Nice guy family man yet he made us wait 30 mins for him to arrive to talk to him ...not a big deal like u said nice guy cute kids and the info he gave was understandable and fair

Overall great service, they made it their very quick and john was extremely friendly and helpful. He even helped us find out missing parts and gave us a good deal on parts that he had to back at the yard! Definitely recommend to all my friends and wont use anyone else!

Its out in the middle of nowhere. My brother in law got his moms car towed. They were nice enough to let her fax the proof of ownership and other paperwork because they live 3 house away and let my husband and I pick up the car. Its out in the middle of nowhere!

They came right out when we needed them even after so much confusion from just us! We were stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours and 6.5 hours from home. No spare tire and no cash and took payment over the phone, had the spare tire we needed and even helped us change the tire! Such an awesome company and I’m not even from this area! The owner and son were willing to help get myself plus Husband and three children to a hotel if needed all in one trip by giving us a ride in his personal crew cab truck! My son was in a wreck and his vehicle got towed by Southside. The lady that hit him ended up not really having insurance so he was kind enough to help me with storage fees and I was able to get my sons truck out.

The most unprofessional driver I have ever experienced. The driver dropped my vehicle in the middle of the parking lot in which the tire was to be replaced. He drop the truck tire on two pieces of scrap wood. He screamed let me to drive my truck (that had two flat tires) Half of his two pieces of scrap plywood. The police were called. It would have been avoided by contacting a reputable towing business. Please save yourself the headache and do not call this company. I contacted on store to let them know about my experience, the OnStar rep stated that this company has also had several other complaints against them.

I have had two different encounters with these guys through my road side assistance the past few months. Both times being early in the morning and both times being lock outs on a manual vehicle.... nothing electric... They have got here in a timely matter and Im about 45 mins away located in Malvern but literally was here a hour after I called my insurance company. Both encounters was men and both did fantastic jobs. The man who did it a few months ago had to have been freezing. It was still winter but he didnt let that phase him, he got here got the job done within 15min and was on his way. The man who came this morning was literally in my yard for a total of about 5 mins and was on his way. I just wanted to give yall a shout out. I dont do reviews much but I was very satisfied with yall both times and didnt have a lick of issues. Thanks!!
