Chris Thompson is amazing. My aunt is 73 and was locked out of her computer for several months. I live in Colorado and couldnt help her so I contacted C&C on Mothers day. Chris set up an appointment for the follong day, Monday, and not only fixed her computer, but ran needed updates as well. To top it off... he messaged ME to let me know what he did. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I now have a very happy Auntie!
