Went to Browns Collision Center initially for a deer accident. Body work was great! I began driving and I noticed at night my passenger side headlight was angled a bit towards the ground. I called and they said I could stop by anytime for a quick fix, awesome!! This was double nice because I live about 45 minutes away (insurance recommended Browns). I went and got my passenger headlight fixed, but when I drove at night again I noticed they must not have listened to me because now BOTH headlights were angled at the ground. Driving at night became almost impossible because I just couldnt see even 20 feet in front of my car without my brights on. Went to a different service shop to get it fixed and they informed me that there was a light bulb just dangling in my headlights. Hooked up but not attached to anything. Need body work done? Sure. This place was quick and kind! Want a one and done shop? This may not be the shop for you.
Would not recommend Brown’s. I had a horrible experience. I guess if you have no other choice they might be ok but I’m from Dallas and there is a big difference in service levels.First, when coordinating with the insurance company, Browns couldn’t get it pulled together. I had to call the insurance company to do a 3-way call. Browns said, “oh, I guess I should refresh it” in order to pull things forward. Why didn’t they do that when I called 3 different times?Second, they took almost twice as long as originally communicated. This may not be an issue for you if you get a rental car the whole time but if not, missed deadlines are added expenses or inconveniences.Third, to add insult to injury and the thing that pushed me over the edge is the fact that they charge you, as a customer, for the “convenience” of paying with a credit card. This is clearly a point of contention with customers otherwise they wouldn’t wait until you’re picking it up and have no choice but to pay this little gem of a hidden fee. The ethical thing to do is include it in the cost estimate.Finally, my car came back with a new dent and a large scratch that weren’t there when I dropped it off. I suspect that it had something to do with juggling other cars as mine sat there waiting for them to do the work.In summary, avoid if you can because the service is terrible.
From the first call to the final sign off, this place made a bad situation better! I spoke with Tim initially on the phone and he was so informative and helpful. From there, Jennifer was such a pleasant (and funny ) blessing. She was very professional, she knows when youre upset & is in your corner, and she even helped me with my vehicle in its last stage. TERRIBLE! When I went to pick up my car at 7:30am, when they open, the person who waited on me was not ready for business. He did not go over my car with me and I had to ask for the keys. He said his job was just to work with the money. While standing there the men in the back room were talking about how the top priority jobs were the high paying ones and that one of them needed to prioritize the jobs that way. This is all being said with the man in the front office is just shaking his head. First they forgot to fix my side mirror that did not even get put into the quote and I even pointed that out. Second when I looked at my car you can see where they taped off to fix a certain area. In my opinion customer service really lacked and no matter the amount of the job EACH one should be treated equally!!! Attention to detail is lacking and the car should be returned as it was before or actually even more clean than before. I did not care for the boys club in the back.I will NOT be going back there!

I highly recommend Browns Collision. I took my car in for hail damage, they delt with my insurance, let me know exactly how everything would work, simply handled everything for me. I had significant hail damage to my 19 CRV, got it back after a week and a half, and it looks brand new again. Excellent workmanship! I was hit and run off the road by an RV in my brand new Jeep. The damage was on both driver side doors. Browns helped me out immediately. They got me a loaner vehicle that was actually nicer than my Jeep, and they fixed my Jeep and had it back to me in less than a week beating their Estimation time. Would recommend 100 times over. Came here after a friend of mine recommended them to me when my car got rear ended while in the parking lot at Las Fajitas, and also because theyre nearby my house in Bentonville. The estimate didnt take long and the guy explained the whole process start to finish and made it easy to understand which was a relief, since I know virtually nothing about car repair. Went ahead with the repair and I was told it would take about 5 days, but ended up being 6 due to a problem with their parts supplier which wasnt a big deal because the rental was covered..... long story short... car looks and feels BRAND new. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to be treated like a person, and not a number or statistic. They were super friendly which is important to me because of some unfortunate experiences Ive had in the past at different shops. Hopefully dont ever need to use them again but, based on their work I will not be using anyone else except Browns to repair my vehicles in the future. Thanks!!

Was told it would take 5 minutes to get started on an estimate. 22 minutes later and get skipped by someone that walked in not 5 minutes earlier. Easy to see this is the type of place that judges based on appearances. If they didnt want my business they could of said so, rather than wasting my time.

They made the process very easy and stress free, they arranged my rental and had my vehicle back quickly. Brown’s have seriously impressed me! My mother in law recently had her car fixed there and they made us feel so comfortable while we waited. Browns Collision Center was recommended to me by a friend after I was involved in an accident. They provided great customer service and my truck was good as new after they finished repairing it. I’ve since gone back to them 2 more times when I’ve had an issue with one of my automatic windows (issue not related to the previous accident) that wasn’t working properly. I showed up without an appointment both times. They were able work me in and get it fixed and had me back on the road the same morning. Their friendliness and service was greatly appreciated! Brown fixed my car years ago and did a great job so when I needed something on my new automobile I thought to call them first. Tim was very helpful on the phone and told me to come on in. If I had an option to give zero star I would. Dont bother to get a quote from there because at the end of the day they charge you whatever they want. We made the mistake of taking my car there and they said it would take 3 to 4 days, but I keep calling and finally after 8 days I went and pick up my car and had to bring it back again a week later for them to finish their work. We ended up paying 30% more of their original quote that they gave me a week before. They blamed it on a employee that was terminated during that week. We were very disappointed on they customer service. We wouldnt never use them again and we wouldnt recommended to anyone.
When I got into a fender bender, Browns was the service location that the insurance had me go through and I am thankful it was them. Having to deal with car issues is no fun but the entire staff was so kind & knowledgeable. They really put me at ease & kept me informed throughout the process. Jennifer who works the front desk is a delight & so sweet & Mark was also really nice! 5+ stars for this place!

I took my 2020 Ford F150 in with front in damage and rear end damage. It took 16 days for them to fix my truck when I picked it up the damage was not fixed. I had to call back the next day to talk to Tim. He said that it wasnt included in the original estimate. I sent a picture and ask how it wasnt included? He decided it was. I took it back to have it fixed for the 2nd time! The Ford emblem still has a scratch!!! Do not take your vehicle here! Poor quality on paint job also!

Update ***I have called really tired of the phone tag call me my name is in your system.***I read the reviews and decided give them a shot, my front end passenger side took pretty solid hit. The estimate seemed fair. With in a matter of days that estimate grew but I had no real choice at this point to go forward with the repairs since they offered a lifetime guarantee I figured I would trust them. I got my car back and it had a really loud grinding noise. This isnt something you would miss the wheel bearing was out. Called them took it back to the shop. Got the wheel bearing replaced and almost all the dash lights are lit up. I mean ABS, Check engine cruise control, tilt sensor like your being towed. They had to replace wheel bearing twice and still havent replaced sensor. Hopefully they will take care of it. I am sick of the phone tag between them and Big O Tires. If they want a good review finish fixing my car right. They had my car for nearly two months some of which was my fault, some was theirs. U figure when for spend 8500 bucks on a repair with a guarantee you should be happy with the results. The fact is my car isnt done being fixed and they returned it to me broken. Its been back in a shop three times and still isnt 100 percent.

Outstanding customer service! I made one phone call, and they took it from there. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, who handled my vehicle repair from beginning to end. I used to live in Bentonville and remembered the reputation Browns had for quality repair work at fair prices, and though I live in Fort Smith now, I gave them a call. Jennifer suggested I text photos of the damage, and I had an estimate later that day. She took the time to communicate with me regularly via text and then arranged for me to drop off the vehicle during non business hours considering I was coming from an hour away.In a day and age where personal communication and customer service seems to have been replaced with automated programs and self-service, Browns has maintained a commitment to customer care and satisfaction. It is a business others should imitate. It was as if they went out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer. On top of it all, Browns had the lowest estimate for my repair work. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair work.
This shop doesn’t know what communicating with their client means. I had to constantly call them in order to know what was going on with my car. I wouldn’t say another body shop is going to be better, but definitely do your research before coming to Brown’s.

I am beyond pleased with Browns. While I was searching for repair centers to take my vehicle, I looked on google and noticed a lot of good reviews. Obviously, I took it to the top two that appeared listed. Browns was the first place I went to. Although, it was not the first place listed I had passed the company before I realized. I walked into Browns with my 3 year old twins (not a easy task), exhausted, just plain down since I now have to get my bumper repaired I was greeted with the most happiest and warmest smile. Not only was the customer service excellent but so was the job on my van. They washed the entire thing making it unrecognizable to myself. (its white in real life but dishwater white in mom life) I will recommend Browns to anyone!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Waiting for more than 2 weeks for them to find a very common part for a 2000 Chevy. Both the insurance company and I feel that this wait is excessive, especially when I can find the part online at 10 different suppliers. They do not care about potential business. It is impossible to get a return phone call. Seems like they only want to deal with new cars. Would not recommend. Very disappointing.
This is the best collision center around. I have had now three cars repaired with them, and on each one the service has been fabulous. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

Not at all happy with Browns we were told one thing and they completed the job leaving the car looking much like it did, they did replace body parts requested but we would not have had them do that had they been honest and told us that they were not able to do the job we requested to completion, we would have taken it somewhere else. Simply put.....if someone brings you a car and you can not do what the customer is asking dont do any of it!

My husband and I were recommended two places from our KIA dealership and we went with Browns. We were happy with the work did to our 5 month new Kia after a big buck decided to run into front drivers side trying to qualify for the Deer Olympics! Our drivers side door, bumper, hood and headlight were all torn up.They kept us updated on how the repairs were going. They said they didnt know if it would be done by the time insurance estimated because there was things need repaired not covered in estimate. Browns was able to get the car done in time estimated. Car looked brand new again and was clean up nice. We hope we dont need our car repaired again but we will go back to Browns if the unfortunate occasion arises! They called us a couple of weeks after we picked up the vehicle to hear how everything was going. Very friendly, efficient and work done in timely manner!

Browns Collision of Bentonville has had my car for a month. I travel and let them know my travel schedule and they still did not have my car ready. They admitted to me they fixed cars ahead of mine because those people were not out of town and needed their car back soon. Brown responded with, It happens every day. I also believe they did unnecessary repairs. However they were approved by my insurance. I attempted to stop some of the repairs with my insurance. Browns Collision Center representatives said they had to make all the repairs in responsibility to the lien holder. I inspected the car, one of the cheaper parts were not replaced. I only give Brown a 1 star because zero was not an option. I had complete and full expectation my car would be ready. I also had a difficult time calling them. Kyle was usually unavailable or gone everytime I called. I also based on conversation with an employee. I wish I knew his name. Brown hair, beard, has a tat sleeve and is pretty condescending when you are expressing displeasure to him. I do not feel that Browns Collision Center values the sacrifices Service members make to get in harms way so their their lives and loved ones do not come into harms way here at home. Doug Dempsey

Unfortunately I took my truck to browns for damage repairs and I had to bring it back 3 times to fix their terrible paint job. I’ll never use them again! DONT take your vehicle there!
If your car is more than just a tool to get you somewhere take it elsewhere. They were somewhat friendly and very quick. They did not do good work at fair price. They skipped a spot that should have been painted, but it is small and not very noticeable. Left polishing compound in the panel gaps. That is an amatuer mistake. I knew to check and cleaned it up before it could etch in the paint from being there too long. They painted the lower part of my bumper which was not required, but they didnt sand it and smooth it out to give it a true finished look. They painted the obvious damages. The overall time frame was quick, cost was good, but quality was lacking, and they were not genuine. They seemed in a rush when I communicated with them. If you wanted perfection i would check around, their competitor down the street is much better, but twice the cost. I would leave them with simple fixes or clearly outline what you need done. Update: Upon having time and daylight to wash my vehicle. I notice the front bumper looks like it has orange peel. They really messed it up. It looks better from a couple feet but up close it looks worse. The passenger side looks like it had been sanded kind of but not polished even though most of the work happened on driver side. They did not follow up when they said they would. So I contacted them frequently. 2ND UPDATE: They repaired most of it after contacting them. There are fish eyes in the clear from some areas of repair, but they did make it better. I would upgrade my rating, but in some ways it was a step forward and backward. Overall if you want quick work to sell a car they are good. If youre an automotive enthusiast check around. 3RD UPDATE: went to clean and polish my vehicle alond the bottom of the door the orange peel was something you could feel, almost to the texture of a slightly sanded golf ball. Orange peel is common with painting, but not to the level it was on my car. The factory finish is considerably more smooth than that. I atleast understand how to wetsand and polish it away. If you get work done here you may need to learn this skill or pay some one to do so to get a factory appearance repair.
I have referred numerous customers to Browns Collision to have their vehicles repaired and everyone I have sent has been well pleased with their repairs. I continue to recommend them to clients on a daily basis.
