Update: I called and spoke to a manager and went back the next day. They did an amazing job the second time! I guess it was just the people working that day.Not sure if the interior super clean consists of vacuuming or even wiping down anything but for $45 you would think it does. It doesn’t even look like they did anything and even left trash in my car that I figured they would throw away. My windows weren’t even cleaned. Not impressed at all… and I don’t wanna hear the whole “detailing in 12 minutes” considering I saw 1 person doing anything while 3 others stood around staring at my car. And the 1 person literally kept stopping to talk.

Great folks working there. They always smile and do a nice job. It is very easy keeping a new vehicle looking new when you can drop by anytime. The all inclusive plan is great value with the frequency of the oil changes. Keep up the good work and great customer experience.

I paid for detailing service and my car literally looked like nothing was done. Wheels still dirty. Windows were not cleaned and interior as well even after stating my expectations up front. I should have left when the guy at the front said “it depends on how they’re feeling if they’ll do a good job” just take your money and business else and save yourself the time and poor customer service

Staff always professional and friendly. Vacuums usually have good suction. Self serv Car wash is quick and pretty much efficient. Located on a busy or highly used main street, Congo...and today they offered aFREE CAR WASH which i saw their banner without a problem. THANK YOU SPLASH CARWASH.

Love using this place for my oil change. They are fast and effective. You get a free car wash and the vacuums are free all the time. I asked because I needed to vacuum my car once when it didnt need washed and they told me to use the vacuums free of charge any time. A great great place and I use no one else for my oil changes.

This place is awesome, the management team should get a pat on the back. I refuse to use anyone else in the area for oil changes or washes. My wife and I use them ritually and we live in Hot Springs Village.

Ill never go back here again I was hoping to get a good detail on my car they charge $45 just to vacuum and wipe down when I could have done that myself and saved me $45 they dont tell you what all is included they just show you how to insert your card and take your money when I got in my car I assumed it was clean until I look in the backseat I could still see crumbs there were still bits and pieces in between the seats as well as in the seat belt buckleI recently ended up cleaning my own car including the upholstery it even smells so much better because when I left / I could still smell the nastiness they did not do a good job they are over priced. The pictures are before cleaning my car during and after as you can see I needed a deep clean but I managed to do it myself I should have known when they got done so quick it was a waste they even left trash in my car!

I’ve been going to Splash Car Wash on Congo in Benton, Ar. for a month now. The unlimited car wash, I think it’s the basic for $22 a month!!i can go by there every day and still $22 a month. They have different options and your choice of which one is best for you. Get your vehicle cleaned and then they have about 20 hoses attached to a GIANT vac and within a few min your outside is cleaned and that mess you made that day, week or whenever you can get by there. I know I was spending $5 and up going to a coin car wash where it says you get 4 min but it’s like 2 min because that time goes by so fast you run out of change and time usually time first! I haven’t met anyone there yet that hasn’t been friendly or have a smile on there face!!!!Being a rural carrier for the post office my Jeep getting dirty, muddy, and at the end of the day I know all I have to do is drive about 3-5 min or less and get in the unlimited car wash line wait a few seconds and the gate goes up and I drive around. No codes, no money, no excuses not to try them!! If I had more that two thumbs I would give it to them! I can say they deserve more than five stars!!! They also have a website for each location. I don’t work for them nor get anything that I don’t pay for. Just calling as I see it and my experience so far. Thank you for your time and you’ll b proud of a clean car!! I will post some pictures of my Jeep as soon as I can!!

Every time I go here lately the car wash is broken. How can you be a car wash business and yet always have your car wash broken down?

I paid $74 for a wash interior clean, interior protectant, and to have my tires and wheels cleaned . lets just say i was not satisfied. My chrome wheels were filthy when they brought it out to me after the so called detail the young man that came out said there was nothing he could do about it. so I left went and bought some $5 chrome cleaner sprayed the cleaner on the wheels and the grim that he couldnt do anything about just dripped off. And the rest of the job I paid them to do was a mediocre attempt to say the least.

Best and fastest oil change.. waiting to use my free was and wat not bc of weather. Ill definitely be back... also way cheaper than the dealership.

Traveling from out of state and seen this place . It said windows washed and tires and wheels cleaned by hand. After getting back in truck and driving away still had spots on windows so check wheels they had never been touch just tire shine sprayed on wheels. I had just cleaned the truck 2 days before was wanting wheels and windows cleaned mainly. Not pleased with rhat. The people are curiositis and friendly but dont feel I got what I had paid . Lesson learned I guess

Usually good and fast, dont know what happened. Now its taking over 2 hours to get an oil change and the car clean. Maybe its time for a management change.

I absolutely love their service. Everyone was extremely nice and I love their lobby/hospitality area. It isnt just for show. Everything is refilled and kept up with. The girl up front was very sweet and welcomed us there and offered everything they had. Their lobby was super clean!! Extra FIVE STARS for that reason. This will be my forever oil change/detailing place! LOVED MY EXPERIENCE.

I purchased a used vehicle that had a dirty appearance and was told they lived on a dirt road and the vehicle stayed dirty. I was fine with this knowing I would take it to get cleaned at Splash. Little did I know, the vehicle had not been washed in quite a while and the dirt was on thick. I ran it through the wash once and you could still see quite a bit of dirt. Your team offered to take it through again and it did clean up a little more, but not all the way. Sawyer helped me and had me pull the vehicle into the shop where he pressure washed all of the dirt on the hood, top, and trunk of the vehicle. I really appreciated his extra effort ensuring I left with a clean vehicle. I have two vehicles on unlimited wash plans and also use your oil change for both. I now have a third car and will be adding it as well. I wanted to ensure your company was informed of how well your evening shift treated me, especially Sawyer, for pressure washing off the dirt. Keep up the good work and loyal customers like myself will continue to return.

The team at Splash did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. You wouldn’t even know I had 3 messy children.

I just came from the Splash in Benton on Congo. The young man with long dreds was soo very kind and respectful. He helped me with the door into the lobby, it was all yes ma’am and very professional. The lady in the lobby area was also very kind and pleasant. We have been customers for about a year now and will continue. My truck looks amazing and the service is amazing. Great Job Team !!

Usually love this place but they have lost my business. 30% of Benton residents are without water and everyone else is on low pressure and were being asked to conserve water and yet, youre still operating and offering car wash services without regard for that. Shame on you.

Never, ever have I dealt with any business of any nature whose employees treated me as well as they did. Great car wash best in Central Arkansas hands down

Took my car there for yesterday afternoon, there were many bugs left on front bumper and didnt vacuum the back at all. The rest was vacuumed but barely wiped down. Razorback was better. Disappointed.

Love the unlimited wash...like 250 a year and I can wash my truck every day if I want...and it does a good job. Super friendly staff

I love this place. Saline county has been in need of a good quality car wash for a very long time. I went several times until today I finally decided to get the unlimited wash package. Any time I want i can just drive up and get my car washed and its only a one time charge of $29/mo. There are several packages to choose from. You should check it out! You wont be disappointed.

Traveling from Philadelphia to Fort Worth Texas went to gas station to check oil level and it looked a little low so we added oil. We ended up adding WAYYYYY TOO MUCH oil which caused the car to smoke when driving. Everywhere we googled to try to get an oil change or at least release some of the oil was closed!! We were panicking at this point because it’s 6pm at this point & we still have another 4 1/2 hrs to go to our destination and can’t possibly push the car to that point. We stumbled upon Splash Car wash desperately hoping we could get some help. Low and behold TJ and Nick were extremely helpful, professional and beyond friendly and pleasant. Their customer service was amazing and we thank you guys again for taking the time to save us!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service, clean and professional car wash!

I have horizontal dents on both sides of my car at the lower rocker panels caused by this car wash. So far the assistant manager, general manager, and district manager are ignoring the problem. Email sent on 10/20.

It was my first time going and I paid for the car wash. My passenger side mirror got bent backwards and part of my plastic shield of my mirror was taken off. They told me that because my vehicle had scratches on it that they are not responsible for any damages even though I found small blue fabric caught in my mirror 😡😡😡😡 DO NOT GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I hate writing this review because the young gentleman that talked with me was so kind and compassionate! For teacher appreciation week I received a free interior clean valued at $45 and I was so excited to get to use it. Sadly I won’t be paying for this service out of pocket in the future. I do a better job over at the free vacuums than they did vacuuming my car out.

Lots of attention to detail. We have 2 grandkids and the car interior needed a good cleaning. They drove it through the line twice to ake sure they got it cleaned out. If you find something you arent happy with (maybe got overlooked) all you have to do is point it out and the techs will take care of it right away. DEFINITELY worth the price!!Everyone we came in contact with, from the kiosk outside on the way in, to the wipe down area on the way out, was very professional and courteous. Such friendly staff. Great experience!

All they really did was vacuumed interior. I cant even see out of my windshield inside its worse than it was before I got there. They were supposed to wax and polish the rims I dont even think they touch them they got water spots from the car wash still on them. I had to come home and do it alright myself. They were fast but thats all they were.

Everyone was really friendly and our car came out nice and clean. The vacuum worked very well and area was kept clean.

I have been here twice once a few months ago and paid 24$ for a car wash and my car was still dirty today I thought I would give them another chance and got a 45$wash and detailing because we spent last week at the beach and there was sand every where inside and out. The staff is super nice but there is still sand all in my car and my all weather mats had been sprayed off but not cleaned the back mats still had sand all over them and bugs all over the front, the staff did take a rag and tried to get them off after I pointed it out. I really want to like this place for the convenience but Im not going back because I need a place that does the job I pay them to do . Sorry splash you didnt make the cut !

Full service car wash and express lube facility. The car wash is NOT touch free, but appears to use soft fabric spinners instead of anything too harsh. Customers have the option to head out after the automated wash/dry tunnel or take car to the secondary interior cleaning tunnel. The interior side consists of vacuuming, wipe downs, glass cleaning and tire shine all done by real humans so it will add some time to your visit.Overall, reasonable prices with monthly plan available, swift and competent cleaning that leaves your vehicle looking its best and all done by very friendly staff.

I love the monthly plans and we recently found out that if you have a plan there is a discount on additional services, such as oil changes. There is a family friendly waiting area that helps keep my girls occupied. The staff is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend splash. Your car will thank you!!!

I hit a deer recently and damaged my front bumper. I needed to get my car cleaned after a hunting trip. I stopped by & the very nice manager assured me that he could turn off the sprayers on the front to make sure it didn’t damage it further. I left with a nice clean car!

Fast service at a decent price. Take care in paying for a detail, the workers here need to have better quality control. A few areas in cabin not even touched such as arm rest, center console and seats. These are not small oversights.

Expensive for what you get. $23 for to of the line auto wash. Didnt even come close to getting bugs off hood or grill. Tire shine got half of one rear wheel so now it looks goofy. Did ok job of cleaning rest of car with only a few missed spots. Vacuum was excellent.

Went to get my oil change, everyone was very nice and helpful. Ive had leaks under my car for a long time, and most oil change places just write leaks on the paperwork. The manager took the time to list out where my leaks were so I could get them fixed faster by knowing what to replace. Even tho I had a bit of wait when I first got there because there was people ahead of me and only 1 worker for a bit, I still recommend this place because of how quick and polite they were when I finally pulled into the bay! Thanks Splash, Im a fan now!

The atmosphere in this car wash was so refreshing. It was very clean and everything was neat and in its place . The Christian music was so uplifting and inspirational. My vehicle was spotless inside and out!! I will be back!! I highly recommend this place!!
