I used to be a Petco person just because it was more visible to me but this is actually a little closer to me AND they take afterpay, so I may finally be able to get a new aquarium :) and they price match all the major pet vendors.

Too many kids in there yelling obscenities. Really crowded. No employee greeted us and we were glared at when we walked in. Like we should not have come. The atmosphere was uncomfortable enough that we abandoned our shopping cart and LEFT. Is this the after school dump where all the foul mouth teens flock too?

We adopted our first cat today, and the associates at Petsmart could not have been any nicer or kinder to us. Haley made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and my little ones are over the moon for their new kitty!

I tend to shop at Petsmart before going to Petco because it is slightly closer to my home, however, per my last review, they had a very limited selection of cat colors. We ended up buying extra small dog collars. Disappointing that it never changes.

I was greeted by a store associate provided product suggestions and felt overall satisfied with my experience at PetSmart.

Molly the groomer is extremely rude and insulting. I took my dog in to get a hair cut. He had just come in from playing in the wet yard and I toweled dried him before going, she repeated announced that she want to completely shave my 4pound schnauzer down to his pink skin because he was so poorly matted, upset and embarrassed is beyond an understatement! I will never ever return to this location and I will be contacting upper management regarding Molly’s thoughts and announcements towards me.

I was disappointed that there were very few animals and the ones we were looking at (beta fish) were in tiny containers in yellow water. I understand the fish must be alone, but at least change the water frequently. After all, it is Pet Smart so they should be the example of pet care....right?

Very friendly staff who will love your pet almost as much as you do! They make sure to ask permission to give them treats, and are ready to help if you have any questions.

BEWARE OF THE GROOMING SALONI took 3 dogs in to the salon and saw 2 different groomers. Both groomers made rude (not constructive or informational) remarks about the length of my dogs nails. But thats not even close to the worst part. One of my dogs does NOT like having her nails done, so she was quite squirmy. Another groomer offered to assist with the nail trim, to which my dogs groomer declined. Then my dog wiggled right off the table with the leash loop still wrapped around her neck. I was appalled and will never bring any of my pets back to the grooming salon here for any reason. I havent decided if I will continue to shop here for other things like toys and treats.

It was great nothing was super expensive I didnt buy anything but it was awesome they were very nice and kind and it worked out perfectly

The store is dog friendly. The associates are nice. They dont have a great selection of the soft squeaky toys that our small furbaby loves.

The girls in the grooming are always friendly and sweet. Always have my dog food in stock in the size bag i need. Unlike the marketplace near by where if they have a small bag im lucky. 2 Aussies eat a lot. The girls love coming in to pick out toys and visit.

The Casher were a little rude and racise and stated that she was a manager..Grooming half done a full groom on my baby and shes a small dog ....I spent 145.00 and got poor service going to look for a private location for grooming and order food wii chew I done with getting treated poorly and disrespectful and spending MY money.....

Not very many animals

100% love this location. Shopping there is easy and everyone is so kind. I believe this store is slightly smaller than the one in North Little Rock, but I dont recall because after coming to this one, this is the one we come to from now on. We had puppy training with Alexis. She is the absolute BEST! She is understanding and very willing to work with you and your little pup. We plan to continue training after Junior is able to Socialize more and gets a little older. My mother loved Alexis so much that she starts puppy training with Alexis soon!

Sara who is in with the fish and hermit crabs is excellent!! Cant remember the cashiers name but she was very patient with my niece!! Great service ❤️♥️

Super sweet staff. Helped us with fish & cats there for adoption. If you need help they come pretty quickly & are nice the entire time. You can tell they are there because they love animals. Over all great place. They also have decent sales pretty often on supplies & reptile tanks & such. :)

Normally a great experience at pet smart but today I went in around 9:10 on Saturday 9-14 and a blondish colored man was working the register. He was so rude and then didn’t even acknowledge me while checking me, has his back turned the whole time and just shoved my receipt in my face while still having his back turned. No customer service at all, no thanks have a good day.

The training classes were amazing! I had one in puppy classes and another in beginner training! Alexis is the instructor and she is fantastic with the dogs but also in teaching the pet owner! I would highly recommend pet parents to do their training! I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you PetSmart and thank you Alexis!

Have no idea that they have there clocks set 1 hour ahead. So I set my appointment and once I showed up they told me I missed it. So now Ill clip my own dogs nails. Super mess up. When I walked in to talk to some one they just laugh and moved on type of attitude. Thax but no thank you.

Good customer service

Staff is always pleasant as well as helpful. You can find a wide variety of pet oriented items there and fear not if you cannot find it just ask. I am not trying to be funny when I say this but it never smells bad or much at all which says a lot when groups pets are involved, overall one of my favorite places to procure my animal supplies.

I like to buy my fish at this location. The staff were helpful and curtious. The fish I bought still lives. Many items in my fish tank were bought at PetSmart in the past and all of them still look great.

I have bought about 10 hermit crabs from here. They have a 14 day warranty. They seem to die in the 16 to 20 day window. I will be trying Petco.

This place is very clean and well organized, they do a great job at supplying a wide array of goods to choose from and they are rarely out of anything. The staff make me feel welcome every single visit and they know their products. I have yet to use the grooming services but I might change that soon.

Great place to shop for treats. Only place I’ve found the “right size” of dogs for my Havenese and at a good price for how large the bag is. All other “small” treats for my dogs is way too large. Mini treats are way to small. So found Old Mother Hubbard mini that’s in between the mini size and small size of all other brands of treats.

Staff greets me when I walk in and are eager to help.The reason for 4 stars is I reserve that fifth star for above and beyond... if I give it, its truly warranted.Therefore, one can deduce that Petsmart (my local one at least) is a stand-up operation and theyll continue to get my business.

This review is for the PetSmart Grooming Salon located in Benton, AR - my dog has an extremely thick undercoat and it was in need of extreme grooming and Mara at the salon worked wonders for her. Although my dog had to be shaved down, she looked great and Mara was able to save most of her tail fur and brush it out so beautifully. Weve already made our appointment for the next visit. 5 Star Service!

They are so engaged in the community! Have adoptable cats from local shelters and currently doing donation drive for the foster children... the workers were super friendly and helpful... prices were reasonable and they price match so if you find it cheaper they work with you!!

The staff was very helpful. We inquired about their offerings for new puppies and we were presented with their new puppy coupons that you had to purchase for $20. The coupons were just okay and not memorable by any means.

My favorite big box pet store for aquarium supplies. Their inventory is huge! Because of the price though, I shop the local pet store when I can find what Im looking for.Well let me edit from 5 stars to 1 star. Went in to buy fish, the lady was nice enough but she wasnt trained on how to get the fish. I wanted 10 neons, she stabbed at them repeatedly trying to catch them. At least 2 she killed and possibly a 3rd one had been damaged. On top of that, if unable to get the fish out of the net she would push it out with her fingers. I left without the fish. I wonder how many in their tanks, that are dead, are the result of poor netting practices?

Best location with the nicest people. I will NOT be returning to the Chenal location after seeing how nice and well-run this store is. The employees are knowledgable and passionate about their department. The fish Ive bought from here were of a notably improved quality (ie dont die) like from the other location. Store is well kept and stocked. Very happy and wont go to any other location.
