Thank you for picking up and packaging my TV. It was so nice of you to do that. What wasnt great is you finally receiving it at your headquarters 4.5 hours away 4 business days (plus a two day weekend) to travel the original 8 hour trip to NJ. Have been doing logistics for 20+ years and Im pretty sure my 11 year old knows how to be more efficient than this. Good luck in your continuing endeavors to lose money through the mismanagement of your operating systems.
