He was on time and came out the morning after I called them. The dryer vent wasnt really bad so he charged us half price. Very honest and nice. We will use them again.

I have called the number listed over a period of three weeks. The message says the mailbox is full so there is not a way to contact the owner. The web page form was also filled out, but there was no response from this approach either. I will look for another company.

The owner responded to my message, almost immediately. He scheduled an appointment for 2 days later and showed up about 10 minutes early. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. The duct cleaning was done in about an hour and a half. He then answered any other questions I had. Got a new dryer about 2 years ago and now it was taking FOREVER to dry our clothes. I used Tony and his team for the 3rd time today(3 different properties). I had mold in two and a beyond heavy smoker for 10 years in this one. Tony’s website claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I received 0% satisfaction from his service. There are no prices on his website, so I called for a quote for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning without using the sanitizer EnviroCon. He stated this would cost $625 for a 1700 square foot house with a typical number of vents. After sharing with him that our house was 1560 sq ft with 10 supply vents and 1 return vent (minimal for a 3 bedroom house), his price suddenly increased to $715 despite that being a lower sq footage. He justified this high price over his competitors by saying that he does the work himself and it is 3 full hours of thorough, meticulous hard labor in which he would clean every vent individually. He claimed his equipment was superior to his competitors’ by being efficient, self-contained, and not leaving any residue in the house. His website states “The best way to determine if the HVAC system cleaning was effective is to perform a visual inspection of the system before and after cleaning. HandymanPro proves that the job was done properly with the use of our video duct inspection equipment.” I asked him to show me the before and after footage, as is also advertised on his truck. He showed up late and left 2 hours early. He was only at the house for 1 of the 3 promised hours of labor. Upon arrival, Tony stated that he could actually do all the duct cleaning from the attic and cleaning the vents individually was unnecessary. He did not do the duct cleaning himself, but instead sent into the attic a young man whom he introduced as his son. This young man was in the attic unsupervised for most of an hour while Tony stood in my living room staring out the windows into my backyard. Tony did clean the dryer vent himself, but this only took about 5 minutes. The vents in my house were not sealed. I was standing in my living room when a cloudy fog of dust and debris appeared that was so thick that visibility was reduced, the odor was atrocious, and it irritated my eyes and throat to the point that I ran out the front door gasping for fresh air. This left a film of duct debris covering every surface of my house in every room of my house and garage. When the young man came down from the attic, he was wearing a full face gas mask. Myself and my house however, were not offered any protection. The vacuum bag on his equipment had several large gaping tears/holes up to a square foot in size, which blew the contents back into my garage where the largest hole was facing. Tony did not provide any before or after photos or videos of my ductwork. When I asked, I was shown a “before” picture on a cell phone but no after picture and absolutely no video. There’s no way of knowing that photo was even from my house. Only a few of the dryer lint pieces were picked up. Most were left all over my yard and my neighbors yard. Tony acknowledged the layer of debris covering the house, but blamed me and claimed it must have been there before. It was not. We mopped all the floors the night before. I did open the windows after a thick cloud of debris formed inside my house, but not before. He asked if I “needed” him to clean up after himself. I told him to do whatever he normally does. He picked up a dry floor mop and wiped a small area of our living room floor, but left most of the floors covered in duct debris. The dry floor mop cloth was white before and black after. I expressed my concerns to Tony, but they were all dismissed. He repeatedly responded with “that’s just the way it is” or “our equipment is better than everyone else’s.” In order to remove the layer of duct debris covering our entire house, it later took 16 hours of manual labor. Five days later, my eyes, nose, throat and lungs are still burning and irritated, I have a headache, am coughing, my chest feels heavy, and I am nauseous. I do not have any nature or seasonal allergies. Tony billed me $1415 for this one hour service of blowing duct debris all over my house. I received two separate invoices, one not voiding the other: one for $715 and another for $700.
