Came on a Friday evening and did not have an appointment. I desperately needed the acrylic soaked off from another salon and I wanted to do dip instead of a new set. I was seated right away and did not have to wait.All staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted right away by Linda. During my visit, all staff did have on mask. They have stickers on the floor to promote social distancing. They have the nail technicians distanced and sat customers that were getting pedicures apart (every other chair). They do require you to wash your hands before service and they sell a safety toolbox for $5. I did witness during my visit, the staff was disinfecting after each customer. I even saw them using Clorox wipes on the handles and backs of the pedicure chairs.Katie is one of the nail technicians that did the soak off and dip for me. Katie is so nice, gentle and does really good work. They have many colors to choose from.I recommend this salon for your next pamper. They also do a great job at waxing and eyebrow tinting.** Make sure to bring cash to tip!

I believe the owner took care of me. She was kind and gave me a wonderful pedicure, AMAZING nails. I never get powdered nails but she suggested and did an AMAZING job. She was so gentle that l almost fell asleep. Thank you so much. So APPRECIATIVE.

The nail tech didn’t do a good job with my nails. There was paint smeared at the outside of my nails. And I waited longer to get my feet done. I started at 11:30am. Nails for feet didn’t get done until 1:30pm.

I called two hours beforehand to set an appointment for 1 pm. I came in about 10 minutes early to choose my color, (just so that way we would be able to begin the appointment at 1). I waited until 1:40 to get a mani and a pedi, I ended up walking out. Whats the point of calling beforehand to set an appointment if they cant start relatively close to the appointment time?

My manicure looks so nice that I can’t stop looking at my nails! I also got compliments on them by people calling them very pretty! Linda was very precise and focused when doing my nails. Love this salon!

I had a manicure and pedicure done and it was great! I hadnt had one in many years, because Id had such bad experiences at other places. Things I really liked: they cared about what I wanted done. They werent trying to upsell constantly. The pricing was very transparent, I knew exactly what I was going to be charged when I left. When I asked for something changed during service, they fixed it and continuously throughout the service asked to ensure the length was right, the shape was right. Ive never been to a salon where what I wanted is what I left with. Im really pleased and I will definitely be back!

My nails look spectacular! Finally found my nail place after months of looking since I moved here in December. And they are so awesome. I cant emphasize how extremely satisfied I am. They are great you wont be disappointed.

Linda is absolutely amazing. We made an early appointment to have my wedding nails done and she was right on time and ready to go. She is the kindest people, promoting a truly welcoming environment. Linda has done my dip manicures twice now and I will definitely keep coming back! She does an EXCELLENT job and the manicure lasts over 3 weeks! Im a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, and they are perfect every time!

So amazing what they can do for you, I always come in with an idea on a picture I found off google and they make it happen! I got a natural nail mani/pedi and 4 days later there are minimal chips on my fingernails! The team took great care of me from start to finish. Plus, I bumped two nails and they fixed them without pause.

My first time going there to get a no chip and they came out absolutely horrible! Never again will I go there! They are clumpy and the edges are not clean. When I asked her to try to fix them she looked at me like nothing was wrong. Very disappointed. Had to pay $30 for nails that look horrible!

I always love going here! I go with Linda to get my eye brows done and never have a problem. I just left the salon after getting a manicure and I absolutely hate them. I can see where the last layer of nail polish didn’t cover the entire nail. I could’ve done a better job at home for free. 🤦🏽‍♀️ When I was getting my nails done, he was in such a rush.

Ive been going to Linda for about a year. I always make an appointment and its rare I have to wait. I get the acrylic nails and love how well she shapes them and how natural they look. Some nail techs dont apply the acrylic or polish all the way to the cuticle and you walk out looking like you need a refill! The salon is very clean (so important!), bright and everyone is friendly. I live the city and cant find a salon nearly as good as Spa Nails!

Ive had my own experiences here that havent been so great primarily with the customer service here. But my mom she has had horrible customer service here. I havent been to this place in years because I wont go here but my mother decided to give it one more try and she went to get her nails done for the holidays. The young girl that works there (wish I knew her name) was beyond rude and impatient. I remember her from when I went there. The owner, she is nice and polite I never had a problem with her. But my mom went to get a manicure and pedicure. Her pedicure was done first and it was a dark purple color, she wanted her nails done a similar dark purple color...long story short her nails ended up being red and her toe nails are a dark purple. The young girl was very rude and kept insisting to my mom that her nail color would change and go darker from the red she was applying. My mom is to nice and shy and didnt stand up for herself and tell her to change the color but the young girl there was beyond rude to her. She is the reason this place loses customers. I remember her, she is short with you, thinks she is right with everything, and doesnt want tohear you if you have anything to say.

Linda and the others are great. They are responsive to your needs and its always a pleasure to see the place busy with local people. I love getting my nails done there.

I went to this salon for powder dip nails because it was open on Sunday. The first time they did it, the polish started coming off after 7 days, so they did redo the whole manicure, however it then only lasted 6 days before coming off. I do not recommend powder dip nail manicure at this salon.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and the mani/pedi is done right. I live out of state and visit family in the area. I always go to Spa Nails when Im town because the service is so good. They take time to make sure your nails are done properly.

I moved to Bensenville back in September & this is the first place I went to. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND LINDA YOU ARE TERRIFIC. They are all so professional and your in and out in a timely manner!! Linda is my fav. tech she does such a great job along with the rest of the team and she knows how to do my eyebrows perfectly! I recommend everyone to stop by spa nails!

My mom got her eyelashes done. Shes not new to it, shes had them before. They placed the lashes all silly! The person working with my mothers lashes kept stopping just to look around and talk. Those are my mothers eyes, youre using glue I would have probably been careful due to the fact that, that can harm a persons vision. When we went back to see if they could do anything to fix it. She pretty much said it was the glue... I seriously need my money back ... We didnt pay $25 for this kind of job.

Not at all impressed with this place. I have had 2 mani pedis here and both times was disappointed. I was there when they were slow and I still felt very rushed. My no chip mani is already peeling after 4 days.
