I have been using Dr.Scott for my dentist many years! He is always friendly & professional to me & my kids! The whole office staff are great too! The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth this last visit on 9/15/21was new there & so nice & gentle! I wish I remembered her name to give her the recognition she deserves!

Everyone from the ladies up at the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist were all very friendly and informative! I felt welcomed the second I walked through the door and I left knowing exactly what my options were, what the prices were going to be approximately, and a very good understanding of the procedures that would be done depending on what options I chose.

My Dentist sold his practice and I was never contacted again. I googled Dentists in Benton and liked the name family in the name. I was initially scheduled for 6 weeks away and the team called me with a cancellation appointment within a week. My evaluation and subsequent treatment were handled with great care! I cannot be more pleased with the experience and pray that Scott Family Dentistry will be in business for years to come!!

I am one that has panic attacks just thinking about going to the dentist. The entire staff here is amazing. I called in pain and they was very understanding. Staff was very patient with me, and was able to get me in within a couple days. When I had my consult, they took time to truly explain everything when it came to the issues I was having. They got a plan together for me to prevent future pain and reviewed the cost. Dr. Scott was very easy to talk with. His team, was just that a great team, every one worked so well together. When it came time for my procedure, the young lady that was his assistant that day was just wonderful, she helped me relax. Dr. Scott made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. I have to say I will continue to be a patient at this clinic. This hands down was the best dentist I have been to. This team makes you feel like they truly care. From that initial call to checking in.. x-rays... consult... procedure.. and after care ... this place rates high across the board.

Dr. Scott and his staff always treat me with such kindness and caring. He is always gentle and takes his time when working on me even at the end of the day when I normally have to schedule my appointments. His assistants and hygienists are super nice and very thorough. I have been a patient of his for several years now and I recommend him to everyone I know.

On 7/22/2021 was sent to Scott Dentistry in Benton Arkansas by Veterans Administration for dental care in my local area on South Street and have to say Dr Scott and his Staff instantly gave me a feeling of ease with the highest regards of professionalism & courtesy and also impressive was didnt have to wait over appointment time actually called back exact time of appointment and Nurse in charge of appointment gave a feeling of down home family practice and Dr.Scott took his time with professional treatment and at the end of my appointment Dr.Scott was completely thorough with examination and answering all questions without needing to ask, I would refer Scott Dentistry to anyone but especially to any veteran or Family with a 5 star rating.

As always, the staff are very friendly. Dr Scott is always there when I need him. Very professional. Tiffany is my go to for teeth cleaning. I need extra care and shes the best. I wouldnt go to any other place. I highly recommend!

Dr. Scott and his staff are AMAZING! This is coming from a person that is afraid of dentists. Their utmost concern is to make you comfortable and not afraid. They are truly are trying to make your visits pain free. Dr. Scott is a real straight shooter. If he can save your teeth he will and if he cant he will tell you that too. I really cant say enough good things about him and his staff.

Dr. Scott and his staff are all great! We just transitioned our son from a pediatric dentist to Dr. Scott because he is close to teen years and we wanted our entire family going to the same place. I was a bit nervous because our son has ASD and I was unsure how he would do. He did great! Dr. Scott has a very calm demeanor which helps his patients feel calm.

The best dentist I have been to in Saline County! I have had horrible experiences with several dentists in this area, but I have been seeing Dr. Scott for about three years and I have no complaints. His staff is very accommodating and professional. Both my husband and I have had to call and make an appointment to be seen ASAP and they always work us in. In the past I have had to spend thousands of dollars correcting dental work by other dentists and it makes me feel so much better when Dr. Scott does everything he can for you but if he’s not 100% about something he will refer you to a specialist. More dentists should be like Dr. Scott!TL;DR : Dr. Scott and his staff are all phenomenal and he’s the only dentist in saline county that I trust.

6 crowns and 4 cavities repaired this is one of the best Dentist I have ever visited. The Dental Techs do excellent work and assist the Dentist in all his work. The Techs insured my gums were numb as to insure when the Dentist inserted the needle numb the area I never felt that needle. Follow Up has been excellent after many visits. I am looking forward to rest of the care after the Oral Surgery is completed for the implants. I will be following up over the next 6 months Hopefully by Christmas. This Dentist office is Highly Recommended. Even with all this Covid-19 Stuff...

Tissanie did an amazing job as my hygienist the first time I received care here. However, the treatment I received on 1/29/20 was non comparable. To start off the Dentist entered the room without speaking and only spoke after I initiated conversation. I felt like the procedure was rushed. I was discharged and while sitting in my truck for 5 minutes I requested to come back in because my bite was completely off balanced. I expressed that I felt that the dentist rushed me out of the office. Approximately 5 hours later I was having mouth and teeth pain so I called and spoke with the receptionist and she advised that the notes stated that my cavity was deep. I was upset because i was told prior that the cavity was small. The Dentist experience was not good. I felt like a number instead of a patient. I won’t be receiving care here anymore.

Then, I had some work done and once again they were all nice and courteous. The work was fast and of high quality. Simply put: amazing. His staff is wonderful, his office is clean, he knows what he is doing for sure. Dr. Scott has a VERY light hand. I am terrified of going to the dentist but I couldn’t even tell that he was numbing me up. I went to his office for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. My previous dentist said I needed to just have my tooth removed but Dr. Scott didn’t agree. I had it filled instead. I highly recommend his office.

Because the teeth cleaning girl hurt my gums honestly put me in tears to rough I get its her job to clean teeth but not to be heavy handed and jabbing dental floos into my gums. Other then that fine
