Put my truck in there to get new seals and so forth. Quoted me $550-$600.. said it would be about 3 days and be done. 3 weeks later I get my truck back at $900 and it still leaks like a boat shot by a machine gun. Plus my buddy took his truck there and put a rock on the tire where he parked it and a week passed by with the rock still sitting in the same place. Dont waste your time and most certainly your money.

This is a very clean and professional establishment with well trained and knowledgeable staff! I am a hotshot trucker that had a major brake down with a dealine for my delivery. Even though they had each and every bay full, they considered my dilemma. They were kind enough to have me diagnosed, repaired, and on the road to meet my tight deadline. They did not over charge for their speedy services and take advantage of my frail state. This to me speaks volumes as to the integrity of this business and how they help the community. We called Ducks Garage at 4:58pm and Russell drove to us on the highway. He was able to save us a lot of money on a tow by getting our Bluebird bus running. He also took us back to the shop and did a full diagnostic and even gave our family a snack. All the guys we met from Ducks were AWESOME!!! If you have a bus or big truck and are in Benton you would be silly to not go to Ducks garage!!!

I had a little xtra money in march so I decided to get my truck AC fixed. when they told me the price I googled what parts and labor would cost and it seemed fair enough. June rolled around and I tried my AC for the first time and there was no cold air. I took it back. Simply, the shiznet that went into the gizmo was damged and caused a very slow leak. It was done by some backyard mechanic hitting it with a hammer b4 I bought the truck. It was a freak problem you would never look for. Anyway I called,took it back, and the owner made it right. I had to pay a little for damaged part (not much) but he waved the labor off (huge). The AC blows so cold it will freeze your jiblets off. Im having some transmission issues and if I have to get it fixed Ill take it to Ducks. I give em 4 1/2 stars.

Russell and his crew earned both my trust and respect within my first visit. Im a female who knows enough about cars to do my own maintenance and get myself in trouble. Not once did anyone here ever speak down to me or treat me with anything other than respect and kindness, and they helped diagnose my electrical issues and worked with me to resolve them before other shops even returned my phone calls. They are honest and straightforward, and they take care of their customers.

We had our class A RV breakdown on the way through town. Don and Russell didnt even have to take this job, but they got us back on the road and didnt take advantage of our situation. This is an honest garage that does excellent work!!

Wow..I cant say enough good about this place. I wrote the other day how good they were about rescuing my husband who broke down on I 30 when he blew a major oil gasket. They were wonderful,honest hardworking. That was on Wed 17th. Sun the 19th we left Jacksonville and came to Dardanelle state Park and we had a problem with truck when we got here. We called the man from the garage to ask questions on what it could be since the are diesel mechanics and had given us a cell phone #. We didnt have any idea where to go here. They said no problem one of them drove up here today and took care of problem. Can not say enough about these dependable HONEST and hardworking people. They get all the stars in our book.
