The lady on the phone was super rude. And didnt give me much info at all. This place used to be great when I was young, my parents used them. They are not good now..

Great old school family business

Negative 5 stars!!!! Rudest people EVER!!!! Just like other reviews, the girls come at random late hours, loud and cussing. They failed to bill me and knocked on my door last week letting me know. I paid them CASH (all I had on me) last week and they didn’t pick up last night. After calling 5 times this morning I finally got a call back and was chewed out by the old lady. I will gladly move my business elsewhere. They should be shut down for this type of customer service.

They pick-up every Wednesday night as regular as the sun & moon rising. I can practically set my watch by them. Thank You Dempsey Trash Service for your reliable service.

WARNING!! Never use this company. If they skip picking up trash all the time or pick up some of the trash after calling everyday for a week they still did not come pick up my trash and I had multiple complaints from my neighbors about the vulgar conversations the two girls were having. Save yourself a lot of heartache and a lot of time picking up trash out of your yard.

...Started our service in 2016. The individuals who pick up our trash come at random times as late as 11:45pm and are very rude, loud and unprofessional. Have left broken glass in the street (which is not from our trash) or at the end of our driveway multiple times. Have recently left bags of trash sitting in the street and in our yard two weeks in a row now. When we call to report our concerns, we do not receive a call back after several messages left. Very disappointed with their quality of service. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but enough is enough. Would not recommend their services.

Tried to call on Monday to let them know that there payment would be on the door as usual did not get them didn’t think anything about it so left money on the door all week and trash is over flowing know and can’t reach them and there voicemail is not set up. Bad business

I wish I could give negative 5 stars because thats all they deserve. Mrs.Harrison the so called owner is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. We got behind on our bill because I am disabled and have been of work for almost 3 years because the doctor wouldnt let me work. But I paid my bill in full including for the months that they charged even though they werent picking up our trash!! I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy!! It is sad to be treated so badly as someone that is disabled!

Worst trash service we have ever used. They haven’t picked up our trash for the past two weeks and won’t answer the phone or return the voicemails that have been left regarding why our trash hasn’t been picked up. They have been hard to get a hold of since we very first started using them. Not dependable at all.

Not on time. Charging me for months they didnt pick up trash. Unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!I wish I could give negative stars! This business has been the rudest most disrespectful service Ive ever had the unfortunate circumstances to use. They continued to charge us while not picking up anything. The woman who answers the phones called us little people who are worthless!

They dont pick the trash up on time, they threw away my lids to my trash, and only emptied half of my trash cans..Im taking my business elsewhere
