Scratched driver’s side door and denied it. I asked to review the cameras to show scratch was not there when I dropped off car, owner has stalled and refused. Said car would take 4 hours, they were rushing to finish it when I arrived after almost 8 hours. Beware, they used to be great, don’t recommend using them!

I dropped my vehicle off at 8am for a full interior/exterior detail and wax. At 5pm when picking up I noticed it hadn’t been waxed at all (still had dirt/residue). Also the wheels still had brake dust and back window completely overlooked during the “detail”. Overall quality was ok but not the best I’ve ever seen. I was told “we didn’t know you also wanted wax too, but bring it back tomorrow and we’ll wax it”. Not a big deal, they didn’t charge me for it since it wasn’t done yet. So I dropped it off the next day at 8am for wax and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. 4 hours later when I returned, it hadn’t even been started. Although they do a decent job...organization, communication and consideration for the customer’s time leaves a little to be desired.

It was an ok detail. expect it to take an extra day or two and for them to take all your sentimental car stickers off your car without asking. DONT GO HERE

I was very disappointed with the lack of detailing quality that I received from Torres Auto Detail . My vehicle was no where near, in comparison to the before and after pictures displayed on their website advertising ? I let them keep my vehicle for 5 days because they were busy, and only asked that they take their time and make my car look great ! After calling because I never received a call, only to find out that my car wasnt ready yet, I kept it cool, and again said, just take your time, I just want it to look great when its finished ? I called the day it was scheduled to be completed, again, because I didnt receive a call, and was told that it was ready ! I was excited to go pick it up, but was very disappointed at the poor quality of work that I was looking at ? I had to go back in the office to let them know that there were blotches all over the car, and they werent small ones, they were very obvious ? The man came out with a spray bottle and rag, walked around my car, spraying and wiping, to clear up all the blotches, not knowing if the fluid he was using, would take the wax finish off ? The inside of the windshield was streaked and looked like it had some kind of overspray onit, and the rear hatch on the inside was still dirty ? I felt that after having my vehicle for 5 days, that it was more than enough time to make it spotless, the quality was compared to, what I could have done myself, and save a lot of money . Someone at Torres Detailing dropped the ball, and I paid for it . I was going to bring my wifes car in next, but after my experience, I knew better than to make the same mistake twice ! Im not saying to use their service, or not use their service, Ill let you make that decision after you read my experience ? This is a straight up honest review of my experience, no exaggerating, I was really looking forward to some quality work by Torres Detailing, and was totally disappointed with their finished product.Roger

I highly recommend this detailing shop. We just took our sedan today after months of having our 100lb dog ride in the back seat which was full of dog hair and drool, they left the car spotless inside and out looking and smelling brand new! Engine looks like it has zero miles as well. Highly impressed with the job they did.

I took my wifes vehicle (Mercedes GLA 250) because the Mercedes dealership gave me their contact info when inquired with them for detail service.The owner turned out to be a young entrepreneur whose team performs a high quality cleaning and auto detail. He answered most of my phone calls to set the appointment or check on the job status and the one time he could not, he called me back within the minute.Good value for the work done. Definitely, I will bring my other vehicle (Scion FR-S) for detailing as well.Thank you very much for a job well done

Great detailing job but my vehicle was 3 hours late for pick up and I was not given the price I was promised before I dropped it off It cost me $130 dollars instead of the 100 I was promised when I dropped it there. The owner refused to give me the price we agreed on and I was quoted that price the day before in person and the next morning when I dropped it off. They do a good job but be sure you get youre price in writing before leaving your vehicle there. The price gouge ruined the great job that was done on my vehicle also they wouldnt take a credit or even an ATM card so I had to come back again with cash. Great work but unprofessional service

This place does fantastic work, at a reasonable price. They always come through when we need a vehicle cleaned to perfection.

They dint clean it all. the back side was still dirty the ceiling was also dirty they never touch it.

Omg these guys did amazing to our super trashed car. My girlfriend and I honestly thought our car was just gonna be stained and ugly for the remainder if its life but these guys most definitely proved that wrong. Our car looks fantastic! And definitely affordable. Highly recommend for a detailing service!

Got a 8am appointment to have my vehicle detailed was told 4 hrs to get done. Went back my vehicle was still setting there told them I couldnt wait any longer went to leave they lost my keys

Took my car to get detailed wasent to happy as to the owner never called me when my car was ready had to wait until next day to pick up after that Thought maybe it was just something that happened once and took my dads truck same thing happened again and I called him and the owner lies to me telling me he called my mother to pick up car Which he never did so had to wait again till next day to pick up car so very unorganized doesn’t take time to take care of customers who are paying good amount of money on top of that my fathers truck was still dirty they didn’t do a good job then my mother took her car and talk to owner about a specific spot she wanted cleaned inside she went to pick up it was still dirty the worker said he was never told about this spot so owner didn’t even let his worker know and he still chargered her even though they didn’t even clean the car never going here again don’t recommend this place at all we went to try a small local business Gave them 3 chances same thing every time don’t waist your time here

They had my car for over 7 hours it looked nice from far away but then when you got close it look like they had burnt some type of wax into my hood of my car and it cannot come out I am very disappointed I will never come back they also use way too much Armor All shine inside the vehicle they also said they would remove stains out of my seat which they are still there
