So far so good. I dropped Fancy off today and got a great price on what needed to be replaced. Was super impressed. Hopefully, their work will live up to the terrific things I always have heard. Edit: Small problem but I fixed it. Someone neglected to tighten the sway bar bolt that secures the the sway bar bushings. The passenger side and everything else was good. No loss of a star because they didnt charge me for the pitman arm. Just glad I drove her straight home. All is good. I called and spoke with two people and they said to bring it back the next day. No worries, they did the hard stuff. I could tighten these two bolts. Okay, I am a little upset now. My front brakes have so much air my back brakes are kicking in first. Truck is nowhere close to perfect. This is a fix I can do myself, again... But why not warn me if its that bad. I would have paid more if it just took them bleeding the air from the front brakes they had to remove. Update, they took it back and bleed the air and then told me it needed a new master cylinder. Thanks. Problems solved.

Was recommended to come here by a coworker. He said theyve always done good by him, at a reasonable price and they wont try and sell you anything you dont need. I couldnt have been happier with my service. I called in the morning to explain the issues and arrange a time to drop off the car, when I arrived Jason knew exactly who I was and why i was there, no need repeating anything.Dropped the car off at 12:30pm expecting to come pick it up in a couple days, then at 4pm I got a call explaining the issue, and the price it would be to fix it. Got dropped off by a coworker at 4:30 and it was already fixed and ready to go. Jason explained what was wrong in easy to understand terms and showed me exactly what he did. He also took the time to answer all my questions very professionally in easy to understand terms.I appreciate the very quick, professional, and personable service I recieved. Im glad I finally know a good mechanic who doesnt sell you things you dont need or want, who is reasonably priced and will go out of their way to answer your questions. Personalized service without over charging. Went in for an oil change but they also check my tires, fluid levels and filters. I knew it had been I while since I last changed my air filter. They replaced it for me without charging me labor.

My husband is retired and is a mechanic, but hes unable to work on vehicles, so he knows the diagnosis but cant fix it. Justin told me exactly what my husband said it was & said they could fix in one day. He did exactly what he said hed do for what he quoted it would cost, & it was done in a day. He is very courteous, as is his mechanic, the shop was very clean & organized and air conditioned. I WILL be back if I have any more issues, WE trust these guys.

I love this place. I spent years going to walmart for our oil changes (we have several cars)☹I wish I could go back in time and do it all over. I thought I was saving money at walmart. I stopped going to Walmart after they got grease on the interior of my car..TWICE😠 so I switched to Poseys, thinking I would rather spend more money than get grease in my car. As it turns out I dont spend any more at Poseys than I did at Walmart 😁 and Poseys is MUCH MORE friendly, clean, comfortable, efficient and knowledgeable about our cars. I don’t know where to start!! Almost write a book. My first time to use them and my last time. My radiator/ engine coolant flushed I don’t think they tell you that they use reused antifreeze. The color wasn’t green or even close to it. Then left my hood open so all the pollen get to my engine, which I have a cold air intake, all was green. B nice if the antifreeze had that much green in it. Didn’t put my cap back on my over flow. I have locking hood latches which I had left unlocked for the technician but for some reason didn’t check so he dang near broke one of them. I called back to cancel my oil change to say I can’t afford to take my vehicle here. It’s not the cost of the service it’s the cost of what they don’t do or break.

Posey’s claim to use AC DELCO parts in reality they are not even AC DELCO dealers . They use Chinese aftermarket junk. They are FAR from honest.

I would never take any of my vehicles here. Anytime I have ever called the person who has answered has told me they cant or wont do something. Can you diagnose a misfire on a vw jetta? No sir we dont work on foreign cars. Can you repair an exhaust leak on a gmc yukon? No sir we have to diagnose it and charge you for it first. Well Ive already had it diagnosed, 2 studs are broken on the manifold and I need a welder to....no we dont have any of that here and wont touch itIf you are looking for a real mechanic do not go here. They have never been able to work on anything Ive ever brought them unless it was an easy or simple job. If you want a real mechanic go to purdy good maintenance right down the road, that man will fix anything these people wont

Worst place on planet earth. Took my vehicle for 2 front drive shafts and u joints and yes they fixed that as for now its been only 36hrs and long story short. Someone there deliberately broke my a.c. discharge line did I say deliberately and they didnt even have to be close to that area to fix my vehicle.I am never one to leave post I just think everyone should know and beware and I would rather post here because I would not dare take my truck back and warn everyone stay away. Got 2nd and 3rd opinion from other mechanics who saidthey had never seen that kind of damage before.They were like it had to be on purpose cause it just dont happen..So for safety purposes please stay away it could be your BRAKES!!! Stay away you have been warned..S.H.

I needed the bushings in my wiper blades replaced, as they abruptly stopped working while driving in the rain on a road trip. They turned me away to drive in the rain with no way to clear my windshield of incoming rain. :/
