Without going into too much detail of my reasons for needing a rental, I had to post here to let everyone how wonderful my experience was at this location. They were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their customer service is what you would hope for and more. Braylon is the man to talk to (but all other employees were just as professional). I will use them again as needed!

They didn’t have any cars. Didn’t call their customers and let them know. Everyone is waiting forever in the lobby. I have a photo of the stacked up lobby of disappointed customer. They don’t have cars. I would recommend a different rental car agency.

We requested the rental online. That was a smooth process. The vehicle was good although it could have been a bit cleaner. The people at Enterprise were friendly, prompt, and polite. The price was reasonable, although we did have a surprise at check-out: the $200 deposit. We have gotten a receipt with a breakdown of taxes and so forth online and were not expecting the $200 extra that was charged to our card. Thankfully we had the funds to cover it. It was put back into our account a few days later - but still. Some upfront knowledge would have prevented some stress on the day of rental.

Im always impressed with their customer service, but this particular visit to this particular site (Benton, AR), disturbed me. I have NEVER been turned down the rental of a PREMIUM vehicle because I didnt use a credit card. I have been a part of the rewards program since 2007 and since Enterprise started accepting debit cards, Ive felt it was better for me and Enterprise for me to use a debit. I mean you get your money up front and you hold an extra $200. Im guessing it is only this facility (Benton, AR) that does this.

They have a rather poor selection of vehicles and high rates compared to other rental agencies (including other Enterprise locations) that I have used throughout the country. They also charge an arbitrary VLF Recover Fee and pad the Rental Vehicle Tax rate - the rate is 10% in Arkansas, but they charge 12.875%.My insurance company arranged the rental location, but they said that they didnt have any cars for the insurance per diem, so Id have to cover the difference. It ended up being substantially more than indicated at the counter. Basically, I paid $35/day on top of the $30/day that the insurance company was paying. Read the paperwork very carefully. I would recommend getting a breakdown ahead of time in writing.

I rented an SUV for upcoming beach trip to be picked up on Friday. I called the Wed before and said, I just want to make sure my rental will be available on Friday when I show up. The employee at my local office, never asked my name, just said we will have your car ready.Friday afternoon I show up and they tell me they dont have my SUV, they tried to contact me on Thursday by phone and email. Which I never received because they had wrong phone number on the system, and the email address they miss typed, by the employee.My problem with this is I booked with a CC, if I didnt show up, they would have debited my CC. Also this was not my first rental and I have never been called before. I have had several rentals with Enterprise, some were for after a cruise. On a cruise, you dont get phone calls or emails but, this had never been an issue.He did finally find me an SUV, but I had to get up at 4am, to go get it, well me and another driver had to get up at 4am to go get, it was not delivered to me.When I pick it up, I had to ask for a discount for all the troubles, he did give me 15%off, so I decided its over now, I just want to enjoy my vacation.Fast forward to turning in my car. I turned it in on Sunday, they were closed, but per my rental contract, I could still turn it in on Sun.Tuesday morning I get my final bill and they charged me an extra day. So again, I have to call to get it fixed. It was fixed.Overall, everything finally worked out, but I must say this was a terrible experience for me.

Great experience..however the car I received was very nice and roomy enough for a big guy such as myself.They where very fast getting me in the car and no waiting around when came to be my turn to be seen.. only complaint.... Is the vehicle did not get great fuel mileage. But that was fine to deal with.. wasnt to horrible...fueled once besides express filling it at first take off....went 540 miles one way.

Had a battle with them, While stranded in Benton Enterprise decide to change their policy that is stated online. So I called corporate for verification and they had me file a corporate complaint. While still speaking to corporate the business owner come out to speak with me and questioned me on why I called corporate. After explaining the issue, he said Well the policy online is out dated, its changed ... Yet corporate says it hasnt. I refuse to do business with them again. Corporate will be following up with me soon because the business lied to them about my documents. Ill post an update when I speak to corporate again.

They had a car for me the very next day after I called, were short-handed, so there was a little bit of a wait while someone cleaned it after I got there. I had mentioned that I have asthma so couldnt be around any cigarette or cleaning odors, and to leave the windows down for at least a few minutes to air it out after cleaning. The car was very clean, no odors at all. I noticed a warning about headlights and pre-collision system needing maintenance as soon as I turned it on, but the headlights worked fine. I was very pleased when I called to be told to just leave the rental at the body shop when my own car was ready.

I rented a van for vacation and left my vehicle on the back lot at Enterprise for a week . When I picked up my car - the catalytic converter had been stolen off my car. I also left a bottle of prescription pain pills in the glove box. When I called the next day to retrieve them, I was told there was nothing in the lost and found. No one seemed to care about my vehicle or my missing meds.

As a constant user of Enterprise, I’m never disappointed in their service or prices. Only reason I won’t give them a 5-star rating is due to this past trip on 4th of July weekend...the car that I rented had a brake light out and traveling, it can get kind of annoying to get pulled over and having to explain multiple times that it was a rental and I had no idea the light was out prior to leaving. Just wish a more thorough inspection was done before handing me the keys, other than that, I’ll continue to shop with Enterprise.

1. Showed up at 9:30 to pick up car. No one was in the office and the phone was ringing off the hook. So left and came back @102. Was told it would be couple of minutes 2 hours later I am still sitting in parking lot with no car.3. Was told after and hour that the car tje lady had been cleaning had an oil leak so she was having to clean a different one.Terrible customer service. People just sitting in office with no around to help them.

Vehicle was ready for pickup when I arrived. Agent was very helpful and pleasant. Explained features of van and made sure I had no questions. Van was clean and very comfortable. Drop off went smoothly.Agents were friendly and pleasure to work with. I will return to Benton Enterprise location the next time I need a rental vehicle.

Great cars, good employees. Seems like the deposit is a scam, they will take your deposit over a spot you missed on your vehicle. They took my deposit over a door ding that had no fresh paint or marks on it, LOOK OVER VEHICLE AND TAKE PICTURES. My truck that was in the shop at the time that I’ve had for nearly 2 years has not one ding in it, and they tell me I dinged up this rental within 1 week? Sure.

I enjoyed the Dodge Caravan.It was clean and ready to go.When I returned it I got a complimentary ride to the repair shop to pick up[ my van.I rented it for one week and returned on a Friday but did not get credit for the 2 days that I returned it early.

This location is terrible. The main issue is with the management they give little care in what they do. The manager doesn’t care which car classes people have reserved if someone comes before you they can get whatever class they want they will try to send you to the next enterprise location.

I was rear-ended by another driver and needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. The other drivers insurance covered the rental and sent me to Enterprise. The day before I returned the car, I thoroughly inspected and cleaned it up to avoid the extra charges for cleaning. My body shop called Enterprise to ask if I needed to return to the Enterprise location or if they would pick it up from the body shop. They said they would pick up from the body shop - no problem. Someone came and took the keys from me told me they would take care of it and got into my car and went home. Over an hour later, after Enterprise closed, I get a call there was damage to the car and that I was responsible and that they would be charging my credit card. I asked to see the car which they could not locate - had already rented out again. I called the next day to speak to a manager - no one ever called me back. My husband went up there the next day to see the car - still no car and they could provide no pictures. They charged my card without my permission. I hear nothing from them for about 2 weeks. Then I get a letter stating I will be billed for the remaining damages. I go to the location again and ask for a report or pictures - the manager shows me 3 pictures on his cell phone of a car that may or may not be the one I rented. I am still in dispute with the damages and asked for a review from the company which resulted in the same. Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else.

The representative at this location are extremely rude, they repeatedly just told me info about my reservation that I already knew I made, (like the time, and that it was made online) I know that I made it at 5am that morning.They didn’t have any cars available because there are not enough cars at any of the locations in Arkansas.The gentleman I was on the phone with was talking over me and just kept repeating my information to me.I asked to speak with the manager and explained what happened and he told me “No He didn’t yell or talk over you” so I guess it was my imagination then. I always use enterprise but I won’t be airing them in Arkansas at all!

Guy completely wasted my time. Spoke with a nice rep the afternoon before and thought everything was all set. This boy I dealt with the next day grabbed the keys like he was going to pull the car around. Came back and asked for proof of insurance so gave him my card. He started acted really weird - shady and out of place. I had credit cards, bank cards, and insurance card. I have a perfect driving record and no claims. I even have a yearly defensive driving class required by my employer. No excuse for his behavior. I just drove my own car. Didnt appreciate wasting my time and money driving up there.

I rented the vehicle as a direct bill to a corporate account, as I had several times previously. However, apparently because they had my personal credit card on file from previous rentals that were not business. They charged the rental to me personally. When I first noticed this and pointed it out I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I refused to accept this explanation and after going through several Layers of management and involving corporate they are now in the process of removing the charge from my credit card----- hopefully! Well see. Check over all your paperwork carefully before picking up your rental. I will also say, that I have rented vehicles from this location for at least 16 years and the customer service appears to be getting worse not better.

Whenever I travel out of my local area I use Enterprise car rental. Their rates are very reasonable and they have a good selection of cars. I was really glad I took their insurance on my last trip. The windshield cracked while I was on the highway and when I returned I filed a report and was quickly on my way.

The rental service part was great, my husband and I had someone hit us and everything was pretty easy going with his insurance by getting it arranged. Car was nice and clean, no smoke smell like usual. They even called me to ask when I needed a car. Although, I was uncomfortable when the girl was dropping me off after my vehicle was finished. She acted like she was mad to be there and it was a inconvinece to her when she was asked to give me a ride. She wasn’t very professional.

Have been renting exclusively from Enterprise for 4 years. Have had excellent experiences until using this location off I-30. We were outraged by the treatment we were given. I am not the type to post reviews (or be outraged), but something is not right at this Enterprise location. If I told you the untruths that were told to us, youd believe them. But you wouldnt believe what one of the employees tried to do to us. I would advise folks to avoid this location.

I rented a six passenger mini van at least a month in advance to attend an NFL football game with some friends. The day before, the business called and got my information stating that everything was fine and they would see me in the morning. That morning fifteen minutes before I was scheduled to pick the van up they called me and told me that no van was available after all. It had been returned wrecked. They told me there was nothing they could do except give me a vehicle that would hold five passengers. I called the corporate office and they said that this was an individual franchise and there was nothing they could do. My advice is if you really need a rental do not depend on this company at all. They certainly seem friendly, however, they do not seem to have their act together.

My experience was excellent. I had misjudged the size vehicle I needed for our trip. We had everything set up and at the last minute was able to change in to a larger one without wait. Everyone was kind and efficient the day of pickup. However, I did become concern after returning the vehicle on a Sunday night, keys left in drop box. By 10:30 Monday morning I had not received an email receipt or phone call. When I called them, the person I spoke with was unaware that the vehicle had been drop off and after further checking found that it was. I later received a call from someone else concerning the vehicle and told them the same thing, this was very disturbing to me. I finally got an email receipt, all charges were correct.

I was given a car and pointed out to the rep that there was something that looked off to me. He stated it was not damaged. Due to my work schedule I was not able to return the car until after normal business hours. I received a call the following day stating we needed to discuss the damage to the car. It turns out what looked off to me the other rep noted as damaged and I was charged $200.

If i could give tbem negative stars i would!!! None of the managers have the same explanation/rhyme/reasoning behind charges! You can total out a car and get in a new one like its nothing for no charge... but God forbid you get a flat tire and need them to fix it or a different car and thats going to be another 140$!! Most back assward company I have ever dealt With! Between 2 managers at different locations and the call center person over the phone, no one knows what you were charged for or why and they all have a different answer on the requirements it takes to actually rent a vehicle. May I suggest you find any place other than enterprise!!

Had a wreck in our only vehicle and our car insurance company made reservations for us to get a rental car with them( mind you i have car rental coverage) but because of an issue that was not disclosed to me after multiple calls from them that I couldnt get a car after all id have to wait till the next day...over an hour in 90 degree beating sun without offering water or anything....Staff was VERY rude except for the one female that was there.

They took my 200 dollar deposit because of a smell I left in the car and said it was from smoking and I dont smoke and they had made me get the insurance even when I didnt want to get it. We had an 8 am reservation this morning. Due to the non-stop rain there were several wrecks on I-30 and multiple other traffic slow downs, causing us to be 30 minutes late to enterprise after having to drop off our car in West little rock for repairs then drive all the way back to Benton. Due to us being late for the reservation we already had set up through our insurance company, they rented out our reserved car to someone else, then tried to charge us extra just for missing our reservation! On top of that, since that was the last compact car apparently, they were trying to rent us a full sized suv, for a much higher price. We refused the suv for any amount due to the fact we didnt want one, plus insurance was paying for the rental of a compact car. They continued to push for the suv rental. After flat out refusing they finally discovered a compact crossover suv, which was obviously sitting out front, but still wanted to up charge us $7 per day just because it wasnt the car we reserved. What confuses me the most is how can you reserve a car, which in my mind means set aside for us, yet its gone when you get there 30 minutes late. Worst service ever, all they wanted was to sell sell sell, and were harassing the entire time. I will NEVER use this car rental place again. My wife has never been so mad about what should have been a simple sign and drive off since this was all set up through our insurance. Instead it turned I to a car lot with salesman trying to get money from you at every turn! They even tried selling us insurance for 15 bucks per day, even though we obviously have insurance, since they are the ones that set this all up! Ridiculous!

The only problem I had was that the truck I rented was not clean. it had not been vacuumed, lots of grass on the floor. the windows were extremely dirty, hard to see out the front window.
