I had a nasty flat tire and my BMW does not have a spare, I googled towing service and Tomatow came up. They were quick, fair and even directed me to their service partner for a new tire. Thank you!

People working here are extremely rude. I ask about a dent in my car that wasnt there before they took at and the guy at the front desk completely ignored me. I asked someone else and that person ignored me as well walking away. If you can just take your bussines elsewhere. Your car will be damaged and they will not take responsibility for it.

Charged us 8561 dollars for the accident that happend 1.5 miles away??????Towing companies should be regulated by strict and hefty fines ...Dont call them!

I found Jeremey and Tomatow through the Tesla Service Center in Elk Grove. They are one of Teslas preferred towing companies. I needed someone to tow my recently fixed car from the body shop in Elk Grove to my place in Indiana, about 80 miles. They did what they said they would in the time frame they thought it would take at a reasonable rate. Once here, I realized I had another job for them, to tow an antique to a shop in Chicago and they were flexible enough to accommodate which was great. Ismail the driver was a really good guy and Jeremy at HQ is very communicative. Ill be using them again. I read some of the other reviews and I question their validity. Im a car guy and SUPER picky with my stuff. They did a great job with a new Model S and cherry antique BMW. Dont hesitate to use these guys based off bad reviews.

I have never actually used their services, I just think the name is very clever and it makes me smile every time I pass by. I imagine the owners must be pleasant and have a good sense of humor. Located next door to car shop Tired and Exhausted.

WORST TOWING SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. LIARS AND CHEATER. I HAD MY CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS QUOTED A CERTAIN PRICE, TOLD THE PERSON THAT THE CAR DIDNT RUN AND IT WAS IN A DRIVEWAY, TO FIND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED MY CARD ADDITIONAL FEES THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD THEM TOW THE CAR KNOWING THE OUTCOME. IF YOU NEED A TOW CALL SOME ELSE. THESE PEOPLE ARE LESS THEN HONEST.

I only give one star because I dont have the option to give 0. They are Liars and cheats. I was in a car wreck, the police called them to toe my car, I asked if I could get my tools for work & they told me not until I pay up. Almost $400 for storage towing and wrapping my car with plastic so glass didnt get on the street. Funny thing is I car was only there for a couple hours and as for the $100 plastic wrap fee, I followed them to the place and told them they never wrapped it, was basically told if I want my stuff to pay up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Total Garbage.
