned on after a few days.Now I cant even get a hold of them, just forever waiting when I call.
Started the process of buying a Toyota Corolla. They even ran my credit. That was in the evening before closing. The next morning I recieved a TEXT that the car had been sold. I had to call to speak to salesman. Of course all I got was an Im sorry. I found this very poor business. I wont be buying anything form themOh and Ill tell everyone I know...
Took car in for minor work that was being taken care of by insurance company. They made it clear they wanted their money today and didn’t want to wait for insurance to pay them. Also wanted to “sell” me on another $1000 repair. One and done…they’ll never get a penny from me.
I was traveling and had time to shop Autotrader. I found what I was looking for. I filled out an application online and the finance manager got me an incredible low interest rate. I only had to sign paperwork the following day. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest purchase Ive ever made. Our salesman was Mo. He showed us how to operate our car before we left. Top Notch. This is our 2nd purchase from Fletcher.
Worse customer service I ever had. Must ask for the details of the price, they will use different ways to trick you. After-sales service is the worse part. When we cancelled our extension warranty after purchasing 2022 pilot, the business manager (James C U R R A N) just gave us a paper to sign. He did not want to give us any explanation and details of the change in our finance/contract. When we kept asking for the details, he just talked with us in a rude way and annoyed.According to what James said, Honda Dealer and Honda Finance are not the same company 🙃. If you have any questions about your auto loan. PLEASE DON’T CALL HONDA DEALER.
Bought a new 2022 Civic and everything was OK. Was told they were going to contact me the next week, never did. Asked about extra key as there is a chip shortage, they said Honda will contact me. Never did. 2 months later, called Honda who said I should contact the dealer! Folks they get your money and you are a sales number.
Bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy a couple months back, sales person was great! Had a issue with the drivers side door, the switch went out on it. I understand that there is no way they could hav not predicted it. But asked them what they can do for us since we just recently bought it and we didn’t get the warranty no need it’s our second vehicle have driven it less than 100 miles. They wanted $300 to fix it worked with the service manager said couldn’t do anything about it without the GM approval contacted the GM wouldn’t budge on the price of fixing it. Even if they offered a %10 discount I would have been happy. I get it that things can go wrong on a used vehicle but it’s not like I’m coming back 6 months later! Less than a 100 miles on the vehicle and there are issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place if that’s how they do business. I know spending 15k on a car is not much to them but it’s money! I will not ever buy a new vehicle from this place when I search in the future.***update on 3-30-2021The general manger Ryan reached out to us and has fixed the issue! No cost to us I am happy with the results thank you for making it right!

Very poor customer service.We bought our 2019 CRV from fletcher Honda.It’s now time to replace the tires and thought we should let the dealer handle the job.My experience started with being hung up on more than twice while being bounced around to the appropriate person in regards to tire replacement.When I did speak to someone in service I asked for a good better best option. I was told there were a lot of choices and I should just talk to someone in parts (lazy). I never spoke to parts as I was hung up on again. I called back and asked to speak to a general manager about my frustrating experience just to get tires. Nope! That manager was too busy.I thought I was being smart to stick with the dealership for my tire replacement. I do not recommend calling fletcher for anything unless you just like wasting time.
I’m amending this post because the service manager immediately called me and offered to refund the alignment cost and $69 software cost. THAT is good customer service!I will return to Fletcher again.I will never go back to Fletcher again.I came in for oil change last week. They told me I needed new battery and tires. They gave me a price on both. I asked if I came back this week would that price be honored. I showed him the circled price and he said yes. He didn’t say there will also be $89.95 for alignment. Then today there was another $69 on top of that because of a software glitch which he didn’t even attempt to honor from last weeks quote. Not impressed with this company at all.
We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Frank Fletcher Honda and had just as an amazing experience as we did the first time. From the Parts to Sales to Service to Finance Departments, everyone is so incredibly nice to you and talks to you like youre a human. Thats hard to find in the car sales business! I wont take my Honda anywhere else for service and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.
I was recently in the market for a Honda SUV and worked with Scotty Vilayhong at Frank Fletcher Honda in an attempt to find a car to fit my specific needs. Unfortunately, I went with a completely different make of car and went with another dealership that had exactly what I was looking for. However, I was so impressed with Scotty that I really wanted to buy a car from him, but they just didn’t have what I was looking for. This guy should train other salesmen how to treat their customers, etc. Keep up the great work Scotty!
Had a good experience buying car with Tyler there. Had the car about 45 days and hadn’t driven more than 50 miles since we bought as a secondary vehicle and my husband ended up continuing to work from home when we noticed the driver side front window didn’t work. Rolled down and didn’t roll back up! No problem. Happens with motor/switch. The problem is that after speaking with preowned sales manager they didn’t offer so much as a discount for these repairs! Seemed to indicate it was just our problem. Easy fix. Easy way to retain business... but they were unwilling to do a thing to help. Even though we could show the car had almost the same mileage as it did when we bought It. I would have been okay with even a small discount on the service but they weren’t willing to do A THING to make it right even though they sold us the car with apparently a non functional window. Shameful

Went in to test drive a 2021 Civic Hatch, having a few other hatchbacks I was also considering. Dealt with Ken McDonald, who was incredibly helpful and a drastic change of pace from the salesmen I had interacted with in the past. He knew his stuff, didnt pressure me at all, and while he did do follow-ups after I left to test other hatchbacks, I never felt like he was being aggressive. He even hunted down a version with a manual at another dealer after I mentioned I was considering one. My positive experience with Ken really helped influence me to get the Civic, and I couldnt be happier.
The service policy at this dealership is ridiculous. I service all of my Honda’s here and honestly never had an issue. Recently purchased a 2009 CRV for a family member and due to its age they refuse to do any work on the car outside of an oil change. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
New Vehicle Purchase - 6 months afterSales: Rick was great explained the car, options, negotiable with price to an extent. No problems here.Finance: 0% interest was advertised and was all that was talked about until getting 1:1 with finance guy. Went through paperwork thoroughly and tried to get me locked in at 3 or 4 % interest and longer term. Fixed after pressuring them to do so. Really pushed on warranty - that is OK its his job - but didnt get extended warranty.Tires: about 6 months after purchase and 2000 miles noticed there was wear on outer portion of tire. Overinflated all 4 tires by 5 psi.Overall: There are shady practices on finance side and overinflation of tires so they can get you in to buy new tires sooner. Parents vehicle purchased at the same time and they had extreme wear on all 4 outer portion of tires and overinflation of 7psi. Same issue with finance, but I warned them before going in.I am not sure if I will be back for repeat business or even servicing the vehicle. Also not jazzed about the decals they place on the paint. I dont want to advertise for them due to shady business practices. You may think ok it happens one time, but to two different set of people, its not a coincidence.
Very rude and dishonest folks. Never buy a car from these folks, better go to Fayteville for a better deal, respect and transparency. These guys negotiate something, then they will slip in additional warranty and stuff that you never discussed by putting you through unnecessary talk and cheat customers. Very unprofessional. Save your self by not visiting this dealership.

Where do I start... 1. Call center associate(s) mislabeled the reason for coming in to get Service, the description for coming by was completely off. I gave the lady I spoke with very detailed info on my issues so I dont understand how that could have been mixed up. 2. Customer Service skills are nonexistent to the guy I talked to when I came in for my appointment, walked out after being told I had to pay to get my rear suspension looked out. Reason for this is due to them putting my car on an alignment machine. Please note, he did not say he was going to align my car, just putting on the machine to get some data on my current alignment. I decided to take my car to a tire shop and they gave me an alignment check for free! 3. Spoken to two mechanics on two different occasions and got two totally different answers, the last guy I spoke with made me feel confident in coming in to see them but after my visit with the guy at the Service Center I will never come back. I love my car but, Id rather pay someone I trust then people with no desire, no ambition, no kindness to help. Terrible Experience and a waste of my time.
I have never owned a Honda and I never expected too. We sort of ended up here by chance and Im grateful that we did. I have never felt better about my family driving in a vehicle (safety features are next generation). On top of that, Landon went above and beyond. He had us list everything we wanted in a vehicle and showed us the options based off of the criteria instead of showing us what he wanted to. Super nice guy that really made us feel like he was there for us, not just to sell a car. Also, after it was finished, he sat in the car and showed us all of the features! Go talk to them if youre needing something new or you need out of your current vehicle situation!

Paint is chipping off on my Odyssey due to a manufacture paint problem. After going back & forth between Honda & Frank Fletcher, I received a call from Frank Fletcher saying they would fix it & everything was approved through Honda. They called back a few hours later & said they called the wrong person (it was another persons vehicle with same problem) & my vehicle wasn’t approved. Two days later they called & said there was nothing they could do since I’m 7 months outside the extended warranty (vehicle was barely driven in 2020 due to COVID & issue started after warranty ended). I then tried to connect with someone about a trade in. After speaking with a salesman & providing info of my vehicle, he never got back to me after multiple attempts to contact him from my end.
On 3/27/21 I took my wife’s CRV into fletcher for a Honda recall repair. After the repair was done Emily S. Warthen (service advisor) would not give me a receipt stating their 12 month warranty. She wanted me to sign a receipt that stated that the repair was “AS IS” or she could not release the vehicle. I asked for her manager, she angrily went and got him. The manager told me that the work was warranted for 12 mos. So I asked him, so. u won’t have a problem stating that in writing? He angrily did but advisor kept that copy. She would not even allowed me to take a picture of it for my records. Manager was angry and rushed out of her office saying “that after the 12 months I was on my own”Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attach a copy of the statement customers are supposed to sign. Won’t be doing business with fletcher Honda ever! After all they are not the only Honda dealer in northwest Arkansas. These 2 know as much about service as a guard dog (no insult to the dog for it doesn’t know better) I guess fletcher’s workmanship leaves a lot to be desired, otherwise they would not mind putting their warranty in writing. Our family owns 3 Honda’s that they will not see. If I never do business with them again it will be too soon!

Went there today to pick up Honda parts. When I turned the car off smoke starting coming from under the hood. Had a pin hole leak in a hose. Doug the Service Manager helped with it. Found a piece of hose to replace it with and all was well. Thank You Doug for your help and friendly attitude! You’re the best!
For a car dealership these people are the best. Everyone is nice and are not too pushy. We have bought 2 excellent used cars though Alex and had a seamless process. We get our cars maintenance there and the service department is super nice and helpful.
Three years ago when I leased my vehicle, I would have had nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I had a straightforward polite salesperson who didnt play any games with me and got me exactly what I wanted at a better price than I hoped for. However, now the entire dealership seems incredibly unprofessional.I only went in after being contacted randomly by a salesperson who made it seem it was mandatory to come in for a meeting regarding my lease ending. The meeting quickly turned into a sales pitch, which is understandable. I politely and firmly made it known I was simply interested in seeing a comparison of options as I couldnt make a decision until making certain financial arrangments. The salespersons face quickly, and quite obviously, expressed annoyance and I even heard a sigh. While I waited for the numbers, other salespeople in the showroom were loudly having incredibly casual conversation including profanity, how much one of them was currently hungover, and where they were planning on ordering lunch from. When I got the reports, pressure continued and Im glad I left that meeting when I did. It was a complete waste of my time.The salesperson tried to make it seem that I would save money by showing me the lower monthly payment schedule of the two options. After closer inspection, the payment schedules werent even the same timetables (the lower was over almost double the time of the other). The buyout listed the price higher than the original contract states as well.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially not to a woman looking for a vehicle alone. Take your business elsewhere.
This dealership is amazing. They are honest and most importantly they don’t lie and add additional charges. There is extended warranty and other things available. But they explain it to you and ask if you want to pay for it, if you don’t no big deal. We had Ross as our salesman. He is everything a car salesman should be. Not pushy, relaxed, and professional. We looked at around 10 different vehicles and never once did he try to rush us in to start paperwork. He went above and beyond to give us a great experience. His sales manager was also great as well( unsure of his name) we purchased a 2020 crv touring AWD. We will 100% be purchasing from this dealership in the future.

I would like to give a shout out to Fletcher Honda and my salesmen Casey Knight. It took a lot for me to decide what new car I wanted to purchase but after completing a test drive with Casey I was pretty confident I wanted to purchase a Honda but I wasn’t the final say so. I brought my husband by to test drive the vehicles I liked. As soon as we left my husband said if Fletcher could get us the price we wanted then he would love to give the sale to Casey. After many text back and forth with Casey I was able to get the car I wanted including the color, moon roof and my request that no one test drive it. Casey took care of everything. Casey provided my husband and I with great customer service. Casey is blessing to us and has made this vehicle purchase the easiest I have ever been through and I feel that is solely because of all the hard work of Casey. Now the service department has big shoes to fill.

Jordan (5 Stars for Jordan) was very patient with us no matter how many times I called and inquired about buying a new car(4 times over a year until purchase). Jordan and his team went above and beyond helping us get into the Honda Odyssey we wanted and for the price point we needed.We traded in a 2006 base model Honda Odyssey that we bought new with 212k miles and walked out with a 2019 Ex-L with 7 miles!I am give 3 stars out of 5 only because of Cody who finished the finance side of things. We originally were working with Tyler who was great but the day we came into buy he was off. Cody was great until we told him we could not afford to buy a warranty that was above and beyond the lifetime powertrain and engine warranty that came with buying a new van from Fletcher Honda. Although we would have loved to get the warranty that covered almost everything on the van from dents and dings, to windows and seats we just couldnt afford the extra $80 it added to our payment. When we told him that he became very standoffish and irritated with us.As my wife and I walked out to our new van the first thing she said to me was I cant believe how Cody was after we told him we couldnt buy the extra warranty. Cody did not ruin the excitement of the new car purchase but definitely made the ending of it a little sour!Like I said Call Jordan Mcguire he will make it happen.Thanks Jordan for all your hard work!FYI: you may find a better price else where but does it come with the lifetime warranty???

Always dreaded visits with car lots. I can’t think of anything worse! BUT our experience with Fletcher was amazing!! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose. We got our asking price. Were treated with the upmost respect. I hold on to vehicles for a long time, but will definitely be going back when the time comes.

Honda Fletcher was one of the dealers we considered for our next car, and looked at the Pilot. Although we went a different route with a vehicle, the Hondas are a solid quality vehicle and should always be considered when buying. Chris Olson was our salesman. He was very polite, respectful and always made us comfortable.. a great salesman I would suggest using. He went out of his way to show us the Pilots options and was able to answer our many questions. Ask for Chris Olson when you go to Fletcher Honda, you wont be disappointed.

This car dealer is great. We drove 2 hours to check out a vehicle here. Im always leary of car dealers and feel like it is always a chore to shop for a car. Ron made the process painless: very fair price for our trade and great price on the truck we purchased. No pressure sales and no pressure from the financing department either. I would drive 4 hours to purchase a car from them!

The prices at Fletcher were unreasonable. It may just be vehicle pricing in northwest Arkansas. We looked around and found a competitor in Tulsa was able to beat Fletchers pricing by thousands on the exact same new vehicle. When I spoke to the sales manager at Fletcher and he told me they arent very desperate to sell their vehicles and couldnt come close to matching prices. We bought our first car from Fletcher over ten years ago, but something has changed. Definitely consider a drive to Tulsa, OK if you want value pricing.

Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Ended up loving the car! Service department is great, I’ve been 2-3 times now and so far the customer service and care have blown me out the water.

Original Honda Battery in warranty.Dealer asked $33 just to swap a NEW replacement Honda battery because the existing Honda battery within warranty failed the tests/had issues.Walmart, Autozone or any auto part store are better than Honda at least they stand behind their product and if their battery goes wrong they replace it and they install the new battery. Even during the pro-rated replacement warranty period time they will replace the battery in the car.I ended up replacing the battery on my own at your parking lot, and it was a 5 min job.Thank you for honoring your own Battery warranty at least !!
I had a great car buying experience! Joe Kroeger took wonderful care of us! We came home with a new Honda Pilot. Joe was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time getting us acquainted with our new Pilot. This makes 2 cars in 10 years purchased from Frank Fletcher Honda. We’ve been very pleased with the services there.
While the service performed was done the same day (which is a positive), the price charged for labor far exceeded what was even close to reasonable. For a few repairs with parts that cost roughly $100 the labor fees pushed the end bill to just short of $1000. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you plan to overpay for service.
Had a great experience purchasing a new Honda Accord from Fletcher Honda.Rick Sisemore the Sales Rep and Bryan Davis the Sales Manager were very professional and made the purchasing process very smooth.Although they did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for, they were able to find one at another dealer in Arkansas, quoted a very good price and were able to have it ready for pickup the very next day.I would definitely recommend this dealer and these two gentlemen for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Only gave 1 star because it was mandatory. This is by far the worst, most unethical dealership I have ever stepped foot in. I originally went in at 10am to look at car that I was told they just got in on trade (hadnt been detailed yet or anything), I told the salesman I was VERY interested and he said he would take the car and have it detailed and inspected so I could take it for a test drive later that day. It now is about 4pm in the afternoon and he calls to tell me the car wont be done and I can come in beginning of the week to take it for a test drive and see it, I agreed and said goodbye. The salesman then calls back 10 minutes later and says his manager will match another vehicles price on the lot to the one I was looking at and I can come take a look. Even though this vehicle had a few more problems, and higher mileage (58k compared to 65k) I agreed to go in and look. I went in, drove the car, liked it, and made a few offers that were rejected. As we closed on that negotiation, I inquired about the status of the earlier car and possible negotiations of that car since I was there. The salesman then proceeds to tell me that his coworker actually just sold that car as I was sitting there. Are you serious? The car that I came in at 10am to look at and drive and make an offer on and was told to come back Monday after it was detailed, was just SOLD??? This unethical, garbage of a car lot and manager had lied to my face multiple times while trying to sell me a more expensive car and all the while they were selling the original car that I was looking to buy 7 hours earlier that morning before it had a price or was detailed or anything. Dont shop here people, do yourself a favor, drive 10 minutes to other places, go across the road, down the road, there are hundreds of other car lots that will be ethical, honest, and treat you right. This car lot didnt earn my business, nor any of my colleges, business partners, business acquaintances, anyone that I come in contact with and the words car comes up (which it does a lot with men), I will be sure to retell my store of Fletcher and their unethical behavior with no respect for the customer or how you handle business matters in every conversation I have, social media, reviews, reports, online car sites, anywhere possible that might help someone else avoid buying a car or being treated that way I was treated at their car lot.

Really disappointed by the experience I had at Fletcher Honda. I enjoyed working with Nathan and the information he provided with me when I test drove a car. However, Ken the Sales Manager was extremely sketchy and not honest. They swayed me away from a used 2016 Honda Accord to a different 2016 Honda Accord that they could give me a better deal on. I had mentioned to Nathan that I saw one of the 2016 Honda Accords had been in an accident. They gave me a much better price on the other, nicer Honda Accord and I asked if anything was wrong with it. They both said nothing. After leaving and asking for the VIN number I looked at the CarFax and the one they pushed me to buy was the one that had been in an accident. They explained it as a minor rear end accident in the parking lot, but I found it was $4,000 worth of damage. I would have appreciated honesty up front. I was ready to buy a car and would have bought one from them in the same week, but I do not feel comfortable. Be cautious!
I bought my car at Frank Fletcher last New Years Eve and they went out of their way that evening to help us get a car. I have had my car in for maintenance and an oil change. Try are super quick and thorough. They do not try to talk you into anything extra just take care of business.. I highly recommend them and will be using them for our next vehicle..
The sales people are great! Very low pressure, very open, honest, and transparent about their pricing. Prices are good, and they gave us a fair value for our trade in. We did a lot of shopping in the surrounding areas for a specific vehicle and could not find anything comparable for the price we got at Fletcher.

My wife and I shopped around for a specific model of Honda Pilot. Car Gurus led us to Frank Fletcher Honda. I can say we saw the exact car we wanted and got it for a little bit more than we wanted, but still a good price.The agreement was for the price agreed upon, vehicle, and a set of all weather mats.Due to late hour, the mats were to be shipped the next day. Several days after the expected delivery date, we contacted the salesman. He lied saying they had been late due to the holidays. He then called back giving us a tracking number. The number showed he actually ordered the wrong mats 20 minutes prior to calling us back with that number. Now we live hours away with wrong mats, and do not plan on returning during winter months, or maybe never doing business with them again.
