Horrible place to work . Super hot in the summer with no fans, not allowed to bring water inside to your station and you get only a half hour hours 5 hours into your shift . Hopefully you make it to lunch if you don’t die from heat exhaustion first. If you applied here suggest your turn back around just like I did after lunch. Any manager that can say to your face efren and Amanda from Masis staffing who allow this environment should be investigated for unsafe work conditions.

Floor loaded loads. DO not take loads from here. Very picky about trailers. Beware if you do not want to waste your day and not get TONU, because your trailer is rejected. You send new trailer and the won;t load you, bacause it takes time and they may fall into after hours. BS.

Been waiting on a small package for about a month now and since April 7th it has not moved from this location. They dont answer the phone and everyone either is on break or they just lost my package.

I have been tracking 2 packages that I had ordered from 2 separate places. They both arrived at this location 4 days ago on December 14th and have not been delivered yet. I live about 20 minutes away. I really hope that they make it to me before Christmas as I was planning on giving them as gifts.

Twice have packages that have been transfered to this location that have ended up at the wrong post office. I just got off the phone with the post office to see where my package was at and they said it should be at the correct post office by today and will be shipping out tomorrow. Sadly, last year, one of my packages, delivered from this place, ended up in the wrong state. Now, I have another package on the way that has been sent to this location and Im worried what post office theyll end up sending it to...or, better yet, what state. Something needs to be done about the staff working here. It would be a shame if this happened once more.

Always very helpful, never have I had to wait in a long line. They also seem to have many services I have never needed.

What is wrong with this location? Can somebody check on the staff here? My package has been sitting in their facility for 5 days now. I was supposed to receive it by May 7th and it is May 11th and havent received yet. Sad part is that I am 20 min away from this location but they seem to need a week to deliver the package to me. Horrible staff - manager should get fired - get your staff straighten up!

Last year UPS completely dropped the ball on a several thousand dollar shipment I had coming in. It was delivered late, they charged me extra and now they have been completely unresponsive and unwilling to help! I was referred all the way up to an operations manager named Robert (Bob) Rwrzesinski who is not only helpful, but rude! Ive learned one thing in this mess, GO WITH FEDEX!!!!

Worst place to interview with they do not answer the phone and the customer service is aweful and they tell u to leave a message and then the answering service going off on u and if i come give no stars
