The ladies that work there truly made my buying experience.Got me what I needed, jumped through hoops to get another piece of the set. 10/10 would shop here again.
Has taken over a month to have my engagement ring sized! They don’t follow up with jeweler doing the resizing! We are waiting on this ring to make wedding plans! So disheartening! No updates as to where my ring is!
I took in my Grandmother’s 60+ year old ring to have it repaired. They somehow “misplaced” it. The manager of the Benton store could not have been more rude to me during this experience.Do NOT spend a dime in this store or go in thinking that this jewelry store can do a simple repair. They not only “lost” my ring but another ring as well.I wouldn’t give this place any stars.
The customer service was satisfying. I repeatedly sent my jewelry back for adjustments and my representative remained patient and available. Well done BentonN AR location!
Sales people was very nice And helpful 1st time at that location Its a lot comfortable then the locations In Little Rock I purchase a bracelet And Will visit your store and the future.
My boyfriend and I went in to look at rings. I specifically asked if the ring I was looking at was a Morganite. The sales lady told me that the ring was a Champagne-Vanilla Diamond. When I looked at the tag it had the marking for Morganite and was $3000. The exact ring I had seen online. Had it been a diamond it would have been well over 30-40 thousand dollars. She also told me that the Auquamarine rings were Blue diamonds. I did not argue with her but immediately left when she told me the dermatologist (yes! Dermatologist) was in the back if I needed further assistance. I really expected a little more education for staff members of Kay’s. I also feel sorry for the girl that may have gotten a Morganite, thinking it was a diamond. I will not be back.
The personnel in the store are extremely nice. However, their repair center is horrible! Dropped my wedding band off on November 18th due to a lost stone in it. It was supposed to be fixed December 7th. After I didnt hear back on the 7th, I called and found out that the repair center had lost another stone while fixing the first and was having issues sourcing a new one. Finally January 29th I get my ring back. The stones are not centered, they are not the same color as the rest and overall work is awful! My ring looks worse than when I gave it to them. I wore it with the first missing stone but refuse to wear it now because it looks like costume jewelry. I now have to find someone that cannot only fix a missing stone but fix where they added gold and shouldnt have.As originally stated, the sales people are great, but do not trust their repair center!
